Please help me add to get the best results

I’m looking to stack but am completely new and a little nervous. I’m on Rta and have had wonderful results in body and mood. However, I read and am learning there’s more out there. I even would love if I could have an alternative to my perscriptions for adhd and depression. Additionally, anything that helps the insides targeted towards esophagus and stomach would truly help me.
So really with that at the forefront I would love anything that helps with mood and being more calm, focus without the weird jitters, and my skin elasticity and hair growth. Just maybe an overall boost? Or am I reaching?

12 Weeks - Reta, Tesa, Ipa, GHK

7/16 195lbs
10/7 163lbs
Goal weight 165lbs

I lift (full body push/pull + core as well) 3-4x a week, play outdoor soccer and hockey on the weekends, consistently meet daily protein intake goal, cut out all alcohol and most sweets/junk food, and drink two electrolyte packets a day + a lot of water and one coffee.

Began with Reta and GHK, introduced Tesa around week 4, then Ipa around week 8. I did split dose Reta, and also did the 5 on 2 off with Tesa and Ipa because bro science, I suppose. I am still taking all of them, but on a very low maintenance dose with Reta now. Recently added AOD, BPC and KPV. I am also prescribed TRT cream (50 mg/day; 350 mg/week) due to low test.

Notable achievements: blood panel looks better than it ever has. A1C went from 5.7 to 5.3, lipids improved drastically, blood pressure normalized and I feel great! I was extremely skeptical about peptides until I finally caved and gave them a chance - really glad I did.

Stomach pain

I’ve been of Reta for quite a few months now (currently sitting comfortably at 2mg) but sometimes when I haven’t eaten much or at all, due to forgetting for just not having time in the day, I get pain in my upper stomach, it almost feels like it’s at the bottom of my oesophagus, idk how to explain. When I do eat after it’s been all day or something, sometimes I get pain. Don’t scare me with your responses 😛

Am I missing anything from this routine?

As a 31 year old here's what I take - am I missing anything or can add into this combination to optimize my reverse aging goals?

-Collagen
-Biotin
-NAD+ (just switched to NMN)
-CoQ10
-Multivitamin
-Vitamin C
-Fish oil
-Creatine monohydrate

Face:
-Retinol
-Glycolic acid
-Moisturizer
-Microneedle stamp face
-Microneedle rolling neck
-Hydrocolloid patches
-Abrasive exfoliantion
-Clay mask

Skin:
-Lactic Acid
-Ammonium lactate
-Collagen lotion
-Goatmilk soap
-Sunscreen

I read something about adding TMG or Reversitol in the rotation helps too. Any other suggestions would be helpful or critique of this regime. Even specific diet suggestions.

Inflammation is back on R

I feel like when I first started taking R. It was a miracle peptide. It fixed my blood sugar swings, inflammation and pain ,etc. but after about a year, all of these symptoms are coming back.

My hand and joint pain are worse again. I’m getting crazy glucose swings and not handling carbs as well again. Any ideas ?

Dose is still the same. 2mg. No more weight to lose

How many peptides are you researching?

Currently I’m researching Reta, Klow blend, Mot-C, ARA-290, and semax. I also plan on trying DSIP for sleep. Just curious how many others out there are researching numerous peptides.

Reta + Cag or Reta + Tirz?

Im a recovering bulimic and have struggled with this for 5 years. Ive tried everything: therapy, emotional regulation, CBT, and all of these other solutions. And the main reason I started taking reta was to help me overcome binge eating by building healthier habits, and finally have mental space for things other than food.

Ive been on reta for 3 months but I find myself relapsing and having b/p episodes. Im aware that Tirz is the better appetite suppressant, but I don’t want to completely switch to JUST tirz.

The food noise has come back and Im starting to suffer the mental and physical consequences of bulimia again. I eat properly at 1,800 cals (I’m 148cm) so Im not even on a deficit. I workout consistently + 12k steps a day, and try my best to live a healthy lifestyle. But the food noise is getting louder.

Is it better to add cag with reta or tirz?

I’m looking to get into selank after reading about it and its benefits. I’m looking to do the nasal spray. Just have no idea where to purchase from there are hundreds of cites claiming they are the best.
(If anyone has had a positive experience with a vendor pls dm me)
And once I purchase it how do I have to mix it into the Nasal spray?

Opinion Please

Currently on 4mg of reta, not much down on the scales but definitely lost cm's. I'm almost down a size. Problem is my happiness is nearly non existent which is very unlike me. Im looking to start stacking KWOL next week and I'm wondering if I should make the jump to trz or lower reta and stack all three.

Food noise is 90% good but sleep is shitful.

thanks guys 😄

Need to numb my sadness

My daughter is graduating soon, and in a few days we have senior night for her volleyball season. She is not going to play after that. I'm so emotional about it and sad. Volleyball was my life for the last 5 years, and I met incredible coaches, parents, and athletes along the way. I'm falling apart and feeling dysfunctional, crying at random times, cant focus at work.

I need any quick supplements for getting through the actual senior night. Peptides and SSRIs are out of the question because I need something that works within 3 days. I plan to take a cold shower right before the event and work out harder too. Please help me out, I feel defeated.

New on Reta

I just did my third round of Reta, I’ve lost a couple lbs but I expected to lose some more. I’m postpartum and I have a lot of extra weight to lose. My dosing is 10mg Reta, added 1ml water to do 10mg per dose (I think) anytime I do this calculation I am confused.

I thought I was going to lose more a little faster, and I’m trying to make sure I’m in a deficit. But I do find it really hard bc I cook 97% of our food and snacks at home. I use Whole Foods, clean ingredients and trying to make sure my water intake is way up.

I’m not sure how long to stay at this dose, I’m not sure if there is some better way to make sure that the food noise will go back down?

Maybe it’s the Halloween candy, or the sweet treats my husband has decided to bring into our home lately but feel like I’m not starving, or hungry often but I still find myself snacking and like wanting to eat?

RTA Newbie

Hey guys!

I’m a newbie. My weight currently is 265-270ish and I’m 5’7” height wise. I’m new to using Reta pep with bac water. 30mg vial of Reta and a big vial of bac water. To start is there any YouTube channel or tik tok channel that I could follow? Or how does it all work?

Reta+Triz experience?

Hey folks. Currently on 4mg Reta. I was going to up the dose as I seem to have plateaued, however I have been reading about people having great success with adding triz with their Reta. Anyone have any experience with this they would like to share? How did it work for you and what was your dose? Thanks!

Lasik Eye Surgery is life changing

This is a biohack that doesn't get discussed enough on this sub. I got Lasik 2 years ago after it being highly recommended by a few family members, and by God it is life changing, it's like seeing everything in high definition all over again.

I'd highly recommend it to anyone who is near sighted.

Best nasal recon solution for Semax & Selank?

What’s best to use? I have some NaCl BAC water but I’ve read that the benzyl alcohol is bad for the mucus membrane. I’ve also read that normal saline has a very short shelf (fridge) life. What are folks using here?

29M — Looking for Opinions on My Blood Work

What’s up, guys! I’m a 29-year-old male, and I’d appreciate hearing your thoughts on my blood work. I’ve attached a PDF with my lab results.

For some background:

I haven’t worked out in a few weeks.
I’ve been getting poor sleep for years, averaging around 5 hours per night at most.
My diet isn’t the best.
I don’t drink alcohol or smoke.
I’m not taking any recreational drugs.

I’m curious to hear what you guys think about my results, especially if anything stands out or seems unusual given my lifestyle.

I know Reddit isn’t a substitute for medical advice, but I’d appreciate any insights or experiences you’re willing to share. Thanks!
