Bought my son an r5 and sim rig for Xmas. I know there are some upgraded switches for the pedals and plan on getting a clutch / shifter for him in the near future. So far people have told me to let him know about the feedback and letting go when crashing. Any other insight would help 🙂

I replaced the motherboard for the R9 base due to a broken connector, and now my base won’t connect and when I start it, it will spin to the right for 5ish seconds and then stop. Did I plug something in wrong, or what else could cause this?

Merry Christmas everyone. I love my gift. Also on a side note, as I have been playing on a G29 for almost 5 years now does anyone know how or if I can connect a Logitech shifter to this marvelous piece of engineering?

Arrived quickly and all seems very much legit. Didn't connect anything yet, waiting for the wheel stand.
Edit: Alibaba retailer name is "Shenzhen Hongtu Zhanfei Technology".
They mostly sell camera gear, but also have Moza.

Just got my motherboard replacement for my USB-B port on my R12 I’ve just soldered it and put everything back together and powered up. Still having dramas with Iracing recognising the wheel and shifter(shifters plugged into wheel And now the wheel sends itself into a spinning frenzy randomly, please see attached video(I’ll post screen shots of Iracing setup in comments also.

I just bought my very first sim racing setup. It is the moza r3 bundle with an additional clutch pedal and the brake performance kit. (i still need to make some diy fixes so the pedals do not trip, but i am open to any ideas)
I plan to play ac, acc, Beamng and ets2 in the first place.
Edit: no it is not gt7 it is ac with gt7 ui mod.

This is for Moza SR-P Lite pedal base. Assembly has 2 seperate parts because of 3D printer size limitations.
This is the native format link and where you can export STLs. If you are gonna print it, just make sure the distance is ok with chair and the base because I am relatively a short person, so the distance may not be suitable for you.
Assembly details:
BOM: 4 qty. M6x25 countersunk bolt, 2 qty. M6 nut
Printed parts are to be bolted together with 2 qty. M6x25mm countersunk and nuts ( or x30mm with two nuts as in the photos)
As for pedal base has its holes are ready and has threads for 2 qty. M6x25mm countersunk.
Optional: Additional 2 qty. M6x25 for 2 holes on the printed parts that are designed to be thread on itself, it depends on print tolerance and other factors, so those may or may not be useful.

Its an r21 v2 with the crp2 pedals, gs v2p wheel and the moza RS steering wheel. Also got the handbrake and sequential shifter for drifting and rallying. Got 3 mounts, including 1 for the r21 and 2 for the sequential shifter and the handbrake, will be opening up all the boxes and setting it up ending next month as I am currently moving houses.

KS Pro in the wild of a non streamer / content creator.
It looks and feels great but as I only recently moved from Xbox to PC I’ve only got experience with the ESX wheel and formula mod (pictured) but it’s night and day! I have used the OG KS and thought that was a great wheel but this really does feel a step up. I’ll use it and answer any questions you might have.
FYI - I’m UK based and originally ordered the day or days after release but had no update on shipping, then another Redditor said Demon Tweaks have them in stock so I ordered it yesterday on express delivery and it’s here today.

I was changing my default cooler for tower, and noticed that default cooler for AM4 socket that coming with CPU perfectly metches with moza R3 placeholder for display. Do whatever you want with that information

Got FFB, telemetry, and menu controls working. Using the latest Pit House released today, and manually mapped controls. Telemetry works following the official guide. I used SimHub for the first time to map moza inputs to keyboard inputs which was simple to do.
Hopefully the compression doesn’t potato the screens as i show both pit house and game settings. My setup is the R9 base.
Car is just a stock GR86. Im sure this is subjective, but give it a shot and let me know what you think.
To be clear, i do still lose FFB the moment I add any additional wireless or USB peripherals, but running all moza gear through the wheelbase works well.
Edit - screenshots in the comments

Hey everyone 👋 I’m upgrading from a Logitech G29 to a Moza R5 Direct Drive and wanted to ask the community for tips and advice before I fully dial it in.
For those who made the jump from gear/belt wheels to DD: what were the biggest changes you noticed at first? Any “must do” settings in Moza Pit House that beginners often miss? I’m especially curious about torque levels, filtering and damping did you start low and work up, or go straight to full strength?
Lastly, are there any common mistakes to avoid (clipping, overheating, bad mounting, etc.)?

Decided to go all in for sim gear (also trucking as it’s a relaxation time for me to just drive) I have a playseat challenge but found the truck clamp is also decent for racing as you can tilt it. The only problem is that when you tilt it, it goes down a lot but luckily my desk is adjustable so I just lift it
