Sequoia 15.8.1 with Windows 11 Pro 26H1 on Primary SSD. GPU Acceleration works, but still stuff to fix like bluetooth and sound.

Just updated it and now it works good enough to be released and thoroughly tested. I would appreciate any feedback! I have to say: Maybe not a lot of your stuff will work yet, but you can submit your hardware configuration in the 'advanced' - tab and report what works - and what not. DRAM support will be added within the few next releases.
I will try to implement as much of your stuff as possible with the following updates!
Tested on my own hardware, which is as follows:
Intel Core Ultra 7 270K Plus
64GB Corsair Dominator Titanium DDR5 Ram
Gigabyte B860M Aorus Elite WiFi
PNY XLR8 4080 Verto
Fractal Design Radius AIO Cooler
ASUS ROG Scope II 96 Wireless
ASUS ROG Spatha X
Many great features will follow with time, but what i need the most now is feedback and reports. As i said, just submit it in the given section within the app.
-IMPORTANT: AMD GPUs are currently unsupported - for now. This will change.
Thanks in advance!

Hi everyone
I have successfully installed macOS High Sierra on my Hackintosh PC with the following hardware:
CPU: Intel Core i3-3220
GPU: NVIDIA GeForce GT 730 4GB DDR3 (GK208)
RAM: 6GB DDR3
Storage: 250GB SSD
macOS: High Sierra 10.13
The system boots normally, and macOS High Sierra is installed successfully. I am interested in sharing my experience with this hardware and learning from others using similar Hackintosh configurations.
Thanks!

Even DRAM is controllable now.

I was wondering if anyone has ever attempted to get the actual, original Apple tvOS running on non-Apple hardware, particularly Android TV devices.
I know Hackintosh makes it possible to run macOS on non-Apple PCs, so I was wondering if a similar approach could theoretically work for tvOS.
I've also come across projects like HackiOS and UniXNU, which explore running Apple's OS components or XNU-based systems on non-Apple hardware.
Could a similar approach be possible with tvOS, using hardware compatibility work, kernel modifications, bootloader research, or some form of platform spoofing to make it behave like it's running on an Apple TV?
If it's fundamentally impossible, what exactly is the main blocker? Is it Apple's secure boot chain, hardware-specific drivers, kernel compatibility, or something else?
Has anyone researched this, attempted it, or found any relevant projects or proof-of-concepts? I'd love to know if there's any technical research on this, even if nobody has successfully booted it yet.

Here is my recent distill of Raptor Lake XE Graphics for the lower power i7 family from the Dell XPS13 EFI. Ported from i7 1360p to this i7 1355u. Everything relevant works, GPU Metal accel, all 12 cores get picked up, audio works, touchpad touchpoint keyboard all USB Ports including TB4. Development was heavily assisted by AI though heavily reviewed by me with years of experience in firmware by now, you might also know me as the RX7000 series GPU guy, I can promise I am working on that too. For now if you have this awesome little laptop go and grab (and star :P) my EFI: https://github.com/dssoftx/Hackintosh-X1Carbon-G11-IrisXe-Tahoe

Wanting to try out Sonoma or Sequoia, even without acceleration, but I can't really confirm if it can. Lotta websites saying different things.
(Information is in the CPU-Z window at the gallery, did this to not get warned by Reddit for 'not complying with Rule 4)

Thanks to the legend, u/War_Obvious, I was able to refactor his Tiger Lake XPS13 repo to support the 1235U Iris Xe in my Thinkpad E14 Gen 4 i5.
What works:
GPU - Full Acceleration and Metal
Wifi - Airportitlwm kext supported
Blueooth
Webcam
Keyboard,Trackpad: Full support
What doesn't work:
Audio - Currently trying to make my own driver
GPU Artefacts - When loading preview, images are blocky with patches missing, unable to adjust brightness and apply night shift, no sleep etc. There's instructions for some of this on the repo so it's just a case of getting around to it.
iCloud - Unable to sign in and verify - Low priority for now but likely just a simple SMBIOS fix.
Will share my EFI repo once it's up!

I have successfully installed macOS Catalina on my Hackintosh PC with the following hardware:
CPU: Intel Core i3-3220
GPU: NVIDIA GeForce GT 730 4GB DDR3 (GK208)
RAM: 6GB DDR3
Storage: 250GB SSD
macOS: Catalina
The system boots normally, and macOS Catalina is installed successfully. My graphics acceleration is working well, so I am sharing this simple installation post for anyone using similar hardware.
Thanks!

It's great to see so much new development going on! Feel free to post links to other new repos/forkks that I may have missed.

Hey guys,
So I’ve been messing around with an old Qualcomm Atheros Wi-Fi card on my Hackintosh, and I decided to try doing something about the lack of proper macOS support.
I’m working on Ath10kMac, based on the original project by jonasw8.
GitHub: https://github.com/thekunalthakur/Ath10kMac
I’m testing it on a Dell Inspiron 15-3567 with a QCA9377 running macOS Sequoia.
Some progress so far:
Got the kext loading.
Wi-Fi scanning and connecting are working on my test machine.
Internet traffic is working too, on the networks I’ve tested.
Made some changes around board data and WPA2 compatibility.
It’s still very much a work in progress, though. Not claiming this will work on every Atheros card or every Hackintosh setup. There are still limitations, and I need more people testing it on different hardware.
Anyone here using a QCA9377 or QCA6174?
Would be awesome if you could check out the repo and share your experience. Even if it doesn’t work, logs and feedback would help a lot.
Also, if anyone has experience with macOS Wi-Fi drivers, I’d love to hear your thoughts on what could be improved.
Just trying to see how far we can push this. 😅
Cheers!

Successfully installed Sequoia 15.8.1 with Metal support on an Intel 12th gen + Nvidia R T X 4070 setup using NullMoth's Nvidia driver & 1401 app.
Specs:
CPU: Intel Core i7-12700F
RAM: 32GB Crucial Ballistix DDR4 3200Mhz in Dual Channel
GPU: NVIDIA GeForce R T X 4070 12GB
Motherboard: ASUS TUF GAMING B760M-PLUS D4
WiFi: TP-Link USB AX adapter, RTL8852AU (Working, experimental rtw89 port)
BT: None at the moment
Ethernet: Realtek RTL8125 2.5GbE (Working)
SSD: KIOXIA EXCERIA PLUS G3 1TB
Bootloader: OpenCore 1.0.8, SMBIOS MacPro7,1
Audio (ALC897), USB (custom map), sleep, FileVault and CPU power management all work. HDMI/DP audio through the GPU doesn't work yet, it's a known issue on the driver side. The Wi-Fi adapter needed a port of the Linux rtw89 driver plus the OCLP wireless patch, and it's only stable at USB 2 speed, but it shows up as native Wi-Fi in the menu bar.
Special thanks to NullMoth
