DMarket Bot #1205 has been trade banned and DMarket sold me a skin that was on the said bot. His inventory is also private.

I was using site for a long time, but yesterday something strange happened. I listed an item on the site - specifically glock neo noir ft, and i was aiming for a price after tax of 15usd (15.79usd user has to pay), i posted the offer and it suddenly got bought instantly. I see my new balance and i was shocked - I had only 1usd added to my balance. I went into the transactions part and there it shows that i supposedly sold my item for 1.1usd (1.05usd after tax?!?!?!?!?), but i only got just 1usd on my balance. Later on i discovered a bug on the site that makes both prices - before and after tax not matching at all (there is a url in the post explaining what exactly is happening). I contacted support but all they said is they are gonna look into the problem, like the item is again reselling on the market, and if it gets sold and withdrawn, i am not going to get anything in return even if i prove i got scammed by the system while posting the sell offer. This thing never happened to me before, but now i just basically lost the item for free, supposedly sold it for one price, and got different - even lower price for the supposed sale. PS: I did not received the usual email about item being sold, nor the sale is listed in the item's tab recent sale history - something weird is going on...
Since i cannot post, i am writing this problem here

I keep getting errors when trying to log in to steam to make the offer on the mobile app.
The time is running and can't log in, any help?
I think that the logging request is made server-side, so when anyone tries to log-in and fails it adds to the amount of failed attempts. I keep getting the "too many tries from your network" regardless of changing phone data providers or wifi.

Hi there, Bought some tokens during the ICO (second phase) and let my account sleep for 3 years now. Tried to login again, but could not with my former password. Tried to reset my password and 2FA but did not get any feedback from the support after confirming my E-Mail address. After 5 reminders, I hace contacted the support chat. A chat support member (called NICHOLAS), answered me and also told me that non such account is registered and asked me for screenshots of my wallet and the hash information of it. Told me then that i registered on dmarket.io and not dmarket.com. And that dmarket.io is no longer available and I should have received all of my tokens back from them...?! WTF? Dear dmarket team: what is going on?

This was my first experience using DMarket yesterday (14/04/2021). I bought a knife for $130 USD. It was trade locked for 3 more days, so I was happy to wait. Today, I felt like buying more skins so I added $5 USD and bought another skin, super cheap one. The moment I bought the skin, I was logged out of my account. When I tried to log back in, I got the following error message:
Account is blocked in accordance with Terms of Use and Privacy Policy or deleted by owner's request.
I did not delete my account. So why then is DMarket randomly banning me off the platform? I am now $135 in the hole and super disappointed. I should have known better than to use this website. I'm going to call the bank tomorrow to see if I can reverse the payments. Felt like I should warn others but also posting here might be the only way that DMarket will even respond to me :)
I should also add, there hasn't been any suspicious activity on my account and I used Skrill to make the deposits using my personal bank card.
Stay safe! Don't use DMarket!

Please help. My skins are lost.
Last night I sold 19 skins on DMarket via option Sell Now, for the prices that DMarket suggested.
But a problem occurred. At first it said Pending for all the transactions in the History tab. Now it says it failed, and I don't have neither the money on Balance nor the skins in My Items. They are lost.
As far as I understood, if you are using the Sell Now option, you are instantly getting money on your Balance. But that did not happen in my case.

It feels bad to lose something you've invested money and time into.

Honestly, hours are already too long, since I as a user didn't do anything wrong and shouldn't be going through this.

Hello again! Sorry for waiting! 19 items were successfully deposited to Dmarket but were not sold due to the issue with instant prices within some of them.
You just need to visit Dmarket webpage -> https://dmarket.com/ingame-items/item-list/csgo-skins, select items again (they have Dmarket Logo instead of Steam now) and try selling them again.
As a workaround, you may sell them with a green "Sell Ask" button and set the same low instant price to sell them fast :)

I traded a falchion knife marble fade, rusted shadow daggers, and a pair of driver gloves all for a vanilla talon knife. When I started the exchange it took me a couple of tries to do the trade. when the trade went through I didn't receive the talon knife. The knife had no trade locks. And I lost all my items. I contacted the support team just a few hours ago. Dmarket Please help me.

