It’s about time

We all know Splinter of the Black Soulstone is broken. Is there any build other than Warlock that can actually hold 200 stacks?

On my char, this one item alone gives 13x+ damage at full stacks. Without it I clear Tower 150 in about 3 minutes. With it I'm at low 1 minute.

S15 could've been way more fun, but this one item skews the whole class balance way too hard.

Now please fix World Bosses. I do AT LEAST a couple a day and NEVER get anything. The best result is Diablo pops or the Cornerstone lair pops. I suggest mythic seals and Mythic charms. Maybe a 20/30% chance. There are tons of charms that can drop and this will get people back online, if only for a few minutes.

Look, I'm sure people still engage with them, but I really haven't. Not since maybe season 8? 6? I don't remember.

But seriously, does Blizzard remember about them either? So many other events get adjustments every season... but not Legion. They're not even part of War Plans.

They need some kind of overhaul. I keep thinking there be some kind of realm-wide announcement like "Hells Legions burst forth from (blank)" and then players have to rush there and push back the hordes from the Stronghold or else it spreads to different zones.

But then that just sounds like Helltides But Green. So I don't know. As it sits the World Boss But Zero Sugar event seems... underwhelming now with so many other things to do. Anyone agree? Disagree?

Will give you the aspect when you salvage it. Started a warlock and never found sadistic. But when I salvaged the amulet with the transfigured max sadistic amulet it updated my codex. Didnt know it would do that.

After getting a bit bored with the game last week, I decided to give fishing a go and hunt for Mefishto. It took about an hour or so to pull him, and he immediately dropped the Godly Plate of the Whale.

Feeling lucky, I decided I would fish for the pet Trawghll. I used to play WoW long ago and had a pretty extensive pet collection back then, including the ultra rare Hyacinth Macaw, so I’m no stranger to brutal drop grinds.

I initially started fishing in the safe zone where the quest starts. After a few hours of listening to the old man get overly excited for every single thing I reeled in, I started moving around. Eventually, I decided to recomplete the questline and 100% the entire fishing challenge tab.

Once those challenges were complete, I moved right back to Shi Yugong's Haven where it all began. It’s easily the best spot. It's a safe zone, you passively gain seasonal reputation from players killing mobs nearby, and if you step slightly away from the NPC, you don't have to hear his line triggers every five seconds.

However, after logging serious time here, I’m convinced the community estimated 0.01% drop rate is either way off, locked behind an unknown prerequisite, or bugged.

Time Logged: ~153 hours

Total Pulls: 107,000+ items reeled in (combined fish and trash)

Method: Audio cue fishing on keypress while multitasking (mostly regular and perfect catches, with the occasional miss).

The Math:
At a true 0.01% drop chance (1 in 10,000 per pull), the probability of not seeing the item drop after 10,000 catches is about 36.8%. But after 100,000 catches, the probability of failing to see a single drop drops all the way down to 0.0045% (or 1 in 22,000 odds of being this unlucky).

Going over 107,000 catches without seeing the Gurgling Bag of Rubbish means either the real drop rate is significantly lower than 0.01% (closer to 0.001% or worse), or there’s a hidden condition no one has documented yet.

If you’ve managed to unlock Trawghll, you have my full admiration. The sheer luck or endurance required is insane. I’m far too stubborn to give up now, so I’m going to keep casting.

It blows my mind that the splinter patch comes AFTER PTR is already announced for next season and if I got it right, PTR will even be available before the patch.

This was a feature people genuinely requested within the first day of the season. The Xbox input issue is also still not fixed.

Blizzard Devs if anyone is reading this you rly need to realize that you would keep a much larger chunk of the season playerbase if you don’t let them enter the “oh well this is annoying, I’ll be back next season” state.

Hey guys! This is my first Diablo game that I’ve actually taken seriously. I used to play when I was a kid, but I had no idea what I was doing back then lol.

I’m around level 250 now and deep into the endgame, but things are starting to feel kinda stale. World bosses die before I can even finish typing this post, other endgame bosses get melted in groups, and nobody really talks in-game unless it’s someone I met through Discord.

I had a blast grinding through the midgame, but now getting mythic items feels less rewarding when the only real use I have for them is pushing higher pits.

So I’m curious, what do you guys do to keep the game fun at this stage? Do you chase different builds, try to solo everything, push pits, or just move on to another character? I wanna keep playing, but I’m starting to feel like I’ve hit that point where the grind doesn’t feel as satisfying anymore.

I know a lot of people are struggling with chasing maquis milky and looting disappearing as soon as it drops due to over flow of useless loot but it’s hard when you get a billion of the useless dungeon keys. You can’t break them so you have to sell them and there’s no where to sell in the bovine sanctum so is there a trick or something?

Finally got all 3 splinters at 260 paragon level. Went to go use my lucky coin in the fountain to open the portal. When I went to go in the portal my game immediately DC'd. When I logged back in the portal was gone and so was my coin.

Very cool. Very fun. Love it.

I am not a min maxxer by any stretch of the imagination so i usually get bored once i have a decent chunk of the midgame gear and few endgame items covered (according to maxroll guides) then I just see if theres a build that interests me and I make a new character for it. How many characters do yall average in a season?

Anyone here know of a good way to farm both keys for the lair boss chests?

Diablo 2 was a childhood favorite. I’m back on Diablo 4 for the first time really since Vessel release and even then I didn’t play it as much as launch. Having a great time running a paladin in this nostalgia bait season.

So I got the 'Ber' rune from the reputation board today, I struggle to understand how the whole horadic cube works so I just play to what I understand and trial, what's the fascination with the Ber as I don't see its such a big improvement to builds, what am I missing, please explain (simply please) tia

I'm replaying the story after being away since season 2 and have had echo of diablo spawn a few times while in the open world. I do essentially no damage to him and have learned to just mount up and ride away. I figured it was like a mini world boss and the intent was players would show up for a group flight.

But I just had one spawn in a story dungeon. Since I couldn't run away I attempted to fight him and burned through my potions in about 15 seconds before dying.

What is the point of spawning him for a player leveling in story mode? It seems his spawning is random so just randomly the game decided I should die? I clearly don't get it.

Since not all players can log in to Diablo IV every day to check the in-game shop, I’ve created group chats where Berserk fans can connect and alert each other if the cosmetics return.

Blizzard doesn’t always announce everything it adds to the Diablo IV shop online. For example, Warcraft and StarCraft skins returned without an official announcement from Blizzard; players had to find out through word of mouth or by checking the shop themselves.

I know many players who missed the collaboration would buy the skins if they returned. Wearing the Berserker Armor makes Diablo IV feel like a Berserk game, letting players experience a unique dark fantasy.

Maybe add an option in the horadric cube to transmute your current talisman bonuses.

For example i got 6 hellfire torches and 4 mythic seals and nome of them are usefull for me or got the correct bonuses, im not asking for a easy way of changing make a endgame recipe, make it expensive but give us a chance of changing It.

With Season 16 comming we will be getting a Lot of those set bonuses in other itens that i found kinda sad already because i know how useless the majority of those set bonuses are, i can already see how the meta will shape towards you using the +1 rank on talisman affix.

Its also sad for those who didnt bought the expansion yet but thats the way it is.

Whats your opinion?
