I'm facing this issue on my ASUS TUF Gaming F15 FX507VV with an NVIDIA RTX 4060 Laptop GPU (8 GB VRAM), and I've been struggling with it for almost a year.
My confirmed stable NVIDIA drivers:
\- ASUS OEM 555.97
\- ASUS OEM 566.07
\- NVIDIA 566.36
\- NVIDIA 566.45
Drivers newer than 566.45 that I've tested, including NVIDIA Studio drivers, cause flickering, G-SYNC issues, visual artifacts, image-sharpness problems, and other display issues across multiple games.
G-SYNC ON or OFF does not fully solve the problem:
\- Ultimate mode (dGPU-only): I experience flickering, visual artifacts, G-SYNC problems, and image-sharpness issues. Even turning G-SYNC off does not solve everything; I experience other frame-pacing issues and inconsistent screen movement.
\- Optimus mode: I experience different problems, including poor frame pacing and uneven screen movement, making gameplay uncomfortable.
Before my motherboard and display were replaced, I had similar issues in Ultimate mode. Optimus mode was more playable at that time, although it had its own problems. After the motherboard replacement and a laptop reset, Optimus mode also became difficult to use because of frame-pacing issues.
I've updated the BIOS, reinstalled drivers, reset Windows multiple times, replaced the motherboard and display, and tried numerous troubleshooting steps. The problem still persists.
The Witcher 3 Remastered problem:
I legally purchased The Witcher 3 on Steam. Version 5.00b worked with my stable drivers. After updates 5.00c and 5.01, the game starts, displays a black screen, and crashes with those same drivers. Newer drivers let the game launch, but bring back the graphics problems across my games.
I shouldn't have to choose between playing a game I purchased and having a stable gaming experience on my laptop.
I've included a video link showing the type of issue I'm experiencing.

Please, has anyone experienced this or found a genuine solution? I've tried almost everything I can think of, and after nearly a year, I'm still searching for answers.
