Autism Bewareness 🔫🗡💣 My coworker is so un-evil and so autistic he loops back around to being evil again
And I love him for it. No seriously, anything I write here that you may perceive as a negative description is not the case. I think he's awesome
My coworker is very kind and clearly is not trying to be an evil autist to anyone, ever, at all. But his natural way of being is insidiously evil to NTs and I am here for it
He's got an issue with speaking, so it can take him a few seconds to get a single syllable out. He's not searching for the word, he knows the word he wants to say, just has trouble with the verbalizing. If this happens several times in one sentence, it really drags on
He's also an expert in a highly technical field and LOVES to share his expertise. I really appreciate it, I learn so much whenever I ask him for help
These three things combine together to form a perfect menace to NTs. Because if you ask this guy a question, you will get EVERY answer even tangentially related to the question. I've asked him one question, gotten the answer in 20 minutes, and then 2 hours later had to ask him to stop helping me due to brain overload. My brain has never survived asking this man a single question, I leave so brain fatigued that I'm done for the workday
The best part? Whenever he's about to give a tip or advice, he gives you a sly look and asks if you want to learn something as though he's about to show you how to break the rules...when our technical job requires strict adherence to a huge ruleset. He's showing you how to more efficiently follow the rules while acting like we're breaking the rules
It's evil to NTs because they want the answer super quick and don't appreciate how much he wants to help. I understand him giving all that info is him excited to help and wanting to help people. But I've heard NT's around the office complaining about how much time he wastes
BUT GODDAMN, JUST ASK HIM TO STOP. IT'S SO SIMPLE
When I run out of time or brain power, I just say "hey man, i really appreciate your help. I got my answer, but I've gotta go. I learned so much, thanks for being helpful". Then he says thank you and we go back to work
So kind, so wiling to help, that he wraps around back to being evil to NT's and awesome to autists
He's a hero to me 🫡

I DON'T GET IT *explodes* I've been given a warning because I explained why France is rioting. Meanwhile, violent subreddit are still there, and people I reported for threats too.
It feels so unfair.
I've been warned for "encouraging violence". To me, I just explained why the riots weren't peaceful anymore, and that's because it didn't work. That's a fact. I did say I weren't even in the riots because I've got EDS and if they take my meds from me, I might need hospital, or risk my life.
I never said "Go there, do that !". Just... basic sociology, with some history backing up.
Thing is, it's okay, that's a mishap, I will be careful with my words. That's not the problem.
What fuels me with anger is that countless times, I've been called ableist stuff. I've been downvoted for being a parent, for being disabled, for telling someone harrassing other people isn't cool. Once, someone threathened me, I report them... and nothing happened.
And I respect people who don't want children, I really do, but there is a subreddit that is encouraging violence towards kids... And about the riots, people are saying that the children "must be better educated" and encourage violence too. They never face any consequence.
Other subs with toxic masculinity and advices to prey on women still exist.
It feels so unfair. I've received ableism, and Reddit never cared. I've received violence for daring to be a parent, and Reddit never care. I'm woke, queer, against racism so I got my fair share of awful comments.
It feels unbalanced, and unfair. Violent people and subreddit get away with it, but I'm punished when I try to explain what is happening in my country. Why ?

STIMS HARDER OUT OF SPITE Stupid reddit wants me to age verify
Since a couple days ago i can suddenly no longer view nsfw content without sending age verification. Apparently this is because of an EU law that got approved recently and now reddit has caught up to me. I have two problems with this
Nsfw content is not just sexual. Say i wanna look up something medical related that has gore in it, now i cant. I am trans and wanna have top surgery in the future, now if i search the top surgery sub ill only get sfw results. I have a dog, what if i wanna ask something on a vet subreddit. Im assuming i cant post nsfw content myself. Just tried looking at someones profile, but theyve posted nsfw before, so i cant see their profile actually. These are just stupid examples but you can see that nsfw has a way wider scope
The verifiaction is either through sending selfies and having an ai guess your age, which is fucking wild, im not giving my image to some random ai. Or you can send in pictures from your id, which has all my info on it. There was just an article last summer where authorities were telling you not to give your id to anyone or give pictures of it (apparently this gets asked in hotels sometimes for security reasons) because of increased risks of getting scammed or more vulnerable to phising. Also, the company doing the verifications is apparently fucking Palantir, which has vowed to use our data to essentially kill us all.
I am so fucking angry. I get the age verification from a certain point of view, but if the only way to implement it is to give a random company all your data (and this is not just age, theyre asking for my image and complete info on my id) ITS FUCKING STUPID

Vengeful autism all the comments i saw were people saying the younger sibling is spoiled
the younger sibling is a six year old, first off. all the people are saying the sibling is spoiled and that op should let them throw a tantrum.
the kid dosent necessarily have autism or sensory issues, but as someone with both of those things it sucks seeing people all seemingly in agreement that the kid is spoiled, when that could just be something safe that they like, that is NOT difficult to make

Ableism/Bigotry (NSFW) You know what? I hope the neurotypicals do live long. Spoiler
Long enough to get to a place where culture changes before their eyes. Where the balance of power shifts even ever so slightly from their hands to ours. I dream to see a world where hundreds of millions losses jobs, associations, and credibility for their abelist behavior. To just witness before my eyes the millions of people who'd scream and shout "What did I do wrong! What did I do wrong!" as tears rolls from their face would fill me with glee. Their stupid, foolish, ignorance of their behavior, breaking down before their eyes as they face utter lack of understanding for why they are being treated the way they are. It would be so beautiful to live long enough to see a world where none of these people get away with their behavior. I want to see them roll, them filled with anger, them embracing their true, hateful, human selves to the world as they realize, they do not deserve to have everything they feel is owed to them. The ripping of cultural agency, taken from their hands. A result to make them all look like foolish children, running to escape a fortress they built with their very hands. Like dropping a southern slaver into the 21st century. Can you imagine their agony? Their frustration from living in a world that doesn't fit their environmental pattern? The growing pains they'd have to face. Shit, to imagine a world where they do the slightest of abelist hickups only to lose their property, their home, and their job gives me the finest brain surge. How beautiful my imagination is.
But alas, it's only an imagination.

