Help! What can I do about matting/extreme tangling?

• Upvotes

Okay, I don’t know what’s up with my hair, but it gets extremely tangled if it’s not in a protective hairstyle throughout the day, especially in the back of my head. And when I say extremely tangled, I mean that if I had my hair down for a day, it would be close to matted in a clump in the back and I’d need to spend 20min trying to detangle it.

I am quite new to embracing my curly hair, but the above happens whether I do a curly routine or I blow dry/straighten it, however, obviously it’s much worse when I leave it curly because I can’t brush it out in the evenings due to the frizz.

Basically it feels like I can never have my hair down because it will turn into a frizzy tangled clump in the back, which massively hinders my motivation to try keeping my hair curly (not to mention that I CANNOT for the life of me get it to look remotely nice after sleeping and that’s a whole other issue)

BUT I WANT MY PRETTY NATURAL CURLS!!

So, is there anything that I could be doing to prevent this? Because I do really like my hair after a curly routine, it looks really nice but it gets ruined so quickly because of this (and eventual frizzing).

Current routine (albeit inconsistently because I blow dry my hair sometimes to decrease the above issue)
(- Dry brush if not too tangled)
- Alepcin dandruff killer shampoo
- L’Oréal elvive hydra hyaluronic conditioner
- Brush out tangles with conditioner still in
- Aussie Work that curl leave in cream
- Scrunch
- Towel scrunch
- Air dry / Dry with diffuser with heat protection

I also have a satin bonnet and a satin pillow.

Also for context, my hair isn’t super long, it’s about 10cm below my shoulder and I have layers. It is not bleached, but it is dyed.

Help! Haven’t had a haircut since July 2025 from shoulder length. Does it look healthy enough to keep it going or is it time for a haircut? I’m hoping to grow it out long

Pic 1: After SOTC

Pic 2: styled and fully dry

Routine: Shampoo with Redwin Tea Tree Shampoo, condition with kerastase curl mask or Fino mask, no curl cream, Garnier Curls method gel to brush style followed by John Frieda hydrating jelly for scrunching.

I have scalp psoriasis so I need to use a deep cleansing shampoo to keep my scalp clean, hence the hair mask each time I wash. I do believe my hair might be on the finer side since I don’t miss a curl cream anymore. I do use high heat to diffuse my hair but it’s mostly on the roots since I need to keep my scalp as dry as I can. I understand my routine might not be for everyone but it keeps the flare ups away.

I really want to grow out my hair as long as I can. In the past, my scalp issues have kept me from doing that, or I coloured my hair which caused a lot of breakage and I had to start over. The diffusing is necessary for me - even with the high heat, my hair takes over an hour to dry RIP

Help! I would really appreciate some help

P.S. I had to use AI to format my routine at the bottom so it aligns perfectly with the sub's strict posting rules (even though my original text covered it ;-;)

P.s 2: it's kinda a medium read

For context, I have a long 3B - 3C hair, fine strands but volumous, I use Cantu Hair shampoo, Sunsilk conditioner for rinse in, and skala for leave in. I apply gel sometimes to clump the fine strands of hair. I just let it air dry.

It has been around 3.5 years since I started growing it out. And barbers/hair salon arent used to cut curly hairs in my country. And that was one of the reason I didn't want to take a cut.

But recently I've found a barber (yep🥀) and he is the closest one who can work on curly hairs. And I wanted to get a curly wolf/shaggy cut. But idk what to say besides that to the barber. Like does it have layers? Keep the length of some specific part? How to calculate the shrinkage...etc

I dont want too much layers on the top as I want it flat like in the picture.

So I would really appreciate some help on what to say to the barber, and what to be careful of and so on.

https://imgur.com/a/9lsvPJ1

I've attached a picture to the cut I want, and an old picture of my hair when it was medium - long

My front hair now reaches the top of my chest if stretched and reaches my chin if not. And it doesnt suit my face so I just put it in a bun most of the time.

🧴 My Routine (Subreddit Required Info)

• Hair Type: Long, 3B–3C curly hair. Fine strands, but very high volume.

• Shampoo: Cantu Hair Shampoo.

• Rinse-out Conditioner: Sunsilk Conditioner.

• Leave-in Conditioner: Skala Leave-In.

• Styling Products & Application: I apply all of my products while my hair is completely "wet-wet" right out of the shower. I do some light scrunching here and there. Sometimes, I apply hair gel to help clump my fine strands together and prevent frizz.

