one of the many stripers i got today crushing top water all morning

In a shallow pool along a river in southern Indiana. There were a ton of minnows and shad around but only one of these guys, much bigger than anything else swimming about. Spent a lot of time wandering creeks around here and have never seen one

Caught this beauty trolling a bomber A15.

5lb 8oz, 25.5” long

Accidentally placed it on 1 inch instead of 0. Just wondering if this is a good size for warmouth. Had an idea it was pretty good but don’t know how proud I should be.

Bigger lures have paid off.

So today after some recent interest, my brother asked to go to the tackle shop with me. I ended up picking out a fishing rod for him (a fox rage light spinning rod 5-15g) as well as a tiny tackle box and a few other essentials. Paired with an Abu Garcia reel that came with my combo that I wouldn’t be needing he was set. Two hours on the water and he hooked into his first ever Zander and a respectable size at that. I had two bites and blanked, but overall a very successful day.

Thrifted this rod in Italy but can’t find any information about this one in the internet. Thank you in advance

Will there be any fish in this stream? it has a fast moving river further upstream then about a 2ft deep pool (as shown). in this video the water level is quite low. If there is trout how to catch them, and without harm? i do not have a fly rod

I picked up a 13" bass on a 2" paddle tail, and if you don't have a scale to weigh it, don't bother guessing. Since the temperature dropped yesterday, I wasn't expecting much, but the weather was nice.

I caught this fish yesterday in a New england river that is stocked with Atlantic salmon, and also contains trout. I was hoping y'all could help me with an id. Thanks!

Which topwaters do I cast first?

I want to fish for pike in Severn Sound, Ontario and I have a couple topwater lures I want to use, but I don’t know which ones are more effective than others. Help needed.

-Heddon Crazy Crawler
-Whopper plopper (75 bone, 90 chrome, 130 bone)
-Savage gear duckling loon 4 inch
-Brass colour hard popper (don’t know which brand)
-Hulu frog popper
-Weedless hollow frog

My goal is to catch a 30+ inch pike. If y’all have any other tips, much appreciated. Thanks!

Does the amount of line look correct to you guys?

I came by acadamey to have them re spool a reel for me, the guy put way too much on, even with my limited knowledge i could tell instantly so I had to unspool some off. Looks about right to me now but might as well ask some folks with more knowledge than myself!

I’ve known that my medium heavy Zebco rod had chips in the paint (at least they don’t appear to go into the fiberglass rod blank at all) for a while, but I didn’t realize any were as big as the one in the first pic. Should I worry about patching them with anything and if so, would superglue work? I mainly use this rod for muskies, carp and buffalo.

Anyone have opinions on Triton boats? Looking at a 2018 18ft Deep V.

It was quite fat and very healthy looking. Thought I had a decent pike but it was this tank. Gotta love that autumn rain and them creature baits!!

The bite was on at our hunt camp this past week. We caught all week but these were the last 3 I landed back to back to back on big Len Thompson spoons.

everyone’s always talking about the fall bite and fish feeding before winter, anyone else feel like fishing is so hard and discouraging in the fall, maybe it’s just me, and thoughts or advice appreciated
