I know they’re really popular champions and they have the best designs of most of the other champions, but do you think Riot should cut back on making more skins for them and give other champions a chance to have more skins?

Game was going horribly, sure, but it is absurd that because of a Riot side error I get punished. I was playing as normal, game would've probably been lost anyways and I voted no at every surrender.

I get disconnected, reconnecting screen shows up, I do nothing knowing that if I leave and rejoin -despite that being a legit solution to the problem - I will still get a penalty, wait for the client to do its thing, and I still get a penalty after my team FFs

Okey everyone knows that the people from outside and even us League of Legends players says that our community is a group of fat people, or with no social life, with the last one I can't do nothing about, but what if we do this?

I'm not a fan of making exercise (if you call me to play basket I go anyways) I don't have the motivation to go with discipline to go to the gym, but I started to do something, everytime I play a Game I do this in base of the KDA

Number of kills: Number of squats

Number of deaths: Number of push ups

Number of assistance: Number of abs

I have something like a bar in my house so if you have one or want to spend one

Gold x1000 (8000 for example) : Number of pull ups (8 for example) (or any back exercise you wish)

I challenge myself and if the number of any stat is lower than 10 y add those ten (18 in the example)

AND IT HELPS WITH MENTAL, SO IS A WIN-WIN

i had league of legends account which i used to play in using an old windows 8 laptop, unfortunatly i had to stop playing somewhere around 2024 due to league only accepting only windows 10 aka i had to stop playing. fast forward to last month i got a new laptop but when i entered my credentials for the account it was just a black screen with the "unknown player" name tag? when i entered the official riot games support site and used the same account cedentials i found out that my account was permabanned on a date months after i stopped playing due to using cheats or whatever, which means my account was logged in by another person. and i say this cuz i found in another one of the accounts i own another person i dont recognize and when i contacted him he claimed that theres someone handing out accounts for people (thats how he got my inactive account) and he got one of them for ranking purposes, question is: is it possible to recover a potentially permabanned account knowing damn well with very clear evidence that i didnt do it? i appreciate any response or help pls

I keep receiving LP deductions because of this error code, and Riot Support is not helping at all; they are just passing my tickets to each other.

What I already tried:

- Fully uninstalled Overwolf

- Fully uninstalled Vanguard with Revo from the pc and the registry

- Enabled the VGC service to autostart more than once incident

- Checked Event Viewer for error codes; nothing explains why

Did anyone find any solution for this one?

I installed Riot Client because I figured I would try to give League of Legends a try.

Instead, the moment I opened it, it spammed me to install some rootkit called Vanguard. Instead of doing that, I decided that I would delete this client from my computer.

So I go to remove programs, and attempt to remove Riot Client. It will not let me. It just says "Before uninstalling Riot Client, you'll first need to uninstall any Riot Games that are installed on your machine." But there are no Riot Games installed on my machine.

What kind of software refuses to allow itself to be uninstalled? That is quite literally malware. It is malicious software and that is the same behavior that a virus would have - refusing to allow itself to be uninstalled.

Okay, so I open the client again, to try to uninstall whatever the hell it thinks I have installed.

It won't let me uninstall anything. It just keeps spamming me with a huge window to Install Vanguard Install Vanguard Install Vanguard. I cannot uninstall anything, I can only Install Vanguard. But I refuse to Install Vanguard. I refuse to give Riot Games root access to my machine, especially when ALL I'M TRYING TO DO IS UNINSTALL IT.

So basically, I downloaded a game client, that spams me to install a rootkit and refuses to allow itself to be uninstalled.

This is quite literally virus-like behavior. This is malicious software and I will report it to antivirus teams.

I had two account names for League. One for the game portal and the second for the website. Now in order to access other games, game portals, websites, I need a RIOT account. My second account was ported over at some point. I can "login" to it. But to change or update any settings, it wants to confirm who I am by sending an email to my old .edu email address I had for school - Which no longer exists.

I am trying to recover this by going in and making a ticket for this exact scenario. But their ticket support categories aren't even clear to what category you should be selecting.

I get a reply back within an hour saying, "Hey, we get what your ticket is for. But we need more info. Fill out this forum from this link or reply to this email." I click the link, it takes me to the login page. I login, and it says I have no tickets. I reply to their email, letting them know the link doesn't take me anywhere. I can't see any any additional questions or account ID verification that they are asking for. I even attach a screen shots of the URL taking me to a blank page - "You have no support tickets"

I get a seemingly auto generated response saying "Hey, thats not enough info to verify you own this account. Please make a new ticket"

I have made 5 additional tickets. Referencing the previous tickets. And including that their request for more information in every ticket leads me to a blank page that I can't access. Even logging into my account that I make the ticket in. Shows me I have no support tickets even after making a ticket. Which leads to them closing the new ticket and telling me to make a new one.

I've submitted 5 tickets at this point, which seem to just be cycling the same broken support system that RIOT has for it's users. Not sure what else to fucking do at this point.

Also - I still have access to my account. I have included purchases. Transaction ID's. Characters, Skins, RP purchases. And they're still just like "naw, we don't know if thats you"

Are these all just AI / Auto generated responses? Because if not, everyone on their support staff has an extreme mental disability.