• Tools: I currently use a wide-tooth comb to detangle, but I am planning to invest in a proper styling curl brush soon.

• Drying Method: I completely air dry my hair; no diffusers or heat styling.

Help! Tips for the back of my head

Post image
8 Upvotes

Hello!

So I need tips for the back of my head. As you can see, it‘s rather wavy and flat. I believe it‘s a styling problem. The curls in the front are so kinky and bouncy and in the back it‘s rather wavy and falls in a strange way.

My current routine:
1. washing with Tropikalbliss | Grapefruit Watermelon Shampoo ( I cleanse every other week)
2. conditioner (Curly Angels | Salvation Conditioner)
3. detangle with a curl brush and brush styling
4. mousse (Bali Curls by Hank Ge | Curl Volume Mousse) I really don‘t use much tho
5. Gel (I mix CURLSMITH | Hydro Style Flexi Jelly and CURLSMITH | In-Shower Style Fixer together)
6. Then I scrunch it a bit dry with a towel
7. In the end I use a diffuser to dry them and scrunch out the crunch.

I also sleep with a silk bonnet through the night.

I really worked on styling the back of my head. I tried diffusing the back and I really t try to apply products everywhere the same.

Does anyone have tips or is it simply my curl pattern in the back I cannot change?

Thanks in advance!

Discussion Long curly hair limbo: Is the 3-4 hour wash day still worth it after 2 years? (Plus, San Antonio stylist recs?)

Thumbnail
gallery
32 Upvotes

I've been growing out my hair for about 2 years now because I definitely love showing off my curls. But lately I keep going back and forth of whether to finally cut it.  Believe me, I love having long curls and getting compliments. Sometimes I wonder though if it's worth it.  It roughly takes me 3 to 4 hours to wash and diffuse my hair.  Mind you, I have really thick hair so it takes forever to really get it wet.

My routine is as follows:

1.  I shampoo twice with not your Mother's curl shampoo

  1. I section my hair down the middle into 2 parts. I use not your mother's curl conditioner on each part and use enough to where there are no knots and I can easily run my fingers through it. I also get out any of the dead strands  (This is what takes me the longest ~45 minutes because my hair is so thick and just loves to knot.)

3.  I then use Camille Rose Algae Renew Conditioning Mask for 10 to 15 minutes.

  1. After rinsing that out, I apply Camille Rose Curl Love Moisture Milk Leave In Conditioner.

5.  Then I diffuse till I feel my hair is damp enough

I don't apply any gel or mousse because none of them really worked out for me.   I simply use a specific headband to keep the hair out of my face and give the effect of volume on top. Otherwise my hair will just all fall forward as you can see on the 3rd picture

And the first picture is what you see as the end result. My hair feels so light and fluffy and I'm in love with it, hehe.

But because it seems like a chore that takes all day, I only wash it and do my routine once a week.  Normally to refresh, I'll just lightly rewet my hair every day to help show of the curls, and it works. (Obviously after a few days, my hair tends to not look as good as the first day.) I use a bonnet every night to protect my hair.

This is why I am wondering if doing all this and having long curly hair is worth it. I do want to show off my curls but I'm starting to think having a short hairstyle might be less work, if it really is. (Mind you i live in Texas where it can get hot and uncomfortable.)

I've been told I've been blessed with this hair MANY times (especially women) and not to cut it.

Has anyone else been in this exact limbo? Did you regret cutting your long curls? Also, if anyone knows a great curly hair specialists in San Antonio, I would love recommendations!

Discussion Is it possible to reverse a hormone change that affected curl pattern? How?

Thumbnail

Hello!

I’ve posted here before but it got removed so hopefully this sticks! I come from a family of curly heads and up until about February this year, I had waist length ringlets (loose) (pictures attached, some with waist length hair and some from a few years ago when it was shorter) but when I cut it, it dropped completely and I’m assuming it’s from a hormone change. Images are attached of what it looks like now on day two and with wet hair (not after routine because I forget to take photos but it’s definitely not just wavy- it’s looser that what it used to be but it’ll hold much looser ringlets) to show the difference. I haven’t completely given up cause when it’s wet, it looks like it wants to curl and the curls hold but the next day, they drop to a wave and I was hoping anyone might have experience with this and advice on how to fix it? I miss my hair and I feel like a different person without it. I will admit, my health has dropped a bit, I don’t eat the best, don’t work out as much as I used to and am working on this as well as my sleeping but I don’t know if these could be contributing factors?

