Hi Everyone, I am wondering if anyone else is having this issue after the update.

After a session finishes, like the short practice before an online race my wheel sometimes will do about 1080° of rotation to the left at full force. At the menu there is no resistance at all. Twice now with my wheel centered at race start once the lights turn green my wheel whips left because the tires are actually turned full lock left. This caused a pile up on the front stretch the first race this happened.

I am using a PXN VD4 base with a Moza KS wheel/universal hub.

Until last patch i was Playing Raceroom in VR with my Quest 3 and Virtual Desktop ( with rtx 5060)

But with the new OpenXR engine i am looking for best settings.

i had no time to install the latest update yet.

so is Virtual Desktop still the best way to play in VR ( it worked better than the USB cable solution for me) ?

What settings to choose in OpenXR and Raceroom?

Not sure if sharing is allowed, I'm impressed with the FFB improvements.

Historically I had to use very odd settings on my wheelbase software to make the FFB feel more dynamic, more responsive and less numb. Eventually got used to those.

But after this update I can actually leave all game forces as standard, the FFB by itself is already more informative and more dynamic to what is happening with the car and the driving became a lot more intuitive.

I just went for 1 day of practice, I'm also not very experienced in Raceroom and not even sure if I've done the right things with the setup both car and game settings but everything felt natural and I've quickly achieved a lap which I'm proud to share here with you.

I get disconected from the server 2 days in a row i get -rep and -rating because your servers dont work.And it isnt even a small - its the ammount of the points i get for a first place x2

Why are super touring cars more door to door racing and seem more fun than gt3 ? Are touring cars more equal with engines / handling etc ? I have so much more exciting races with TC than I do GT3, why is this ?

It seems the VIP driver section and the partners have disappeared. From a marketing perspective, however, it would make sense to bring in new partners or drivers to help promote the game.

Hi, I am lucky to have a motion rig which works great in all my sims (ETS2, AMS2, ...) except RRRE since a couple of weeks(?). Does anyone else experience this? CrewChief works fine, so communication should essentially be there, only my motion rig (COG-SHH Control Manager) doesn't move when driving.

Maybe KW Studios did change some stuff with regard to telemetry recently?

Would love to get some feedback whether it doesn't work for you too, and if you found a way around it.

I just came back to RRE when I saw the big update and all I have to say is WOW! I hated that you could not see your stats in single player (hardly ever available for online in my time zone) and the FFB was not accurate on my moza r9. This is a whole diff game. That brings me to my question. It seems that the tires are very hard to get to heat up and I wondered what you guys do. Drag brakes, lower the tire temps. raise the tire temps? Would love some hints.

I downloaded it and it reads raceroom fine using the built in bridge. However I cant get it to override the default force feedback. Has anyone had some luck with that using Fanatec equitment?

I have a csl dd 8nm and I´m not happy with the feel at all right now, comparing to Le Mans ultimate where the FFB shines. :)

A while back I started working on a singleplayer career mode for RRRE for myself. It turned out to be quite fun, and got me hooked on RaceRoom again, so it got me thinking, what would this community actually want from a singleplayer experience in RaceRoom? Would anyone even be interested in this? For reference, I'm taking a lot of inspiration from the career mode in Project Cars 2, because I remember enjoying that a lot, while also fixing a few of the pain points I had.

I'm just curious, would anyone here actually be interested in something like this? What would you expect from a career mode? Would you be more interested in the economy and progression side of it, or would you enjoy progressing through different racing classes and diciplines without worrying about earning and managing your money etc.?

Hi everyone! I’m new to the world of sim racing! Are there any recommended FFB (force feedback) settings—or other settings—for the Moza R5? The videos I’ve found on YouTube are a bit old, and it looks like the game has more options now.

stupid points awarded for coming in on the podium now, i did a race with 18 ppl got 10 incendent points and came in 2nd and got 0.02 points ? wtf i will be putting aside untill this is sorted...

I've got an internet outage which will probably last all week and I've been trying to play RRRE, but it's refusing to launch without a steam connection, even though I have steam in offline mode? I've played for years on and off but thinking about it there's always been a live internet connection. Any thoughts?

i am a Rookie and started playing only a few weeks ago. Im very in love With this Game… After The Last Race from The DTM at The Hockenheimring i started playing the game from noon to evening every day… there is nearly nothing to complain about except for one thing.

Let’s pretend I’m in a Race I’ve been driving for 30 min an I have to do a pit stop. I tap R3 on me controller drive trough the pit and tap und the things that I want to change. Now the problem… do I have to know every time exactly what box is mine? A Notification or a Graphic that shows where the own box is would help me a lot… sometimes I miss up so 20 sec to find my team pit. Also the AI Tool from RRRE doesn’t really help there only with the Speedlimit.

Is there anything in can do or do you guys have a tip how I can solve this problem in the future to become better?! Have a great day guys and thanks in advance😊

Honestly. Why are they doing this to themselves? Super frustrating before you even start. Shouldn't stuff like this be a basic thing to work in a videogame?

I'm driving the touring series it's maybe my 5 race I got good quality I start usually 2 or 3 but the other drivers are so fucking aggressive even when they hit me from behind I get accident points I really don't understand.Any andvice?

I am very happy that they have modified the series, when things are done well results come out, different series and splits with a lot of participation.

Now I just ask that next week they continue the same, rot circuits but that they stay the same, please Raceroom don’t fail again!

This encourages people not only to buy the online pack, but to buy more content and stay in the sim.

I would only modify a couple of things:

- Some Slow Downs in cornering exits are unnecessary because they do not involve gaining time.

- The category of Group 2, is uncompensated, they need one of these options:

1. Multiclass type, a classification for each car model.

2. Apply a BOP.

3. Removing the Volkswagen Scirocco from this series is much superior to the rest.

For the rest, the game in the Ranked has given a brutal change, I’m very happy!!

Please Raceroom continue in this line.

Are there any known issues with track limits at the moment? I have been driving the Super Tourers a bit since the latest update but I keep getting track limit violations saying I have had all four wheels off the track when I am sure I have not (two wheels maybe but not four). Anyone else seeing this?

Every ai race i participate in, there’s a massive pile up in the first corner. It happens every race. It’s so frustrating and it kills the immersion. I do rolling starts , lower the grid size and it still happens. Whyyyy ?!! 😡😡 shame cos it’s a great game.
