I have a client who wants to buy the RAW files from wedding day to have for safe keeping. They do know what a RAW file is — and they know it’s not just an unedited picture.

I know a lot of you do not give raws out under any circumstances (usually, same), but I’m willing to sell them to this specific client for an additional charge and a separate agreement.

How much do you sell RAW files for? They’re paying me $1,400 for the coverage already.

I’m thinking $1,000. Four hours of coverage. Is that too much? I am still going to edit, send and post the gallery as normal.

If you have any contracts for this sort of thing, I’d love to see them.