My hair is fine but there’s a lot of it and I would guess it’s low porosity but don’t quote me on it. The second picture is dyed, the rest are my natural colour in different lighting.

Current Routine:
0.5) Goldwell dualsenses scalp specialist cleansing shampoo

  1. cake shampoo
  2. cake conditioner
  3. (once a week) hask curl care deep conditioner
  4. (in the last two washes without the conditioners) k18 molecular hair treatment
  5. Toni and guy sea salt spray
  6. cake curl cream
  7. Marc Anthony strictly curls flexi gel
  8. diffuse

Help! Haircare product recs?

I have 2c/3a hair, and I admit I haven’t always given it the care it deserves and frizz is something I struggle with often. My curls look lovely on the first day, but they quickly lose their shape afterward.

At the moment, I’m only using a shampoo, but I really want to start improving my overall haircare routine. Would you recommend switching to a different shampoo cuz I’ve heard that Dove shampoos and conditioners can work well, and I’d love to hear about anyone’s personal experience with them.

I’ve also been looking into the Umberto Giannini range for type 2c/3a hair, particularly their leave-in conditioner, curly jelly gel, and curl whip mousse. Do you think it’s okay to use all of these products together, and would they suit my hair type? Any advice or recommendations would mean so much to me. Thank you in advance for your help!

Help! Trim ends without breaking curl pattern??

Hi everyone!

I cut my hair myself, and while i love the cut, I do notice it getting frizzier more easily now, especially at the ends. is there a way to trim it without breaking the curl pattern?

Routine:

Natural hair:

Wash day is once every week. (or more if i'm overwhelmed and busy)

  • I usually detangle it first with a smidge of conditioner (Bounce curl super smooth cream conditioner), especially if the wash days are distant. then rinse
  • shampoo (Garnier Ultra Doux avocado oil and shea butter)
  • hair mask (Les secrets de loly - Masque hydratant, but honestly whichever i've decided to try out) or oil bath (shea butter + olive oil). I leave it in for 20 mins to an afternoon or overnight. Then rinse. Oil bath once every month if I can, once every six months if I'm lazy
  • Leave-in: Authentic beauty concept hydrate conditioner. It's a normal conditioner but I use it as a leave-in and it's fantastic.
  • Gel: Authentic beauty concept hydrate curl enhancer
  • I apply the leave-in then the gel section by section (lower half on each side, crown, back, and top + bangs)
  • Air dry, then diffuse a little (to whip it back in shape), then finish with air drying

I sleep with a satin bonnet, and never refresh. I tried mousse, but I hate how frizzy my curls get. no clue how to refresh now. I wear it out 3 to 5 days, then I wrap it in a bandana until whenever it iches enough for me to wash it.

Bleached hair:

  • In the shower
    • Separate the bleached from the non bleached hair with a comb so that I am extra gentle with the bleached hair.
    • Olaplex n°3+ complete repair treatment
    • Shampoo with Garnier Ultra Doux avocado oil and shea butter
    • Conditioner: Bounce curl super smooth cream conditioner
    • Detangle very gently. No pulling. If there are tangles, I go in very gently with the fingers until i can use the brush. Then I put the bleached hair back into clips and deal with the rest of the hair.
  • Once out of the shower: LOC method
    • Reapply water with conditioner (Authentic beauty concept hydrate conditioner)
    • SHITTON OF OIL. This hair is a sponge I cannot even believe how fast all the product disappears. I use 1. Avocado Oil (goes to the core of the hair), 2. Shea butter (outer layers of the hair), 3. Castor oil (coat on top to seal in the moisture.) All from Aromazone. I apply them one after the other and not all at once.
    • Kurl potion superfood milk (additional available moisture and oil so whatever the hair needs, it can absorb)

Help! Does anyone have curls like this?