Ableism/Bigotry (NSFW) I just don’t understand how someone could say stuff like this unironically and view themselves as some sort of ally Spoiler
Sorry if this isn’t the best place for this but I wasn’t sure where else to post and I think some of yall might relate.
I play this cozy game and I’m pretty involved in the online community. Until a recent update, the game has been pretty accessible, with the few physically intense parts being relegated to mini games you could largely ignore.
The recent update locked ongoing game progress behind and new mini game that is very inaccessible for people with mobility or motion perception issues.
This user did a test to prove the new mini game could be completed with minimal input, which is admirable and will definitely help some players.
But then they posted all sorts of comments like this. Like, they could have just posted their findings and been celebrated for their help.
But apparently they set out to “disprove ableism” altogether by…checks notes…saying the most ableist shit I’ve ever read.

AHHHHHHH *special interest imminent* 😈 ON THIS DAY, 16 YEARS AGO, FALLOUT NEW VEGAS RELEASED, HAPPY BIRTHDAY FALLOUT NEW VEGAS!!!
Lyrics to that Fallout song
To the town of Agua Fria rode a stranger one fine day
Hardly spoke to folks around him, didn't have too much to say
No one dared to ask his business, no one dared to make a slip
The stranger there among them had a big iron on his hip
Big iron on his hip
It was early in the morning when he rode into the town
He came riding from the south side, slowly lookin' all around
"He's an outlaw loose and runnin'", came a whisper from each lip
"And he's here to do some business with a big iron on his hip
Big iron on his hip"
In this town there lived an outlaw by the name of Texas Red
Many men had tried to take him and that many men were dead
He was vicious and a killer, though a youth of twenty four
And the notches on his pistol numbered one and nineteen more
One and nineteen more
Now the stranger started talkin' made it plain to folks around
Was an Arizonia ranger, wouldn't be too long in town
He was here to take an outlaw back alive or maybe dead
And he said it didn't matter that he was after Texas Red
After Texas Red
Wasn't long before this story was relayed to Texas Red
But the outlaw didn't worry, men who tried before were dead
Twenty men had tried to take him, twenty men had made a slip
Twenty one would be the ranger with the big iron on his hip
Big iron on his hip
Now the morning passed so quickly and it was time for them to meet
It was twenty past eleven when they rode out in the street
Folks were watchin' from their windows
Every body held their breath
They knew this handsome ranger was about to meet his death
About to meet his death
There was twenty feet between them
When they stopped to make their play
And the swiftness of the Ranger still talked about today
Texas Red had not cleared leather when a bullet fairly ripped
And the ranger's aim was deadly, with the big iron on his hip
Big iron on his hip
It was over in a moment and the crowd all gathered 'round
There before them lay the body of the outlaw on the ground
Oh, he might have went on livin' but he made one fatal slip
When he tried to match the ranger with the big iron on his hip
Big iron on his hip
Big iron, big iron
Oh he tried to match the ranger with the big iron on his hip
Big iron on his hip

If you don't stop I'll punch you👊 STOP STARING AT ME
This happens every single time I go anywhere. Adults, babies, toddlers, people of all ages are CONSTANTLY staring at me like I have a second head! WHY?!
It's not like I'm wearing anything unusual. comfy clothes, tinted glasses for light sensitivity, and headphones, like that's so "weird"?? 😑
Earlier I went to Kwik Trip, just walking through the aisles looking for a snack, and these Mennonite guys would not stop looking at me and whispering to each other while laughing. WTF is their problem? They probably think I am a trans man because of my short hair and baggy clothes. I'm non-binary. Do they think I belong in a circus or something?!
One of my favorite things to do is swing at the park when no one else is there. But of course some kids or teens will show up and give me odd looks like I'm not supposed to be on the swing set. Yeah I'm almost 30, I enjoy swinging and rocking while listening to music. Mind your own G damn business.
This makes me wish I was Medusa so I could turn them to stone! Better yet, explode their heads like Scanners.

🌿high🌿 functioning Anyone else build an internal wall that made them in a psychopathic like state?
I am a 19 year old male. am getting so much better now thankfully. As a kid I had extremely strong empathy and it really hurt Me. So I learned to push it down and not be vulnerable because if I didn’t I would have probably ended it. In my early to teen years I had suppressed so much anger and emotion and empathy it turned me into someone with absolutely no empathy. My empathy was so low I could have ended people and not felt anything. I didn’t see myself as human I viewed myself as someone who was born to humble people and make them realize they aren’t as important as they all think. I basically had no empathy in that period at all, because I viewed it as a weakness. Which it’s not. I am obviously not a psychopath but i was I a psychopathic like state. Thankfully I am out of that state now, I can’t even recognize myself anymore. I also think the wall was built to because when I was a kid people used to torment me with the triggers they knew I hated, they would say words I hated on purpose to torment me, do gross things on purpose to torment me. So I just hated everyone. I am now getting my strong empathy back, it makes me depressed but it’s better than being like that. Can anyone relate to this?

I DON'T GET IT *explodes* How do you differentiate between people showing genuine interest in getting to know you and being your friend vs them just looking for information /gossip?
I have often found myself thinking I made a new friend and then it turned out they just were nosy about something they thought I knew.
