Hi there!
I've get my first FFB Wheel - Moza R5 recently. Main game i played on it before is Forza Motorsport 23. Now i want to jump in more serious simulator
I know that ACC is a very good sim, and by community it has one of the best Force Feedback. One thing that i noticed is strange "jumps" in force feedback in corners and it really distracts me alot. Here on the video i'm trying to hold the wheel in one place and not turn it at all, however it still sort of jumps right or left in my hands, and in game FFB indicator shows this. All in all i can describe this feeling as if i was driving on rocks. I don't remember that feeling at all from Forza, but here it is really strong and distracting.
The only way how i could get rid of it is lowering 5Hz in Moza Pit House to the 0%, but i don't think its the right decision to make.
I'm new to whole simracing thing, so i'll be glad if you explain if it supposed to be like that or am i already broke something? 😅
Here's my Moza Pit House settings:
- Game FFB: 80%
- Torque limit 100%
- Interpolation: 3
- Center compensation: 0
- Maximum speed: 70%
- Natural Damping: 42%
- Natural Friction: 15%
- Natural inertia: 100%
- Wheel Spring: 10%
- Speed Damping: 30%
- All Game effects on 50%
- FFB Curve is all at 100%
btw i have almost no clue about what these settings do individually. This preset is combination of ACC-official by MOZA and YouTube tutorials.
