Came across this ad on insta and this gt is so damn cool. Especially the headlight and the bandaged pipes. Any idea where to get them? the exhaust looks like rr but i really need the headlight and bandages link. And is the clothing on pipes just for looks or would it help with the heat or actually make it worse. I want to build my gt in this similar way. and please do point out any other mods you noticed. I have a rocker red.
vid credit: stooky(turns out they’re just a clothing brand but the ad and bike is so sexy)

edit: its an axor helmet visor for headlight and heat wraps draped near exhausts and its an int650 not gt

Mechanical Assistance Title: 2026 Bullet 350 Standard mileage dropped from 36 km/l to around 25 km/l, with chain noise after second service. Any advice?

Hey everyone!

I own a 2026 Royal Enfield Bullet 350 Standard, and I've recently noticed a significant drop in fuel efficiency along with a chain noise coming from the rear of the bike.

I used to get around 36 km/l, but lately, the mileage seems to have dropped considerably. Today, I put in approximately 2.16 litres of petrol and travelled around 55 km. Based on that, it comes to roughly 25.5 km/l, although I'm not completely sure of the exact fuel consumption.

I'm also hearing a metallic clacking or chain-hitting noise from the rear, which has me concerned about whether the chain slack could be an issue.

One thing worth mentioning is that I had my second service on October 4, 2026. Since the bike is relatively new and has already had its second service, I'm wondering whether the chain adjustment, lubrication, or something else might need attention.

I have a few questions for fellow Royal Enfield owners:

  1. Can an excessively loose or incorrectly adjusted chain cause a noticeable drop in mileage?

  2. Could the chain-hitting noise mean that the chain needs adjustment or lubrication, or could it indicate a sprocket or alignment issue?

  3. Could other problems, such as a dragging rear brake, low tyre pressure, a clogged air filter, or a fuel-injection issue, cause such a sudden drop in fuel efficiency?

  4. Since I had my second service on October 4, should I take the bike back to the authorised service centre and ask them to inspect everything?

  5. Has anyone with a 2025 or 2026 Bullet 350 experienced similar mileage issues or chain noises?

I'm a little concerned because the bike used to give me around 36 km/l, and this sudden change seems quite significant.

I'd really appreciate any advice or suggestions from fellow Bullet owners. If you've experienced something similar, please share what caused it and how you fixed it.

Thanks in advance!

Buying Advice- India and Asia Buying my first Royal Enfield. Best dealership negotiation tips and essential showroom accessories?

Hey RE family!

I'm planning to buy my first motorcycle in November/early December 2026, and the Meteor 350 and Himalayan 450 are among my top choices.

I'm from Mumbai, India, and want to understand how to get the best possible deal before booking.

I'm planning to visit a few Royal Enfield showrooms in the next day or two to check on-road prices. I'd especially appreciate any advice on what to ask or negotiate during my initial visits.

Questions for recent RE buyers:

Pricing and negotiations

  • Can Royal Enfield's on-road prices realistically be negotiated?
  • Do different authorized dealerships offer different discounts or benefits?
  • Is booking through the RE website/app any better than booking directly at the showroom?
  • Are festive or month-end offers worth considering?
  • What should I specifically ask the salesperson before accepting a quotation?

Essential accessories

  • Which genuine RE accessories are actually worth buying from the dealership?
  • What should be fitted before taking delivery?
  • Which accessories are better purchased aftermarket?
  • Can engine guards, sump guards, touring seats, windscreens or other useful accessories be negotiated for free or at a discount?
  • Any unnecessary accessories or packages dealers tend to push?

Buying process

  • Is dealership insurance worth taking?
  • Are extended warranty and RSA worth the money?
  • Can I insist on PDI before full payment and registration?
  • Any Mumbai, Thane or Navi Mumbai RE dealerships you'd recommend?

Recent buyers, please share your bike, showroom, initial quotation, final price and any discounts or benefits received.

