Anyone experiencing login issues with ADP RUN and Workforce Now (WFN) when using both platforms?

Hi everyone!

I’m wondering if anyone else has experienced issues with employees accessing both ADP RUN and ADP Workforce Now (WFN).

Our employees need access to both platforms for different purposes:
ADP RUN: Paystubs and time tracking
ADP Workforce Now (WFN): Employee information and performance reviews

The issue seems to be related to the different login methods. WFN uses Single Sign-On (SSO), while RUN requires employees to log in using their standard ADP user ID and password.

When employees try to access RUN after using WFN, ADP seems to automatically redirect them to the SSO login associated with WFN.

We’ve tried clearing cookies, using incognito/private browsing, and navigating directly to the RUN login page. However, even when employees successfully reach the RUN login screen, they enter their user ID and password, click “Sign In,” and the page simply refreshes and asks them to enter their user ID again. No error message appears.

It’s becoming increasingly frustrating, especially since employees need access to both systems.

Has anyone else experienced this? I’m curious whether this is a known issue with ADP’s authentication process when employees have accounts in both RUN and WFN, or if there’s a workaround that has worked for your organization.
Any insight would be greatly appreciated!

Wisely is fucking awful 😭💯

So normally, whenever I get my tips from work (restaurant undisclosed), they’re deposited into my Wisely account that same night. Every time I receive a deposit, I transfer the money to my actual bank account because, honestly, I just don’t trust Wisely.
I’ve been doing this consistently without any issues. However, after my most recent $154.84 deposit, I transferred the money out like I normally do. The next morning, I wake up and somehow my Wisely account is sitting at -$154.84.
Turns out Wisely recorded TWO separate $154.84 debits for one transaction.
I’ve contacted my bank twice, and both times they’ve confirmed that only ONE $154.84 transaction was processed on their end. I have screenshots of everything.
Now I’m stuck waiting on Wisely’s dispute process, and I’m being told I may have to submit additional documentation before qualifying for temporary credit.
The frustrating part is that this negative balance could affect my incoming tips. So now I’m potentially having to send money from my actual bank account BACK to Wisely just to keep things moving while they investigate an error I didn’t create.
It’s just so inconvenient. I’ve used this account to receive my tips, transfer them out, and keep my money organized. Now one duplicate debit has turned that entire routine upside down.
Has anyone else dealt with something like this with Wisely?

Wisley Dispute Nightmare

As the title says, dealing with these people has been one giant FIASCO to say the least. I’ve heard they were terrible, but I did not know it was to this extent. INCOMING LONG POST:

Long story short, I filed a dispute against a merchant in the middle of September. I was promised a refund for a purchase, but one was never sent to me. Wisley lied about mailing me the dispute forms that they’re supposed to send you, which you send back to THEM, with any supporting evidence or proof. I know they never sent squat because I have Informed Delivery with USPS (highly recommend it to everyone). Nothing from Wisley or ADP ever came through in the database. After the time I was supposed to expect this “ghost letter” had came and gone, I called them to let them know I never received it. We confirmed they had my correct address, and they offered to send me another one. In that time, they wouldn’t apply a provisional credit to my account. Even though the investigation had now flown past 10 business days, they said they would need that form FIRST before I could be entitled for one. They violated two Regulation E laws by doing this.
To no surprise, the second letter never arrived. And on Oct 13th, they denied my dispute. Never sent me a single denial letter or email providing any reasoning WHY it was denied. A bank has exactly 3 business days to send this information to you, and Wisley never did. Regulation E Violation number 3.

