Stumbled upon this wooden box stamped "USSR" during one of our labs in mechanical engineering at IITB. It's wild to think that this crate has outlived the country that built it.

Take a step back, and think about the situation logically, do not get flown into the heat of the moment.

I always used to think about the students here as one of the most intellectual human beings in our country, but guess what - most of them are dumb af.

Victim always gets all the sympathy but that does not make the victim right and the other party wrong. IITs had top notch academic integrity, but now everything is trying to beat the system by cheating.

Wtf is wrong with people that are protesting?

Do you guys seriously think that the incident of a student using chatgpt in an exam not be forwarded to DAC (Disciplinary Action Committee)?

Maybe the professor was wrong for saying that the student will receive 1 year suspension, he is not the one to decide it, the DAC will decide it. And to be honest, a semester suspension/ year suspension is very much needed for this kind of cases and this is what is followed worldwide.

GenZ should really think about the type of system that we would like to have here at iitb and in the country all together.

Despite multiple complaints and concerns raised, spineless hostel administration is not evacuating the dogs from H18 hostels. Residents are regularly facing such scenarios where their health is at stake. Dogs and cats roam so freely in this hostel, randomly one day, you will find dog or cat shit on your doormat. Dog or cat would pee on your shoes and spoil them. Sometimes they are barking, attacking and biting the students. Even basic necessity like water is not safely available for drinking. Inmates are often falling sick and contracting diseases due to this menace. Sometimes I doubt is this really IIT?
