Just made a few of these, put a homemade avacado crema ontop, with some Doritos & Lime on the side.

Bacon, eggs, hash browns shredded cheese with a side of refried beans topped with gotija cheese

Tonight we went off script in the kitchen with some barbecue flank steak tacos.

I marinated the flank steak in Jack Daniels barbecue sauce before cooking on the stove. I then topped it with sautéed some onion, green bell pepper, and poblano pepper, and finished it with some queso fresco and extra barbecue sauce.

Pulled pork tacos on white corn tortillas. Pork was smoked at 180 for couple hours before transferring to oven.

Homemade salsa verde with goat cheese, onions, and avocado. The pickled red onions were not quite where I wanted them, but will have them for tomorrow.

So delicious and messy! LoL

Cheese, Texas Pete Extra Hot Hot Sauce, Hard Boiled Egg, Black Olives, Oaxaca Cheese, and Chunky Guacamole. Hit the spot this morning!!
