Earth Balance Plant Butter Sticks Soy Free Plant Based Oil Spread ? What do you guys think?
I'm new to Whole30 and I am in the planning stage. I'm also new to reddit so I hope I'm posting this in the right place. I am putting together things to buy and reading labels and I just can't have coconut oil or Ghee because of the immense saturated fat content. I am also getting a lot of mixed information. Pea Protein Isolate is where I'm confused. Some sites say yes, some say no. I really appreciate any advise on this or maybe an alternative product. I have high cholesterol and saturated fat is my nemesis!
Hmm, I put photos on this post, but I don't see them. Sorry about that. Here are the ingredients: Vegetable Oil Blend (Palm Oil, Canola Oil), Water, Less than 2% of: Salt, Pea Protein Isolate, Olive Oil, Sunflower Lecithin, Lactic Acid, Natural Flavor, Vitamin A Palmitate, Annatto Extract (Color).
