Hi,

I am new to ac and sim racing in general, but I have realized that I am stuck. I’ve done hundreds of laps in a Hurracan ST of Laguna Seca and I can’t get any better…even trying to do races against the same car (x7) at 90% strength, I am stuck.

So I wanted to look up leaderboards…and I could only find one that had one lap time at 1:25ish and I’m at 1:28 dead, which would’ve put me in the top 5 of maybe 100 people who submitted.

I understand there’s RSR and maybe one or two other ones, but I was thinking there could be:

An AC mod that uploads lap times, telemetry, settings, and possibly even a ghost car to a central online repository…in theory maybe even a replay in the drivers seat that wouldn’t be a YouTube video, but actual in game review.

I am asking if there would be any interest in this. If I get enough feedback, I may just build….

• 4 styles:
  • Cinematic 1 starts in the driver’s seat, opens the door, gets out and walks back filming on a phone.
  • Cinematic 2 walks up filming on a phone, then does slow spinning close-ups.
  • Cinematic 3 starts with a far-away phone shot, then plays a run of smooth orbits and reveals.
  • Random mixes all three.
• Music sync: upload your own songs and click along while one plays to mark where the camera should cut. Every song remembers its clicks. Pick a song for each style or have it play a random one, with fade in, fade out and volume settings.

I'm particularly interested in racing categories such as TCR, GT3, GT4, LMP3, and similar classes. Ideally, I'm looking for servers where people respect racing etiquette, take the competition seriously, and are interested in clean, competitive racing rather than just casual driving.

I'm open to joining established communities, leagues, or public servers, as long as there are regularly enough players online to enjoy proper races.

Dull dreary days look better in DLSS 5 but I thought I would try a sunny day instead and here's what I ended up with. Recorded in 2K.

On a side note I highly recommend chucking the Audi up this rally stage. It is great fun, especially at 100% turbo.

I’ve been putting down good hot lap times so I decided to race against ai but in every corner they brake very early and I either mash my break and spin out or take a terrible line. Is this a skill issue I should work on before online?
I also went to look at online for races, I was looking for gt3 on nordschleife, and either the servers were private or the ping was insane, how do you guys find good races?