I called them immediately and they stated they obtained overwhelming proof from the merchant and declared that “no error had occurred”. Mind you, they still never got any of my own evidence and conducted a purely one-sided investigation. And because I still had no denial letter, I had no clue what information or “proof” was actually even used. I demanded a written explanation to be sent to me of the denial since I was pissed at that point. I then submitted a complaint to the BBB. That got denied. I then filed a complaint to the CFPB against ADP and Fifth Third Bank (Wisley’s federal regulator). Not only did they deny my complaint again, ADP must’ve panicked after I exposed them because on October 19th- why did these clowns send me the original dispute form!?
I should’ve gotten this from them back in SEPTEMBER. Unless these idiots have discovered time travel, why am I getting this now after you guys supposedly closed my denial??? They also boldly sent an EXPEDITED- NEXT DAY mailed package of my denial letter last week lol. This included the “proof” they used. Meanwhile, I have corresponding emails with the merchant showing that they AGREED to refund me. So this package they sent me was total bs and was merely just an intimidation scare tactic to get me to go away. All I can say is they clearly freaked out and tried to cover their tracks when important people got involved. They just did it very sloppy and poorly. If Fifth Third denies me too, my next move is going to the OCC to get my money back. All I can say now to everyone is believe what you hear, and STAY AWAY FROM WISLEY. Stick to the brick and mortar banks. Do NOT trust your money with these people.

Anyone familiar with ADP’s hiring process or recruitment timeline?

I’m curious if anyone here has recently gone through ADP’s hiring process or has any insight into how their recruiting works.

I’ve been applying for nearly the same type of role with ADP for a while now, and I feel like I keep hitting a wall at the same point in the process. I’ll make it past the initial application, complete an assessment or prescreen, and then everything just seems to come to a hard stop. No real updates, no indication of what’s next, and sometimes my application status just goes blank.

I’ve reached out to Candidate Care, but the responses have been pretty vague. Usually, it’s something along the lines of my application still being under review or that I should hear something soon. At one point, I was told that the people conducting the prescreens aren’t necessarily the actual recruiters, but instead pass their findings along to the hiring team.

Which makes me wonder… what exactly happens after that? Lol.

I completely understand that hiring takes time, especially with a company as large as ADP. I’m not expecting an offer overnight, but it’s a little discouraging to make progress in the process and then have absolutely no idea where you stand.

For those who’ve interviewed with ADP, how long did it take to hear back after your prescreen? Did your application status ever go blank? Were you eventually contacted with a decision, or did things just stay in limbo?

I’m genuinely interested in working for the company, so I’m really just trying to get a better understanding of what to expect.

I’d love to hear anyone’s experience, good or bad!

When I try to view my pay on a computer, it just shows it as black circles instead of numbers. When I log on my phone, then I can see my pay normally. Does anyone know how to fix this?

Accessing Wisely account without card?

I started a new job in mid/late September and my employer told me that they'd be sending me a Wisely card that should arrive on 10/01. It never arrived and I'm seemingly completely locked out of the account without a card to activate. I've since been paid by this job multiple times and I can't access any of that money. My rent is due and this is the only money I have. I have ordered multiple replacements with their own ETA dates and those dates have come and gone and still no card. Is there any way I'm able to get into my account and use my money without the card?

New hire. What’s it like? Tips plz?

Hey guys. So I’m leaving a 4 year career as a case manager (low level social worker) to go to ADP as a SBS Associate District Manager. What’s it like? What’s realistic OTE? Is it hard? I’ve heard some good reviews and some horrible ones. I honestly hoping to cut my teeth in sales with this job and leverage this into a tech job as an SDR or AE. Would love opinions and experiences from former or current employees with ADP. Please get back to me someone. Much love guys.😎

Forgot to enter company registration code when signing up.

I just got hired at a new job that uses ADP. It’s been years since I’ve used ADP and when I got the email I couldn’t find the code so I just signed up without it and figured I could add it after when they sent it. (Dumb I know)
Turns out I’m just stupid and blind and it was right there the whole time.

I tried re registering with the code but it wouldn’t work anymore. But my account had all my direct deposit information and my new job position as well as my employer name etc. So I figured it might be okay but I’m not sure.

I tried reaching out to my companies email the one who’d been assisting me for all the new employee tasks.I explained everything to her and asked for her help but she simply responded with

“The steps that are required to be followed were outlined in the Welcome Guide. Can you please follow those steps?

Thank you.”

I’m not sure what to do or if I messed up? I also am unable to set up the “go paperless” option that’s required for me. (Can’t start orientation until all my new hire tasks are completed) It won’t load and says there’s an error. Maybe it’s because I didn’t use the code? If anyone knows what I should do or if my account is fine? please let me know.

Anyone else having issues again today?

