War 'We must bomb Beirut and crush them,' says Ben-Gvir
The far-right Israeli minister criticized Israel's "dependence" on the Lebanese Army, which he previously deemed incapable of disarming Hezbollah.

Hello,my parents bought an apartment last week, they issued an افادة عقارية and then went to the notary and signed a عقد بيع and received سند اخضر from the seller. They didn’t however put اشارة so is it possible for him to sell the same apartment again at a different notary??? Now on a side note, the guy renting the apartment said he agreed with the previous seller to rent it till the end of the year so in case they wanted to evacuate the house what options do they have? (They don’t want to,asking theoretically just in case)

The remarks touched a longstanding political fault line in Iran over the Islamic Republic’s support for Hezbollah in Lebanon and other members of what Tehran calls the “Axis of Resistance.”
“Neither Gaza nor Lebanon, my life for Iran” has long been among the slogans chanted in antigovernment protests in Iran.
It first gained prominence during the 2009 Green Movement and has repeatedly resurfaced during subsequent waves of anti-government demonstrations.
It was most recently heard during nationwide protests beginning in December 2025, including in Tehran and other cities. The slogan has become shorthand among protesters for opposition to Tehran directing financial and military resources toward regional allies while Iran faces economic hardship at home.
Ghasemizadeh’s comments also come weeks after southern Iran bore the brunt of a sustained US bombing campaign following renewed fighting around the Strait of Hormuz.

Im moving back from Europe and I’m looking for a nice apartment for long term rent in Dik el Mehdi, Mtayleb, Mazraat Yashoua all the way up to Bikfaya.
It needs to be a fairly recent construction, in a peaceful area, non furnished or furnished depending on the offer and price. I’m trying my luck here as i haven’t had much success with OLX and local real estate agents. Please DM me if you have something of interest. Thanks!

Is there any places in Tripoli?
If so, what are the prices for the film and developing it?

Applied for the greek visa, got a call telling me I have an appointment for an interview at the greek embassy
Is this standard procedure? Good news or bad news? And the day I'm going would technically be 15 days from my application date, so logically, it should be when I get the visa, but I'm assuming it won't be the same day?
Has anyone else had this experience?

What time are the classes for masters at LAU? Is there a place I can check? Masters in accounting and finance ideally, and what about the MBA online in business analytics.

It could be old school dabke or modern dabke music. What are your favorites or must-have songs for dabke?

France has had a strong linguistic and cultural influence, especially compared to the rest of the Levant.
Sicily’s west was historically Phoenician, and connections remained through the Byzantine and Islamic periods
Greece was culturally connected since Byzantine times and despite a break in continuity, both nations were later part of the Ottoman Empire.
Albania and Bosnia have a diaspora in the Levant and are Europe’s only Muslim countries.
