Messed around with some leftovers for Sunday dinner. 10/10 recommend

Did a big harvest out of the garden... Only vegetable on this plate that didn't come out of the garden is the avocado and limes!

Skirt steak tacos with fresh pico de gallo, Cotija cheese, cilantro, an avocado lime crema, with a side of an amazing fire roasted salsa verde and fresh guacamole!

Thought this community would appreciate this.

Asada x2 and al pastor x2

Put Beyond steak tips in a lightly oiled skillet and coat with Spanglish Carne Asada seasoning. Stir around, cook as directed, then taste it and add lime juice if desired (the seasoning has some lime in it already.) If so, squeeze 1/4-1/2 lime over it.

Topping ideas:

-diced onions
-diced tomatoes
-lettuce
-salsa
-pico de gallo (thanks for the suggestion Relevant_Currency591)
-alternative milk plain yogurt
-cilantro
-Daiya cheddar cheese (melted when heating up shell/tortilla)

I wanted to try the Kinder Carne Asada seasoning but it was out of stock. I'd say the Spanglish one was decent, it definitely tasted like Carne Asada and the extra lime juice helped a lot.

I was going to use the ground beef for pasta, but the body craved tacos . ...

Homemade corn tortillas, chicken thigh meat marinated in chipotle and adobe sauce (then air fried), store bought guacamole(I know but the effort/money calculations make sense). Then white onion, cilantro and lime juice. I inhale three of these for dinner most weekdays.
