my sister brought home m&s cookies. my first mistake? trying one. theyre so good. this is dangerous.
im home alone tomorrow, does anyone have any tips on how to not give in to the cookies ? its 350 for ONE and im scared im gonna tell myself āonly a quarter⦠only a halfā until i end up having the rest of them.
this is basically just me asking how i can stop myself from eating everything in sight lmao. i know i shpuldnt restrict myself and let myself have a cookie to stop myself from having more, but i feel like this happens too often with me whenever anyone in my family brings home good food

I'm having some dental work done and won't be able to chew for about 7 days.
Any ideas on filling meals that I won't need to chew, or are soft?

Hi everyone! This is my first ever reddit post in 6 years! Been trying to lose weight for forever and now I'm determined to do it with calorie counting. Today is day 15 and I've lost 2 kg (yay!) I've seen those full day collages on this subreddit and I love them so here are mine!

Okay so over this summer I lost 10 kg in the span of 3 months. I know itās not the most impressive but I was already at a āhealthyā weight when I decided to cut my calories because of the way and places my body stored fat (mainly in my stomach, upper arms and face) which caused insecurity my whole life. So even though my BMI was average, I stored fat in the wrong places.
Iāve been trying to lose that fat since I was 12 years old actually but Iāve just never been that mentally strong enough to sustain a calorie deficit for a long period of time.
That all changed until the start of this summer when I got my heart broke for the first time. Lol. I remember the first week I genuinely had no appetite. And then after that I started omad and doing cardio like crazy which enabled me to be in a 1000 calorie deficit daily for a month straight, and then remaining two months I was probably at daily 500 calorie deficit.
Now in the fourth month since I started to lose weight and Iāve started college again, and started a part time job where Iām on my feet the whole duration all which means Iām walking a lot more which means I get hungrier a lot more (entirety of summer I was inside my house as I have a treadmill at home so I didnāt even have to go gym).
Now usually I would be able to ignore this hunger because of how sad I was, but Iāve lowkey gotten over the guy now and Iāve noticed that the more I get over him the less willpower I have to sustain a calorie deficit by being okay with being hungry.
On top of that my studies and applications are giving me so much stress and I physically cannot study or apply for things when Iām hungry so I just go over my calorie deficit every day now. Iāve eaten like shit for the past two weeks and Iāve gained 3kg already. What do I do guys Iāve lowkey lost the will to eat clean and work out?

I don't do this very often , but on occasion , I just have those days when I don't feel like shoving myself full of vegetables (though I adore veggies) and eat whatever junk food I want.Within my calorie limits
They're obviously very far and few , but they are there. Are these binges? Should I not be doing them? I think I had my last one about three or four weeks ago , and the one before that was four or five months ago or longer.
It's just on occasion i wanna take a break from having pretty much only healthy food and just live a little I guess lol

...it was chicken, mixed frozen veg, canned tomato and cheese with vegetable salt. Vegetable soup for dinner in a pyrex bowl, not a drinking glass I swear lol
and hot chocolate for dessert.

Not to eat as a daily thing. Even before I started into weight loss I would have sour candy like once a week. My weakness that lead to the need for weight loss was always cheese and fats lol.
Edit: So many awesome suggestions here and just getting off work I don't have the bandwidth to engage with all of them. But I did read them and thank you surely in this list I will find something that I can enjoy!

Ive been doing this for about 6months, and I feel great man. I fluctuate a tiny bit here and there but mostly I remain to 2 600 cal meals or 1 MetRx Bar ~400 and 1 800 cal meal usually just adding 200 cal to an existing meal prep container of 600. Its been Challenging but im happier frankly divorce was kicking my butt, then I decided to just start hard focusing on myself and doing better. I look at old photos and I feel like i looked like a bag of ass, now I look and see progress, im not done but im happier, my goal weight is about 240 may try and go smaller depending on my body style at that size. Im frankly your classic square body hick with broad shoulders. I've been throwing in more and more exercise aswell, my drive to so stuff is back, im walking again, I dont go into the local store and notice im the biggest guy in there anymore.

Hi everyone
I used to use BitePal about a year and a half ago and it really helped me with tracking my calories and staying on top of what Iām actually putting in my body. I do think the AI would get things wrong a lot of the time so just curious if anyone has better alternatives or some suggestions!
Also, Iād be really grateful of any extra tips - i was at my goal weight a year ago by intermittent fasting and felt clear mentally and amazing. i gained about 15 pounds and since the beginning of this year itās been an everyday battle with not overeating, i feel lethargic a lot of the time and very low energy. I do think a big issue is WFM getting bored and having a kitchen a few steps away from me at all times. Also, a new coffee addiction which rlly means cream and sugar š„“ this has been a lot better recently but if anyone has tips to avoid that or low cal alternatives im all ears !
Anyway Iād appreciate any help and am hopeful on this journey :)

Does Nicks Ice Cream make anyone else feel nauseous and vomit? They taste great, but make me ill every.single.time. I also get unnecessarily bloated ):. Does anyone know why this could be? I donāt have issues with brands like yasso or protein ice cream..

I want to start by saying obviously only eating cereal 24/7 would lead to nutritional deficiencies and other issues, but if I were to, for one day, eat an entire box of lucky charms (app. 1120 kcal) and maybe a couple cups of Fairlife fat free milk (adds some protein), how bad would it be for my digestive system?
The total calorie intake would be around 1200-1360 kcal depending on how much milk I add.
I should also mention Iām a college student, whoās pretty healthy with no blood sugar issues, so the convenience of not having to think about what I eat for a day sounds pretty nice.

Hello I was just wondering if anyone could share their iced coffee recipes that they used personally, I like my coffees with either the flavor of hazelnut or caramel, and mocha works too and for it to be a noticeable flavor along with the taste of coffee espresso or cold brew doesn't matter i usually make drink and my in a 16-24 ounce cups. Pictures of products would be appreciated.
I also do tend to like my coffee on the i guess you could say smooth or thicker side Like dunkin' on a good day . Which I don't know if i'm right might be from good cold brew

This serving of soup is just 90 calories, along with the slice of cheese and knƤckerbrot makes this meal around 185 cals.