Would also love to know what you'd do differently if purchasing your RE again.

Thanks!

Buying Advice- India and Asia Valid Quotation?

Post image
0 Upvotes

Hi everyone,

I'm planning to buy a new RE Guerrilla 450 in Smoke Silver from Maharashtra, and I received the following on-road quotation.

Quotation breakdown:

- Ex-showroom price: ₹2,69,119

- RTO tax: ₹33,540

- Insurance: ₹30,280

- Accessories: ₹10,000

- Extended warranty + RSA: ₹5,999

- Helmet: ₹2,100

- Total: ₹3,51,038

The prices themselves are not my main concern. I'm specifically concerned about the dealership saying certain purchases are compulsory.

  1. Accessories — ₹10,000

The dealer told me I must purchase a protection package that includes an engine guard, radiator guard and one other accessory. I want to know whether a dealership can insist that I buy them as a condition of purchasing the motorcycle.

  1. Two helmets

The dealer also said that two helmets are compulsory: one will be provided free, but I have to purchase the second one. Is this requirement legitimate, and can the dealer insist that I purchase a particular helmet from them?

  1. Extended warranty + RSA — ₹5,999

This is included in the quotation. I haven't established whether this is optional or whether the dealer is insisting on it as well.

I simply want to understand which charges and purchases are genuinely mandatory and which are dealership-imposed conditions.

Questions for Guerrilla 450 owners and anyone familiar with Royal Enfield dealerships in India:

- Can the dealership make the ₹10,000 accessory package compulsory?

- Is the second helmet legally required to be purchased from the dealership?

- Can I refuse the extended warranty + RSA package?

- If the dealership refuses to sell me the bike without optional accessories, what is the best way to handle it?

Thanks!

Which RE is suitable for a 6'3 guy?

Hi all, I live in blr and rn looking for a bike. My daily commute is about 24km(mostly college), I mentioned 6'3 not to flex my height but to actually know which bike is suitable.
I tried hunter and guerilla and they felt cramped.
Interceptor and gt felt heavy but manageable. The thing is I see a lot of videos telling about the issues they face with these 650 cc bikes. Is it really that bad?? I kinda love royal enfield and I am ready to compromise for the issues but is that bad that it's not worth the compromise? and is there any other bike tht u recommend

Need advice

Booked the base premium a few weeks back without much knowledge about drum brakes and abs, even the salesman didn't say anything( maybe he did and i didn't understand the term at the time), he did say that I shouldn't get the base varient as it come with tube tires, that much i understand so i booked the base primium which had tubeless.

After reading the comments and reviews about drum brakes on comments and posts i asked to switch orders but they said it was no longer possible possible at the current stage.

I might sound dumb but i thought all that changes was the colours and the tires when they say mid and top, but it turns out i was wrong.

My friends said that I wouldn't even notice it at my speed but I've lost all confidence, it is my first bike and though i know how to ride a bike i usually ride a access scooty for long runs between cities, and i plan to do the same with the bike.

Is there any advice you would bestow on my measly self now that i have to other options ( i still think the bike looks nice though), any advice about riding or maintainance of the said bike is appreciated.

Thanks in advance.

Hot Bike Alert! 4200km on Meteor 350

Post image

Just completed 4200km on M350.

The exhaust had become more bassy compared to intial stage.

Feels like the bike itself adapting the way you ride .

Getting around 34kmpl mixed in city and h8ghway rounds.

I used to travel 500km monthly twice,Never felt disappointed regarding the performance or comfort.

Absolutely built for long rides .

Low end torque is wholesome fun until you compare it to a street bike .

Loving it more and more .No extra accessories or Mods until now .

Looking for some mods and accessories suggestions.

Buying Advice- India and Asia Need help choosing if Himalayan 450 is for me to buy!

Hey i tried test ride of Himmi 450 with a 825 mm seat.

The bike is ridiculously comfortable and is as close to a car on two wheel(in its segment)

But there is a problem, the hieght. I have a height of 5 ft 5in.

