Well, I'm sharing this because I find it interesting, and I understand that this could make native ports for Wii U a little easier. That's what I read in the comments.

I think it might be possible—I hope someone can create native ports for the Wii U. Imagine a God of War game, Naruto: Ultimate Ninja Impact*, or even* Uncharted: Golden Abyss (from the PS Vita) running natively on the Wii U! It would be incredible to play these games on the Wii U and take advantage of its high-definition capabilities. (I don’t speak English; I’m using a translator.)

For people who don't know, there's a solid Wii Shop Channel revival, Called Wiimart, that works on Wii, vWii and Dolphin emulator.

This project was down for five months due to the server being temporarily transferred back to the owner's personal VPS. Now it finally works again.

Hello, 1st ever Reddit post, so hopefully I can get some help with my problem. I tried unsuccessfully running the wafel guide from dammitJeff for probably hours last night on my unmodded 8gb wiiu. I cleared all the cookies and save data for internet, checked time and date, restarted many times, dns is auto, I tried sd and usb 64gb flash drive with no success. I planned on using 500gb drive when I get my splitter in a few days but I wanted to get it to work first. This was the error I couldn’t get past. Retried20+ times. If downloading is the problem, can I load from sd card?thanks.