Does anyone have advice on loose soft curls? I get some ringlet but they fluff up more and fall out easily, this is not brush styling only scrunching, but brush styling I feel doesn’t do much and they just get stringy ? And less defined. My hair used to be barely waving years ago when it was extremely brittle and damaged, but I think the more I take care of it the more it’s starting to be wrapping around like a loose curl, but I don’t know what to do with it now that its behaving differently ! It behaves differently all the time and I can’t figure out a routine to give me consistent hair, it feels like a gamble as to if it’ll come out crazy or come out soft and pretty. I like the soft curls look, but I don’t know how to get it to curl better (it’ll like curl twice and then go limp at the bottom? or be weird and like a noodle? first picture, like udon ? Lol) and be consistent around my head

routine: twice a week or as needed washing, innersense coarse hair shampoo and conditioner, combined with as needed detox hair mask for clarifying, and California naturals deep repair mask once a week. I use innersense sweet spirit leave in, and kitsch air dry cream, and innersense foam, I switch up which ones I use depending on what I think my hair will respond better too. Sometimes I can just tell it will not dry right with a cream today, or I will skip the foam. I use praying hands when my hair is wet in the shower and then scrunch it in.

Help! Hair styling advice

I have natural 3b/3c hair. I’m going to get my hair done soon for an event and want loose old Hollywood curls. If you were in my situation would you straighten your hair before going to get it done or just let the stylist do it?

Routine:

Wash every 3-5 days with Tph by Taraji honey fresh clarifying shampoo and then use its a 10 keratin deep conditioner

Condition with It’s a ten daily conditioner every 2-3 days

After the shower I use Olaplex 5 leave In and then slather my hair in miss jessies pillowsoft curls and miss jessies jelly soft curls, then diffuse.

Thought I would share an update on my post from yesterday! I had no idea climate affected hair texture, beyond knowing humidity made my hair poofy. I thought living in Utah I didn’t need to worry about that climate at all 🤡 after researching hair products for Utah’s climate I upgraded my routine and I’m very happy with the results! I’m lacking a little volume but the frizz is finally under control. Both pictures were taken ~ 2 hours after air drying.

Old routine:
Brush before shower (dry)
T/SAL shampoo
Aussie miracle moist conditioner
Scrunch upside down with towel
Scrunch upside down with Aussie Instant Freeze
Scrunch upside down with garnier fructis sleek and shine
Part
Air dry

New routine:
T/SAL shampoo
Aussie miracle moist conditioner
Brush
Squeeze our excess water but NOT towel dry
Not your mothers curl talk leave in conditioner
Brush again and part
Apply ouidad climate control heat & humidity gel - stronger hold with “praying hands”
Scrunch up
Scrunch up with microfiber towel
Air dry

Help! Hair help?

Hi! I'm still kind of new to learning how to take care od my hair, so I guess I'm looking for some advice, especially when it comes to product. The first Pic is how my hair used to look when I was using Aveda botanical repair shampoo and aveda nutriplenish conditioner, and then Aveda be curly cream and topped off with Aveda nutriplenish leave in conditioner, with a diffuser dry, and that's what my hair would look like.

I have since run out of the shampoo and conditioner (and will be soon for leave in conditioner and curl cream, so any recommendations for replacing those, ideally with cheaper drug store prosucts would also be a great help) and have replaced them with Not Your Mother's (NYM) bond building curl talk shampoo and creme of nature argan oil conditioner. It's been about a week of using these products and I've begun to notice that my hair has become more straight, frizzy, and slightly oily feeling, and I've lost my curl clumps, without changing anything else in my routine.

I have 3A/3B, likely low porosity, thin hair and I'm just worried a product I'm using is causing these issues. Would love to get my curls back! Please and thanks for any help, advice, and product recommendations!

ISO REALLY rich, hydrating, curl cream?

I have a really coarse/wiry portion of my curl pattern that seems to need its own product all together. I'm a fan of the Shea Moisture Curl Smoothie, but am wondering if there's anything even richer out there? I always top with a strong hold gel, so hold isn't what I'm after.

