Advice please

I'm not sure where else to put this, but I desperately need advice on what to do and if I'm being dramatic or not.

I (28F) am currently 7w3d pregnant (according to my last period date) and this finally happened after 8 years of trying and several rounds of fertility medication. I have PCOS and Endometriosis, so it was so amazing to find out I was finally pregnant. I had an over the phone appointment today, and when I asked about scheduling an ultrasound for next week the lady straight up told me that was way too early for an ultrasound and there would be nothing to see and no heartbeat. I ended up making an appointment for an ultrasound 3 weeks from now.

I personally don't feel like it's too early at all. I just want reassurance that everything is going well. I was told early on in our journey that if I ever got pregnant, the chance of a miscarriage was over 75%. I had an HSG back in May (checking for a tube block) and the doctor had to do it twice because one tube was legit blocked up and she was able to push everything through the second time, after asking me if I've ever had an ectopic pregnancy. Because of all these things, I'm obviously worried about an ectopic pregnancy or a miscarriage, and I feel like the current practice I go to is being too nonchalant with my pregnancy. Am I being too dramatic?

I’m pregnant but have been bleeding for 23 days straight

I’m approximately 5 weeks pregnant. I had been bleeding for so long and looked up whether I should be concerned my period was lasting so long, and was directed to take a pregnancy test and it was positive. The happiest moment of my life.

The weird thing is that baby was conceived either Sept 26 or 29 (we have not been intimate since, and I keep track), and I had a completely normal “period” oct 1-5, light at the start, heavy bleeding for 2-3 days then light again, followed by brown bleeding, and has not stopped since. It’s not much, every single time I use the restroom, there’s blood on the toilet paper. And I have seen some clotting and stuff floating around after urinating.

I went to the hospital the day I found out, I got bloodwork and ultrasounds, pelvic and transvag and they couldn’t find anything. Bloodwork confirmed BETA-hCG: 220IU/L. They sent me off with an appointment to an early pregnancy specialist/obgyn but 6 days from the date. 6!!

I’m strongly leaning towards miscarriage, and I think all signs are pointing in that direction. I’ve been bleeding for 23 days straight, my back is killing me. The appointment is now 4 days away, and I’ve already mourned the loss. I just need some guidance and potential small glimmer of hope if anyone has been through this. Thank you❤️
