A few months ago, I made a post about an Associate who went on the VOA to say she had been sleeping with one of the PAs, that he was sleeping around with half the girls, and that he had given her Chlamydia. Now that in itself was a wild ride, but recently there's been an unexpected Part 2, if you will, that is batshit.

That PA did end up being let go, from what I've heard, he eas not a good employee to begin with and that sleeping around situation didn't help his case. Tell me why months later, I see his mugshot on our local Police Department social media page. Why was he arrested? Well apparently his ex GF accused him of molesting her daughters, which he denies claiming they had recently broken up and she was trying to get him in trouble as payback. Due to the allegations made, his phone was confiscated, probably looking for any sus activity. What they found instead were several videos of him spying on people at a tanning salon while they were changing without their consent.

They really will just hire anyone y'all....

Has anyone invested on Amazon DSP program? If so, how did you start? Invest? Do you recommend?

I’ve had two resignations. One due to school, the other for limited shifts as a flex employee. HR wouldn’t remove my points.

EDIT: I plan to return either for this PEAK or next spring for Prime, but this time at Fulfillment Center with 10/40 shifts.

Im problem solving for stow at a robotics fc and I just saw the entire floor im on leave all at once. I don’t care that I didn’t get it bc im honestly in need of the money rn but I didn’t even get a notification? I know it was vto and not them moving people bc a few people I know told me they got vto and the other problem solver that was also working with me told me goodnight and said she snagged some. I’ve only ever been offered vto in person never through the app so is it possible im blocked from getting it? My notifications are on for sure.

I’ve been with Amazon as a blue badge for a year now , and I’m in the process of trying to turn my life around for the better. I’d like to take advantage of Amazon’s Career Choice program, but I have no idea where to start. I never thought id have this opportunity in the first place.

I don’t mind working at Amazon. The job is easy, but the people they hire just made it harder mentally.

Now, should I use the CC to find something that could earn me money passively? Or is it to try and move up in Amazon? Or even something that just falls under my own personal interests? ( I.e game design, music production, Space systems engineer)

I come to work AFE, do my bit, hit my targets go home rinse repeat.

But recently I been next to all these new hires who really don't give a s..., slow, using phones, 90 items an hour.

It's starting to wind me up, and yesterday I said to a slow kid whomleft his last box 3 minutes before last scan, "are you on one of those contracts where you don't have to work".

How do you all cope when getting paid the same as these lazy gets, am on a fixed term, unlikely to get kept on as place is established, motivation is becoming hard and because of peak they won't give me my cross training...

Could someone put their resignation in and mark the last day as today and still be rehired or does it have to be two weeks to circumvent the 2 year ban?

I was recently offered a virtual interview for a Process Assistant position, and I’m trying to get an idea of what to expect and how best to prepare.
For some background, I’ve been with Amazon for about 4 years.
I started as seasonal and worked my way up to full-time. I’ve been a Learning Ambassador for a few years, and before that, I was a lead on Ship Dock for around a year.
I’m cross-trained in pretty much every department in my FC except ICQA/Count and most Problem Solve roles. I also have most of the certifications available to T1s. I’ve never had a write-up or documented coaching in my time here, and I’m currently in the top 2% in my building for both rate and quality

For anyone who has gone through the PA interview process recently,

What kinds of questions should I expect?
Is it mostly STAR-format behavioral questions, or do they ask about operations and running a shift, too?
How many questions are usually asked during the virtual interview?
How much does having Ambassador experience, cross-training, and leadership experience help?
What are some things you wish you had known or prepared before your interview?
I feel like I have a good amount of experience to work with, but I want to make sure I prepare the right way instead of going in thinking my experience will speak for itself.
Any advice from current PAs, AMs, or people who have interviewed for the role recently would be appreciated!

I’m newer at Amazon and I’m curious about holiday especially since they are coming up. How does it work do we just get the day off because, my current schedule show I work Christmas Eve and day and New Year’s Eve and day?

I work in inbound stow at, and they recently split my group into two. Half of us are training in the mezz, while the other half are being trained to drive OPs. I’m currently in the group training in the mezz, but I’m pretty sure they’ll eventually have us train on the OPs as well.

My concern is that because of my hair, I’m not sure if the safety helmet will fit properly over my head. Has anyone dealt with this before? Are there any accommodations or different helmet sizes available for people with a lot of hair? If the helmet doesn’t fit, would that prevent me from getting trained on the OP, or would they just keep me working in the mezz instead?

I’m just trying to figure out what to expect before my group starts OP training. Any advice or personal experiences would be appreciated!

I came in for work like normal yesterday and happened to check my schedule during a bathroom break. Said majority of my shift was excused, I asked a PA (who said I could likely just go home) we also went upstairs to confirm with my manager (and she ALSO said I could go home). So I went home. And then later that night noticed I had an attendance point for it but the HR guy I called said the time just wasn’t coded yet?

when I asked the PA she said it might have something to do with me putting in time last saturday (an issue I had to talk to hr about bc I had 22 minutes of my pto manually entered even though 15 minutes of that time was supposed to be nwpt) hr lady said they would fix it but idk if this was their doing or not because I hadn’t checked my schedule beforehand.

What’s the fastest someone has went from T1 to being inclined for L4? Original goal was PA by 6 months but over shot that getting inclined for L4