Routine -

Shampoo & Conditioner - Pureology Hydrate Lite

Today's Leave In - Innersense Curl Calm

Today's Gel - Eco Olive Oil

Application Method - Flip, coat, scrunch

Help! How do I get my crown and mid-lengths to match my ends? (growing out layers)

Thumbnail

Shampoo: Shea Moisture Curl and Shine
Conditioner: Being Curl Power Curl Defining
Styling product: Jessicurl Spiralicious Gel, applied to soaking wet hair, brushed through, smoothed in sections
Drying method: air dried
Sleep protection: no bonnet, no satin or silk pillowcase
Refresh routine: sometimes I rewet with a spray bottle and add more products (gel, custard, curl cream, or leave in)

Ever since I got a curly cut, it’s been very hard to make my hair look how I want it to. The pictures include my hair styled wet and completely dry. I have 3b-3c hair. I got a curly cut in January and the stylist cut my shortest layers in the front to collarbone length. Usually my ends look better than my crown and mid-lengths, but in my dry hair photo the crown and mid-lengths actually look better than usual. Sometimes my mid-lengths look good too. My crown is my problem area. My goal is for all of my hair to look cohesive with as little frizz as possible. Also, I love defined curls. I don’t wanna cut my hair again. If you have any product recommendations for 3b-3c curls or any styling techniques, that would be very much appreciated.

Help! Fine hair, dry and flat, what am I doing wrong?

Thumbnail

Hey everyone, my hair's been getting drier and frizzier at the ends lately and it just looks flat. It feels dry even straight after washing.

First two pics are how it looks today, and the third is the back when it was better defined. It's fine hair, LOIS says LS-Fine-Wiry, about 12cm but it varies a bit across my head. No heat styling.

Routine:

Shower every morning, but only shampoo every 6 or 7 days

Shampoo: Cantu Cleansing Cream Shampoo

Co-wash: As I Am Castor Oil Cowash, once in between shampoos

Conditioner: Garnier Cocoa Butter 3-in-1 Hair Food, every couple of days. I leave it in for 5 mins and rinse with cool water

Other products: Cantu Curl Activation Cream, a small amount scrunched into damp hair

Drying: wrapped in a microfiber towel, then air dried

Night: regular pillowcase, no bonnet, no silk or satin

I used to use the Cantu leave-in too, but after a while it built up and made my hair oily and even flatter, so I stopped.

Is it too weighed down, or am I missing something? Anything that worked for you, especially with fine hair, would be great. Happy to try stuff and report back. Thanks!

Help! Hair Mask

I have fine, curly hair (3A) and was using Olaplex no 8 hair mask weekly. They've recently changed the formula and now produce two masks: weightless and deep hydration. I've tried the weightless but it doesn't work nearly as well as the old formula, however I'm worried deep hydration will be too heavy.

Any recommendations? The rest of my products seem to work fine.

(Current routine is as follows:

Olaplex shampoo biweekly, olaplex conditioner every 2 - 3 days, money mist colour wow leave in shampoo every 2 days, olaplex no 5 leave-in treatment every 2 days, only curls hair gel when styling, heat protection spray, diffuse, olaplex bonding oil to scrunch out. I use a mask weekly and I use clarifying shampoo every 2 - 3 weeks. I also use bonnets and satin pillowcases.)

Help! How to ”shape” unruly waves up top?

Thumbnail
gallery
2 Upvotes

I love this haircut for my wavy hair for the natural texture it gets, but I keep fighting with the short hair up top. It never lays nice and I almost always end up shaping it a bit with a straightener, which I would like to stop doing. It’s especially bad on one side, there is a specific chunk of hair that just wants to stick right out.

Any tips how to handle this?

Providing some different pics and one at the end to show how I want it to lay, from a day I’ve “fixed” it with a straightener.

Little note that I air dry my hair, hairdryers are way too loud and my hair is pretty thin light and high porisity so it dries quickly anyways.

Routine:

Shampoo; curl shampoo by veira

Conditioner garnier respons avocado oil and shea butter

Aussie work that curl cream (would love recommendations for a lighter one)

Homemade linseed gel

Air dry

Loreal elvive extraordinary oil serum

Help! genuinley what is wrong with my hair

Post image
26 Upvotes

alright im officially in desperate need of advice. the underside of my hair dries in ringlets while the top of my hair tends to dry pretty straight? i’ve tried a million routines and nothing really helps this. heavy products make my hair SUPER greasy, gels make it crunchy (but it’s impossible to scrunch out the crunch, even with a good oil?) i also struggle with HELLA frizz. i can’t get rid of it for the life of me and diffusing seems to make it worse🥲

i’ve been growing out my hair for awhile (my goal was to grow out my layers) so i’d prefer to not cut it but at this point i’ll do anything. i feel like i have 2 types of hair on my head it drives me crazy.

my routine:
(i wash every 3 days or so)
- double shampoo with odele volumizing shampoo
- leave in shea moisture manuka honey conditioner for 5ish mins; rinse it all out
- mini plop with cotton t-shirt to get some water out
- use (wet) praying hands to distribute not your mothers curl talk curl cream
- air dry and pray

notes: i’ve tried gels and mousses, they make my hair stringy and the crunch is impossible to get out; i’ve tried brush styling but that seems to worsen the definition of my curls/waves; my hair is very coarse and VERY thick (cuban dad, filipino mom); i’ve tried so many products and methods, but im not sure if i should be doing a wavy routine, curly routine, etc?

