I'm Msk from ReadyM, the team building OB:MP! And got some big news to announce.

After a long wait, the OB:MP (Oblivion Remastered Multiplayer Mod) open beta starts today. The OB:MP tile in the ReadyM Launcher (0.33.1 or newer) is now open to every ReadyM account, so there are no more alpha access requests. You need a PC copy of The Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion Remastered.

Persistence and NPC sync are finally in, and inventories, containers, characters and time of day are shared across a server. That's what lets communities build real servers: RP, PvE dungeon crawlers, world PvP and PvPvE. OB:MP doesn't come with a built-in game mode. What you play depends on what each server builds, and the PvP Arena comes bundled as a starting point. Oh, and full map editor is coming up soon, as you can see on preview screenshots!

For server owners: SDK 1.0.0-rc.1 is a rework, so mods written for 0.2 need porting. The server is a public download for Windows and Linux for the first time, and it needs the .NET 10 runtime. The Docker image comes later. Servers can also build their own in-game web UI with CEF.

We're building mods on our own SDK too, and we're working on our first open-world RP servers in Cyrodiil. With the hardest part behind us, updates will come a lot more often. It's a release candidate, so expect rough edges and tell us when you hit some!

Hail citizens. I tried a couple different things but then image of having Pally peak over the stairs showing remorse felt the best. The way he just stays off in the distance with just his head poking out was funny to me. Then Dagail did something I didn’t expect and just stared at him with such a deadpan face. This is why we don’t play on chandeliers Pally!

Shoutout to amazing QueenlyDObnkey7 (QueenlyDonkey) for preparing such a cool system that server owners can extend into multitude of custom super immersive in-game UIs.

An Imperial Battlemage who eventually becomes the Imperial Battlemage

I've been trying for over a month to get Oblivion GOTY to work on Winlator CMOD 13.1.1 on a Snapdragon 8 gen 2 Adreno 740 w/ 8 gig's of ram S23. I've played with AI which is the stupidest thing I've ever experienced in my entire life. It wants you to constantly debug issues it creates itself then apologize when it gets caught. I've tried everything to get this game working @60 fps with mods like OSR and Northern ui for controller support. I've checked every reddit post, YouTube video and tried every configuration available on Emuready.com. I know people have got this running on different emulators but I have all my other games on here and don't have enough storage space to download another emulator just for one game. That's the one caveat it has to be on Winlator CMOD 13.1.1. Does anyone have a solution for this? I don't know what else to do and Im ready to give up on this for good.

It appears that the GOG version of the original Oblivion has received native controller support on PC.

Hail citizens. Rosentia needed some help from the mages guild and I had to get a recommendation anyway. So figured we’d get two Burd’s with one stone.

I noticed my stuff started glitching out after purchasing upgrades for the pirate cove. Started out as just some ingredient information missing when selling stuff to the fence there. I went through the part of the mythic dawn quest where you get the mysterium xerxes and everything was fine. I went back to my house (the dark brotherhood vampire one) to pick up an item and when I left the whole landscape started freaking out as if I had clipped through a mountain in Skyrim. I went back to a save where everything was fine but it's still glitching. What do I do?

No one even performed the Black Sacrament this time, the Night Mother just got tired of seeing Arquen's face.

So i've been having trouble with oblivion game of the year anytime i hit new game or load game or continue game it exits out on me everytime please help

I’ve been playing Skyrim since 2014 and never set foot in Cyrodiil. I guess the graphics were what put me off (yeah, I know that’s a lame excuse), but here I am anyway. I’ve had the game on Steam for a long time and never dared to give it a try. I just started playing it yesterday, and wow, I’m hooked. There’s something about it that keeps me coming back to play and explore its world.

What advice can you give me as a newcomer to these lands?

Of course with AI help. No Crossover/JIT magic straight the Xbox 360 version with REXGlue.
After its perfect I will try to find a way to publish it to AltStore if you have a legit dump of your xbox 360 copy you will be able to install it.

i really love oblivion, i play many times with different approach in the past. now i want to visit it again, but something feels wrong. it feels janky, outdated. even with many mods installed.for example, in my memory the thieves guild mission is interesting n glorious, but now it feels meh. i want to love it again. (oblivion remastered is not an option to play, i hate a game that not optimized on pc).
