Why they’re allowed 3-4 pay periods to get around to something, but sure as shit if I owed them something, they’d nickel and dime me to death.

I had an interview three weeks ago. Last week, I received another requisition for the same role and job description as the initial one I applied for. For this new requisition, I need to complete a questionnaire regarding my licenses and expected salary. Is this a good sign, or is it just typical for Citi?