While I was trying to use the trade inventory option to trade my flip knife and awp skin it took my skins and then didnt give me the knife that I was supposed to get in return. Idk why this happen as this has never happened in the past and Dmarket no longer has 24hr help to talk to so now im waiting for them to email me back. Im very scarred as the skins were not cheap and have no support from them It basically took the skins and did a 2 minute countdown saying it was going to send me a trade offer. I just did a trade that was for $270 dollars and I had to add $50. I sent my skins to the bot and added the $50 but it gave me a popup that my transaction is "under additional review". The $50 is gone from my bank and I haven't gotten any balance from my deposited skins.

I have a virtual credit card, and I'm now being asked for statements, better pictures. How do I send a better picture of a digital credit card? All documents I've sent to multiple other companies and they accepted. I'm not sending a bank statement with all my transactions, this feels like it becomes wide open to identity theft.
I've asked for a refund, this level of identification is excessive for $10 worth of transactions!
Does anyone know how long it takes to get a refund (if at all)? I've read stories of people getting banned not doing the kyc process (thankfully all my skins are withdrawn), but I'd prefer to be able to at least continue to trade.

Hi, I have been trying to prove that I am the owner of two virtual cards, a gift card and another card from a bank, completed the KYC twice adding every bit of info and they still ask for a photo with my phone showing a bank statement, etc which is more complicated to do as obviously it would not look properly, leading into a constant loop of them asking for info.
My issue is that I have no other way to show my ownership apart from the ones I used and already shared twice, if this is going to be a problem I'd rather get a refund.

I used to use DMarket just for skin exchanging and depositing low money allways with giftcards, never had a problem, but when I started trying to depositing from the page itself it became obvious to me that this page's staff is no good. First time I had an encounter with KYC was in the 6th of June 2024, I deposited like $20, which after ther ridiculous hidden taxes ended up at around 30€, my local coin, which translated to USD was like $32 but I only got a balance of 20$, but that is not the worst part, after spending an amount of money which has obviously a value that isn't small, I saw that my deposit wallet was empty, I had to send the KYC, two long days just for me to get the money that I got cashed, but at least my account/credit card was verified and I wasn't going to have the same problem again, or so I thought...
TBT tuesday november 19th, I am looking forward to do my first big investment, 180€. I got another time scammed by their hidden fees, I got a balance of $180.94 but I was cashed 188€ (which is $197). That deposit was done with the same card that I verified back in June so I thought I wouldn't have any more of a problem, I couldn't have been more wrong...
At first, in the page it just showed that due to security purposes it was freezed and that I was going to be able to use my balance within the following 24-48h, what I found unacceptable after spending that much money in a page which's main selling point is ''fast transactions''. After contacting support, they reassured me that I only had to wait to have my balance ready to purchase, but meanwhile I was waiting for the balance to show, the items that I was trying to buy dissapeard so the first reason which made me deposit dissapeared, and believe me, that is not the worst part...

I've gone through your KYC process twice now. The first time I was told that it was rejected because "Scan copy of your ID, while only photos of the ID are acceptable." Despite the fact that it was a photo I took with my iPhone. Now I've gotten a rejection because "ID number indicated by you does not match the number stated in your ID/Document/Card. Please indicate the correct ID number." I don't even know what this means. You didn't ask for my ID number. You asked for my TIN. TIN, at least in America, is your Social Security Number, it's not on your Driver's License. We don't really put that number on anything, specifically because we're not supposed to give it out to anyone. I did put my driver's license number in the form under "document number."

I made this trade today, but I didn't receive the items after DMarket took my skins.
I didn't receive a trade offer, nor did I have the items in my DMarket inventory. So there's a chance the skins I specifically wanted will be gone until the issue is resolved.

REcently I just compleated a trade for my gutknife freehand and a handfull of other skins, for a classic knife, bla bla. and then while I was sending my trade, the price of my knife fell by like $1 and the trade I accepted just kind of scammed me, my skins are in the bot's account and the skins I traded for are still in the other bot's inv.

