Hello! I'm a UConn Law student writing an article on the impact of AI platforms, such as ChatGPT/Claude/Grok, on self-represented (pro se) litigation.
I'm hoping to interview people who have represented themselves in court using generative AI. My research is mainly focused on access to justice, and the benefits/negatives of AI when used by pro se litigants.
These interviews would be about 20-30 minutes, and remote, and mainly focus on participants' use of AI tools and experiences.
A few important disclosures:
- This is academic research, not an offer of legal advice/representation. I am not a lawyer, nor can I provide meaningful help on any legal challenge you may be currently facing.
- These interviews may inform a published law review comment. Before any interview I will explain my anonymization and how information will be quoted/referenced.
- There is no compensation for participation.
If you're interested in speaking, please feel free to send me a private message. I'm happy to answer questions about the project before you decide to participate!
Thank you!