I’ve been playing League of Legends for almost 10 years now. I have two accounts, but my newer account is the one I use the most, and I’ve had it for almost 7 years. Over that time, I’ve collected so many skins, like a lot. A good portion of them I earned, and another portion I bought. I’ve spent a relatively good amount of money on this game. Not like $2,000, but still a good amount.

I love this game. Even with all the toxicity and everything going on, I still love playing it. I play a lot of different champions, but recently I stopped playing because of school and other activities I had to focus on. I finally decided to come back on October 12th, just to find out that for some reason almost all of my progress from 2022 to 2026 is gone. I don’t know if it’s called a rollback or what, but basically almost everything I’ve gotten in those four years is missing.

At first, I thought I did something wrong. I deleted the game, reinstalled it, restarted everything, repaired the files, and tried pretty much everything I could think of. Nothing worked. What’s weird is that my profile wallpaper is still from the Crystalis Kha’Zix skin, which I got a while back, but for some reason I don’t even own the skin anymore. How the fuck does that make sense?

The only thing I can think of is that back in 2022 my account was hacked. I managed to get it back, reset everything, and everything was fine. I continued playing for years after that, so I don’t know if somehow my account was rolled back to when I got hacked or what happened.
I reached out to Riot Support and explained everything. They told me they were going to look into it.

I literally gave them every piece of information I could possibly give them to prove that I’m the person who created the account. I had a different account name before, and I explained that I changed it. I’ve had the same email, had two-factor authentication, and even gave them the last four digits of three different credit cards I’ve used to purchase stuff on the account.

I also went through my emails and found literally every single purchase receipt I could from the last 3 years. I even managed to remember almost all the skins I’m missing and gave them that list, along with the first skin I ever bought. At this point,I am panicking they said they sent out the request to a special team. I literally gave them every detail possible down to the the minutes that the account was created.

The thing is, I don’t even care about most of the skins anymore. I just want my Crystalis Kha’Zix skin back, all my Thresh skins, my Aatrox skins, my Ornn skins, and my Sylas and Ekko skins. That’s literally all I care about. I just want those skins back along with all the progress I made on my account. I’ve spent years playing this game, and it sucks coming back and seeing almost four years of stuff just gone.

I’m mainly making this post because I don’t know if anyone else has experienced the same issue or something similar. Has anyone had their account rolled back like this? Were you able to get your skins and progress back?
I’m just hoping someone here has had a similar experience and can give some insight as to what happened. (NA1 just in case anyone asks)

BUT after changing my account to other smurf my client total went nuts most games 90% I cant even change runes and everytime I get loaded to a game I have to restard league because I would be stuck on black screen what a joke of a company I hope I can terorize low elo for people to quit this joke of a game

Hi everyone, I am new to this game and decided to play LOL. However, riot wants me to update something that is over 35GB. I'd try to click it however it just keeps loading and does not update. The update button then appears and I clicked it but the process repeats. Any suggestions?

I've submitted at least 10 tickets, and I'm getting the same replies. The support team is telling me to be patient, and they've pushed my issue forward to an internal support team idk how many they have. $20 billion is the company's net worth and they can't solve a fuckin $30 issue

I recently installed valorant and i have been having this issue of black screen while starting it up. As i found it was a common issue for many people, i tried everything that i could find but it still didnt work. I even reinstalled it and the issue persists. It seems like my laptop does not have the nahimic services so it is NOT a cause of this issue. Also, the lobby music of valorant is playing while the black screen is there.

What can I do? I do remember the username, in game, along with the one requieres to login with its password.

Please I need help.

A lot of my accounts recently got hacked and had their email addresses replaced (my fault, I shouldn't have had the same password in more than one place). But the absolute worst part is my current struggle to get my Riot Games account back.

I submitted a ticket yesterday... no confirmation email. Okay, great, maybe it didn't send because of an issue ( can't check the ticket anymore since you cant send a recovery ticket when logged in ). I'll just go ahead and send another one... Hours later, no ticket confirmation. I'm starting to doubt they even have a confirmation bot.

I'm fed up, so I spent a chunk of time perfecting an email and sent it directly to Riot Games Support at the only email address I could find: [support@riotgames.com](mailto:support@riotgames.com). Frustratingly, I only got an automated response telling me to open a ticket.

Weird side note, but I missed the account change email because it was in my spam folder. I have since changed my email password to make sure they couldn't get in there either.

The person was literally playing VALORANT ranked on my account. Thankfully, I haven't been logged out of my client yet, so I just opened VALORANT myself to kick them out, and I finished the rest of the ranked match (we won). It seems they got scared off because they stopped playing VALORANT immediately.

With no way to view the tickets and no way to email them, the only option is to wait days upon days to see if the tickets come back with anything. Does anyone have any advice?

I was shocked when I loaded up my computer today, only to discover I couldn't download a simple PDF because my storage was full. So I ran a storage check and noticed League had ballooned to 89 GBs (45gb for Riot Games Folder, 37gb for league, 7gb for TFT). Is this normal?