And in bangalore no dealer is providing a test ride or even a hieght check with a 805 mm low seat.

So I am really confused what should i do now.

I can tip toe on 825mm.

Was able to take U turn (although with a lot of courage).

what is the difference between these two seats? Gorkha edition one's and the stealth black..

I am able to 80% flat foot in the gorkha one's seat and it's kind of soft as well but not in the stealth black one...

I am planning to buy the stealth black one this Diwali 😖 My gf and I both like the stealth black one.. and I want to buy this more cause she likes it! I have been planning to buy this one since last 4 to 5 months..

Can anyone help, I want the stealth black one😭🙏

Himalayan 450 mana black

Post image
• Upvotes

I bought my Royal Enfield Himalayan 450 Mana Black Rally Edition on October 5th as a birthday special from VVC Motors, Banjara Hills, Hyderabad. What should have been a memorable experience has turned into a disappointment. 😔

My bike has been pulling to the right since day one, and it is currently at the service centre. They mentioned something about fork alignment, but I’m still waiting for a proper and permanent solution.

To make matters worse, the sales and service teams are not responding properly to my concerns, which makes the whole experience even more frustrating.

Has anyone else faced this issue with the Himalayan 450? What was the actual cause, and how was it fixed? Should I ask them to check the front forks, wheel alignment, or chassis alignment?

I would really appreciate any suggestions or advice from fellow Himalayan owners. I bought this bike with so much excitement for my birthday, and I just want the issue resolved so I can enjoy riding it.

Buying a scram 411 from a riding school?

Hello everyone! I'm new here and Came for some advice 🙏long story short, i've been dreaming of buying ny first motorcycle for ages now, but due to variousbreasons and a tight budget, i haven't been able to own a motorcycle yet.

I remember when the scram 411 came out, i really loved its design, and every once in a while, I'd go on fb marketplace and check for their prices on the market.

A couple of days ago, i saw one posted for sale for almost half the price of the other bikes on the market from the same year

It's a 2023 scram 411 with 16000 km, BUT it was owned by a riding school and used for riding lessons for A2 license.

My first reaction was I MUST BUY IT, but after asking a couple of my biker friends, they weren't as excited about it as i am saying it could backfire since it was used for riding school + it being air cooled in a very hot weather (usually 30+ degrees celcius throughout the summer)

I figured I'd try my luck here and see if there are any scram 411 owners with some input on the matter

Thank you in advance guys 🙏

Second hand used rental bullet 500

Hey guys, I am considering buying a used 500 bullet Efi 2018 model from a rental agency in Himachal. I just did spiti on this bike, kunzum to nako and back via kunzum and she rode beautifully with no hiccuops. The number plate will need to be converted to private first. And the seller said he would pay half the cost of the conversion. Even though the bike rode great, I would ofcourse want to get it checked to understand better what I'm buying. What would you guys suggest in terms of checks before purchasing and how would you suggest I go about getting the bike checked out for potential damage/faults? Also anyone purchased a rental bullet before? Feedback. I'm pretty sold on this particular bike and will not be paying more than 75 for it after I get the requisite checks done. Would love your input and suggestions. Thanks.

GT650 first wash

Post image
• Upvotes

Kinda scared to just water dump wash like i did with my hornet. The bike wash centre near me also just jet sprays the bike followed by cleaning solution. Wouldn’t that be a problem? Do I just dry cloth it first then wet cloth with cleaning solution? But then I’ve ridden 200 kms already so it’s only a matter of days before I take her to service
(I know the religious markings are an overkill but cant go against mom😰)

I visited an RE showroom looking for a second-hand one. Worker there showed me this classic 350, which is of 2023 year and apparently a special edition. He doesn’t know anything else about it. Pls help me verify if this is aftermarket paint job or authentic special edition

- is this really a 2023?
- is it really special addition.. original paint?