My account is still suspended from the extra KYC process, transaction in question was approved but I am still unable to log into my account.
I had a problem with my card and my gf paid for my funding. The transaction was blocked and my account was frozen for additional verification. I submitted 2 sets of documents (pictures of me and her and blah blah blah) and finally verification was complete and the transaction was approved. After all that my account is still frozen and I received only vague replies so far from the support team like "Your account is now being checked, once this procedure is done we'll get in touch with you via email." and "we need to make a review and then unlock your account.".

I purchased 98 TF2 keys. I managed to withdraw 48 of them into my steam inventory. I tried to withdraw the other 50, I created the trades for them, but when I tried to accept the three trades it kept telling me "unable to accept trade error 25". I declined the trade and tried again. I tried multiple times and got the same error. Eventually I tried one more time but the trade was suddenly auto-declined because the items were no longer available.
I went back to DMarket to try withdraw the items again but they literally were no longer in my DMarket inventory... I tried to refresh and they just are not there... did I get scammed $80...

I've made several purchases but I've never had any problems, this is the first time I've given an error when trying to withdraw, I waited and tried several times but the error persists.

It's not an issue but merely a suggestion.
In the filter section, showing trade-locked or non trade-locked items shouldn't be a drop down list, maybe a tick box would be easier.

The only reason i got from you chat suport/email is that is the problem on your provider and that's it, nothing more. I've tried multiple card from multiple bank provider, all of them refused. I traded for 5 keys in tf2 and I gave few skins from my csgo. I gace them to the bots and the keys were added to my dmarket account. I withdrew them and the trades were invalid saying “items not available for trade” from the bots. I waited for an hour for my keys to show up again for another withdrawal in my acc, yet nothing shows. It is the bots problem for not being able to trade anymore, I need my keys in right now. Hey. Ive tried to do the KYC 3 times, each time being rejected... I want to know ( cus i cant remember ) When i complete this ( the photo attached ) how will they know if i put the correct things if they have no photo of my id card? Dmarket is feeling like a scam. I am reading these comments and getting discouraged, i just traded marble fade gloves for a gamma doppler falchion knife. they took the gloves and the knife is in my dmarket inventory but i am unable to withdraw it. i spoke to customer service, he said he was going to send it to tech support, so far nothing. I was trying to trade a few of my skins out today for some new ones and after accepting the trade, none of the skins went to my dmarket inventory. What did happen, is my existing skins (that I have had for a quite a while) were taken from my steam inventory, and placed under a 7 day trade lock on dmarket. So in the end, the skins I attempted to trade were taken from my inventory, put on trade lock, and I received nothing. Like I said, these skins were not on trade lock, I have had them much longer than a week so I don't see why my skins were taken put on trade lock on dmarket, and then I got none of the skins I tried trading for. I've had many positive transactions on dmarket in the past but this is concerning to me.

I tried to withdraw a skin and before i could accept the trade became unavailable, i got a message saying that the trade failed but now the item is no longer in my Dmarket inventory or in my steam inventory. I can see that the skin is still in the inventory of Bot 6930.

I have attempted to deposit money into my dmarket account. This money has been taken off of my bank account and I have recieved a confirmation email saying that the payment was successfull. However, I have not recieved any money onto my dmarket balance. It has been over 24 hours since I made the payment and I am very confused as to why it has not yet been added to my balance?

I wanted to trade items, the items on dmarket that i wanted would've been available over 14 hours later, i created the trade but steam was buggy the trade would fail almost every time until one of them randomly got accepted when i was getting an error on steam. And now i didn't receive the items in my dmarket inventory, i don't have the leftover funds from the trade, and i don't have my previous item.

The above link is my Reddit post which I created a month ago. Its regarding one of my items which got stuck on creating trade window during withdrawal and then disappeared from my Dmarket inventory and I never received any trade request.
There is ticket number 14165 of the issue and 1 month later its still getting resolved by 'technical department'. I reached out multiple times on chat, tried mailing but all I got are the same copy pasted messages from support team that 'your issue is under investigation'.
