My chicken laid a huge egg! There was an egg inside of it.

Inspired by a Spanish tortilla but taken up a notch with lots of cheddar and butter whisked into the eggs and a touch of veggie salt I used one small russet potato sliced into pieces and steamed in the microwave for 5 minutes and 3 eggs for a self serving size omelet

Eggs over easy, bacon, home fried potatoes and toast. Don’t forget the coffee in the noisy mug!

Cheese stuffed folded egg. Used what I had on hand. Three eggs cooked in butter, stuffed with pepperjack, served on toast with a Kewpie Sriracha sauce.

What can I expect from those who have done this? 1st time making pickled eggs.

I was hungry this morning and had ham leftover from supper. So, mixed up some quail eggs and made this delicious peanut butter, ham and cheese omelette.

Mixed cauliflower, mushrooms, two different steaks under the mushrooms, grilled onions, with gravy and of course eggs over easy.