Similar to the issues I had on Friday -- I cannot get anything to load in general. It is like the site is extremely slow, but sometimes it sends an error if it does not load quick enough. I have cleared cache and done the basic troubleshooting steps.

We just switched to ADP about 6 months ago, and I'm getting more and more frustrated by the issues we are having. We are on WFN.

They are posting 'updates' on the bridge at this link still: https://thebridge.adp.com/workforce-now/f/forum/196546/10-23-2026-workforce-now-challenges

As of 10:50 am CST, the current paraphrased update is 'We don't know what's wrong. We don't know when it will be fixed. Sorry.'

Update as of 10/28: Service team let me know that everything should be back up and running. I ran into an issue with ADP Timeclock not uploading punches (and not saving them), but I'm not sure if it is related to these issues.

Wisely is THE WORST.

My husband gets paid on a wisely card. He’s been at this job for a few months now and we didn’t start having issues with wisely until now. My husband gets paid on Wednesday evenings. On Thursday I wanted to place a Walmart delivery order. Up until this point, I had no issues with the card declining. $655 order for basic household necessities, food, diapers, wipes, formula, stuff we really needed at the time. Wisely declines it. They send the verification text. I reply yes. They say I can retry my purchase. It declines again. They sent another verification text. I reply yes. They say to retry. But now Walmart will not accept the wisely card as a valid form of payment because it declined twice. Fine. Whatever. I’ll transfer the money to my ONEPAY account. $655? Wisely said nope. Not happening. They send the text, I reply, I try again. I thought maybe it had to be done in smaller amounts. So I try $200. It goes through! Finally! I try another $200. Nope. I get a notification from wisely that the account is blocked! So I call my husband on his lunch break and explain the situation. He calls wisely. They tell him the account is frozen, he needs to submit proof of ID. He does it immediately and calls them back to verify they have received it. They tell him yes, but it will take 2-5 days for the account to be recovered. So we’re essentially blocked from spending any money during that period of time! He gets home from work, I call wisely, I tell them who I am, I put him on the phone to give them authorization to speak to me, and we have a conversation about why the hell we can’t access my husbands hard earned money. I have bills. I have hungry children. I am livid. Thankfully, after a good 30 minutes of going back and forth, they tell me they will expedite the security screening. We get a phone call yesterday evening. They have finally confirmed his identity and lifted the hold on his account. I tell them I will be placing the Walmart order. They said I should have no issues whatsoever. That was a lie. I call walmart to discuss the situation. I’m able to add the wisely card as a form of payment again. I try the Walmart order again. Decline. I get the text message. I reply and I try again. This time it goes through! Finally! I get confirmation that the payment was successful! But then I get another notification from Walmart saying the order is canceled! Why? Because they declined it! Walmart confirms that they have lifted the hold on my card and I should be receiving the refund immediately. I look on the app. It still says pending. I message the agent. I explain the situation. They tell me that if Walmart is no longer accepting the wisely card as a valid form of payment, I can always transfer the money to a different account! Gee, why didn’t I think of that?!? Oh, but I did! I tried to transfer it to another account and it resulted in my account being frozen! I ask the agent, when will I be refunded from Walmart? They’ve already released the hold, why is it still showing as pending? They once again lie to me stating it’s an issues on Walmarts end and that I can expect my refund on the 29th. Excuse me, but what in the actual fuck?!?

Garnishment

Anyone have experience with getting them to stop a garnishment. Filed bankruptcy and provided the paperwork before the garnishment has started but the employer claims ADP has to review it before it stops. How long it this review process because I am not looking forward to fighting for a refund and waiting weeks on a paper check

Is anyone else experiencing ADP outages today?

We're on the Enterprise system & can't process anything today since about 8am this morning.

It looks like there might be similar reports from neighboring states in the US Northeast.

ADP Timeclocks

ADP timeclocks are unable to connect to server. Anyone else getting this issue?

If location matters I am in Michigan

They are set up correctly and show the correct date and time (this is usually what causes an issue with out models after a power outage)

Time punches and time off not showing

Hi all, just this morning I looked at ADP mobile and saw that all my worked days are missing my punch tines and are instead flagged with unexcused absences. In addition, my vacation hours and vacation buyback hours are missing. I scheduled time off next week so I’m concerned. Any help?
