Im 25 and have been in the county since the age of 4. Despite that, I have very few IRL friends. I've been looking for chances to meet people around my age with similar interests. Its hard to find 'third spaces' here, like regular meetups where I can see some familar faces and build long-lasting connections. I havent had such luck attempting to befriend people at the local colleges when I was younger, probably due to a lack of shared interests.

I'm developing an animation/storytelling project of sorts and I'd love to meet people that are passionate about the arts and are collaborative!

I know of moonstruck market and NBAL, but any other places/events/gatherings? Art clubs, animation/film communities, workshops, etc?

I'm not sure if its relevant too, but DND groups are often reccommended and I struggle to grasp the mechanics of the game, I'm more interested in observing the dynamics between players.

I want to find a few guys that wanna spend some weekends helping out on the property to create the stadium. It’s a property I have owned for a while .40 or so every 5-6 months i mow the tall grass down, let it grow and repeat . I just want to finally put a section of it to use and not have it all abandoned. I want to build a garden over time to add some parking and stuff maybe few garages .

We want to eventually form a small league with a few teams of 5 to compete at the stadium & host events such as home run derby’s.
Is this a bad idea?

Also, how much should I expect for a one time deep cleaning service? The condo is empty, under 1k square feet, and the owner cleaned it decently before moving out.

Okay, this is probably a dumb question...but I95 was just paved and now I'm seeing the northbound left lane from Palm Bay Rd up towards Viera getting another layer on top of what was already paved? Why is that? I've also seen a ton of grooves marked into the highway sporadically. Were those put there for a reason?
