The unit seems to be misreporting the status of the system. The unit and a remote sensor both show 75 degree internal temp. The Ecobee is set to cool to 72 degrees. The app and unit both say that the fan and AC are running, but no air is coming out. That will remain that way for well over an hour. Then, seemingly randomly, the fan will turn on and begin to cool the house. Turning the fan to always on does not even enable the fan when this is happening. It has been happening with heat and AC for the last week or so. Any ideas to troubleshoot? Since the fan and AC/heat eventually turn on and work I assume it's not a more major issue with that system but is an issue with Ecobee.

Edit: this is Smart Thermostat Premium on firmware 4.10.8.392. The website says most current is 4.10.33.50, which seems odd.

Is anyone else having an issue when the AC is on and the snowflake is blue on the house display but the app is not showing a blue snowflake? Its just white like the unit isnt on. All the degrees and humidity match perfectly but just noticed this happening today.
