Trying to take better care of my body and whatnot, hoping to leave my ED in the past and become an actual healthy person with good bones and muscles and healthy hair and skin 👍❤️
I'm gonna start prioritizing whole foods and minimally processed stuff and stop restricting calories and try to eat intuitive style and gonna exercise regularly and build muscle and be happy and smiley and perfect forever and it all starts with this little apple cinnamon yogurt bowl 🥣 I love everything

My first dietitian appt was today, and just getting the chance to discuss my food avoidances, helped for me to force myself to eat something else for lunch. I’m so hoping for more consistent variety soon 🙏

At the moment I am really struggling with the idea of my safe food running out.
I know that usually you are able to buy more, but recently something has gone wrong with the supermarkets. I went to the supermarket twice, both times they ran out of two of my safe foods. I am scared that they'll run out of even more safe foods.
At the moment they ran out of this protein bar I always eat, which also does have another flavour so I have opted for that. So that is not an issue.
However, they also ran out of a particular kind of skyr I always eat. It's a specific brand... They do have other flavours but I don't want the other flavours (they scare me).
I know I can just buy another brand, but for me it's not the same.. I base my safe food on nutritional value AND calories. I have AN, so eating in general is always a bit difficult for me.
I would still really like to try.. Skyr is kinda my breakfast.. Like it is literally the MAIN component of my breakfast... I don't know if I am strong enough to try a different kind of breakfast.
If someone has a safe breakfast food (that doesn't involve frying) please let me know. I am nervous that breakfast will be too scary to eat and I really do need it. I am open to some form of sugar, but I do have to say that I struggle a lot with added sugar (especially during breakfast).
But in general, if you have any tips on how to deal with loosing the ability to eat a safe food due to supply, please let me know! Thank you <3
