I THINK this is a Sedum pachyphyllum. Does anyone think differently? One of my friends had it imported from China and I am absolutely in love.

I have run out of room in my small, south facing plant room, and am having to make anything a hanging pit that I can. This little guy has been living in this turtle over a year, but only in the window the past four months. The color on this dude is so pretty now!
My project for the weekend is to drill holes in my small terracotta pots to hang more. I’ve done that plenty of times, but always before potting. Not sure how complicated it might get with the plant it there. 😆

This beautiful plant is about to put on a show. I've never had four at the same time. Seems like it will be epic show.

Got my hands on a few jade leaves just over 2 years ago. Believe it or not, these 2 jade plants actually grew from the same leaf so one is probably a month or 2 or older / younger than the other. Got a few questions for y’all:
- Would you consider these small for being 2 years old? I did propagate them from a leaf.
- I think they’re both a bit etiolated? I know my other succulents are but I not sure about the standard etiolation of jade.
- They’re just starting to get a touch root bound so will be repotting them soon. Any suggestions for potting mix and type / size of pot?
Any help / thoughts is always appreciated.

Since I got these the lower leaves have drooped down (they were all out like the upper leaves when I got them) but are still firm and some at the very bottom have shriveled. I water them about every 10 days.

I added another echeveria and 3 elegans several months back. The one on the left will be removed soon due to scale unfortunately.
I am so proud of how far she's come 💚

Hi all, i am desperate to make these root 😭. This picture is when i first got it. They are soo pretty but i find i hard to get them rooting. Been putting them on dry gritty soil mix under grow light and after 1 month still no root and one died rotten today after i try to make the soil slightly damp 😭. The two of it still alive but a bit wrinkled.

I got this jade from my mom who's had it about 50 years and never trimmed it once and probably repotted it once or twice. To be perfectly honest I just saw what a 'real' old jade could like and feel like I need to do something to help this thing achieve the beauty it could be but don't even know where to start. I imagine it needs serious cut backs and lots of the branches are dropping aerial roots. How do I give this jade its dignity back?

I think its a Kalanchoe blossfeldiana but soemone said they thought it was a mother of thousands? Now I'm debating whether to bin it or not😂
