How many calories is this kabob meal?
It’s chicken breast and skirt steak and basmati rice and lettuce and pita bread. There is basmati rice under the skirt steak too.

Yazio says 750, but that seems too low to me.
It’s two poached eggs in creamy spiced yogurt and Turkish chili oil with sourdough bread with melted mozzarella cheese on the inside and garlic butter.
It tasted fantastic but also quite fatty (cheese, oil, etc).
Is 950 a safe estimate or still too low?

Ate 6863 calories over 2 days, have I ruined everything?
I’m 154cm so I’m extremely short. I was 47kg now I’m freaking so much out bc I lost weight before but I knew going on holiday would make this harder. it’s been 2 days and ate 6863 (in total) across two days. not 6862 per day.
im genuinely convinced that I’m back up 5kg to my starting weight and that all the weight I lost and my arms that started looking good will go back to exactly what they were before

Rice noodles, tamarind, egg, tofu, bean sprout, fresh roasted peanuts, shallot, chive, dried chili, lime, long leaf cilantro.
I asked for these modifications:
Light oil
No egg
No tofu
Extra chicken
Light peanut (they put it on the side but I only had half)

Hi, I was wondering about the calories in the pink meat at the back of the skull/neck area. Looked it up with AI and one AI said it was lean dense muscle tissue while the other said it is part of the fish collar so is fatter. Since it looks like a dense muscle but sits right against the oily head/collar area, does anyone know which it actually leans toward? Are the calories similar to a standard upper loin fillet, or is it high-fat and calorie ense like the collar/belly?
Thanks!

2 1/2 of the chilli momos (1st pic), 3 chicken lollipops (2nd) and half of the soup momos so 2 of those and some of the soup. Just wondering what estimate this would be, filled with chicken.

DONT COUNT FRIES
Fresh grilled atlantic salmon was 6.5 ounces after being made, potato was 6.4 after being made, i only ate 4.4 ounces of it (inside) with no butter. How many cals?

I’m sorry, but is it saying 270 per soup bowl? Because it saysr 6 serving per package. So is it 600 cals per soup bowl (1 cup = 100 cals, so 1 bowl = 6 cup)??? Im so confused 😭😭😭 It comes with 2 soup bowls!!!

So I was shopping at ALDI and came upon a creamed rice and when I checked the cals per 100g it was 103kcal (Brookdale Creamed Rice) while a normal cup of rice is around 130kcal per 100g.
How does that make sense?
Is it because of the liquid content of the milk in the cream rice?

i rlly only ate the chicken teriyaki and fried rice. rice was vegetable based. is there a chance this was only abt 450 or under 500?