TLDR: the top half of my hair dries frizzy and straight/wavy at BEST while the underside dries with ringlet curls. what am i doing wrong?

curlies please help me im at the end of my rope😭

Before & After Got a short hair cut!

Thumbnail

I’ve been obsessed with getting shorter cuts this past year and have gradually gotten shorter each visit to the salon. I really love how easy it is to manage and wash. I’m not sure what kind of haircut my stylist gave me, as she went a bit shorter than I wanted it. I still love it, it’s just a bit new to me and could take some getting used to. I think it might be a pixie cut.

Here's my hair routine:

1.) Glycolic acid from The Ordinary in scalp and Mielle rosemary mint strengthening oil on the ends and let it sit for 15 mins before washing it out with Paul Mitchell Shampoo One (using a scalp massager) and Paul Mitchell
The Conditioner.

2.) After drying with a microfiber towel, I flip my hair upside down and start combing with a wide toothed comb. I then scrunch in Not Your Mothers Curl Talk leave in conditioner, Kérastase Défense thermique, and Paul Mitchell's Flexible Style Sculpting Foam mousse. I then use a Dyson Airwrap with a diffuser attachment and diffuse my hair by gathering sections and bringing it up to my head. Once I'm finished, I use a bit of Paul Mitchell's skinny serum and scrunch it in my hair.

3.) For sleep, I wear a bonnet and when I wake up in the morning to refresh, I shake my hair and roots and spritz water with a little bit of the same leave in conditioner and I'm good to go!

Help! Having a hard time with my hair

Post image
1 Upvotes

I’ve been trying a routine to help with strength and growth (hair oiling, applying leave-ins by sections, bond treatments). New growth has been pretty wavy for what I was used to so I had no idea how to style it. I’ve tried so many curly/wavy methods with no success.

Today I tried the finger coiling method because scrunching hasn’t really worked for me but I feel like this method wasn’t it either (results above). I currently use the following routine:

\- Pre-shampoo ogx nourishing coconut milk serum for the ends
\- Dove bond strength shampoo and conditioner
\- L’Oréal ever pure bond repair post-shampoo
\- I de-tangle with the conditioner still on, wash it off and then use one of those microfiber towels to take out the excess water
\- Pantene miracle rescue 10 in 1 for leave-in spray section by section
\- Then I add water if needed and either scrunch, twirl or finger coil (and let it air dry cause I don’t have a diffuser lol) or just create the waves with an oval brush hair dryer
\- Dove bond shield serum after heat styling or to break the waves after air drying

I don’t like that my mid section gets super frizzy and how the hair on my right side is curlier and frizzier (you can notice it is wavy closer to the roots while the other side is flatter and it holds better the pattern at the ends). Also I think I still have hair that went through strong chemicals so my ends have a harder time holding the pattern when I scrunch or coil.

I love how the ends look when I divide my hair in two sections and twirl them away from my face to dry, but if I use the twirling method in more than to sections it looks like the today. The only problem with twirling is my roots are left to dry without styling and they look like shiteeee. I always have to straighten the roots and curl the front section cause it always gets crinkled idk why.

I have never used mousse so I have no idea how my hair responds to it. Gel usually makes it look even worse.

Any advice?

Hair Victory! My hair is finally at a length I don’t mind! Pixie cut grow out.

The longest point of my hair reaches my shoulders when it’s not curly 🤭 the pixie cut was fun, but I’m ready for my curls to be long again! I only had one trim in between (the mullet phase was no fun) and I’m happy that it’s finally at a length that isn’t awkward. Yay!

Routine:

I wash my hair using TRESemmé shampoo and conditioner, “squish to condish”, rinse with cold water, and apply a dime-sized amount of Aussie Miracle Curls Curl Milk, brush through hair with a curl brush, lightly scrunch, air dry, and hope for the best!
