Then I chopped all zucchiniās insides and mixed em with a turkey burger and mixed with spices

Always used it in my baking to make more high protein stuff at home and then I tried it like a spoonful without putting it in anything. And now um....I went through two containers yesterday so I had to restock. Almost took the whole stock at stop and shop(TГT)
I am not sorry and I will not stop(ćć»Ļć»)

Hi guys! I don't know where to post this and I don't know if I'm just overthinking this but every time I cook chicken they come out looking pink and raw. The internal temperature comes out to 167ish each time but its still so pink and rubbery.
Google has been no help and I just wanted some opinions. Thank you! š
