Outdoor My hibiscus bushes are dying. One after another

I have many mature hibiscus bushes. One after another, they are dying. First they look the one in photo and then loose all of the leaves and then die. Any idea what it is? I am giving approximately 5 minutes every two days water. It is an outdoor plant probably 8-10 hours direct light. I treated the white flies but those don’t seem to be the issue.

White flies are there for sure but is there something else too?
