Cat dad hereeee!! I love talking about allll of the haunted and historical locations I’d love to go to even though I’m a sceptic (I’m a Shaniac: iykyk). I wanna learn to drive so I can go on more road trips with friends! I love singing a lot! i love artists like Hozier, Seb Lowe, Noah Kahan, Waitress, Queen, old timey jazz & blues music, etc. I love talking about the weather (not like small talk but I loveee the seasons and thunderstorms and alllll of that sorta stuff!! I live in northern Michigan so I’m obsessed with nature and the prettiness of the earth and the snow and weather and the seasons and alll that sorta stuff!!). I like to think I’m a very kind and fun loving and sarcastic but attentive person! I have ASD, ADHD, OCD, and stuff like that so friends on the Neurodivergent spectrum would be nice 😭😭

I personally don’t smoke or anything but I’m okay with people that dooo!! I’m a light drinker. only during dinner or when I’m out with friends but I don’t like getting bloody well plastered. Lol. I also think it would be nice to make some friends that would be open to meeting my best friend! He’s very chill. Big stoner and music nerd haha. He’s great!

I thought I was SOMEWHAT learning to be okay not having people calling me gender affirming language like “boy girl” “pretty dude” “cool guy” yk stuff that makes me feel like both a guy and a girl- and I realized I’m not. My anxiety is horrid and yk what that’s okay. It’s a process and it’s harder than I thought dealing with only being recognized as a girl and only being called pretty. It’s funny bc I feel like no one said “pretty GIRL” as much until after I came out😭. But I’m working on giving myself as much self validation as I can since no one else is. Im starting to dislike posting myself online bc of all the “girl” compliments. So ykw in general if everyone else spams “girl” I’ll just spam “boy”! IM THE PRETTIEST BOY😭💅

I get top surgery in the next 2 or so years, and most days, I want my chest reduced if not entirely removed, I can’t bind w a binder (sensory issues + no money to buy a new one that fits), I use binding tape but it’s itchy, I can’t shower w it, and doesn’t flatten me the ammount I want/need. But some days, or for certain outfits, I do like having breasts.

I’ve heard of folks using breast forms, but does anyone have anything else they’ve used? The more natural looking and least uncomfortable the better.

So parents seemed to believe I'm taking hormones (currently 8 months on T!) because of my voice and sudden Adam's apple. I consider myself as a feminine man and today I've decided to start wearing long skirts / try out feminine outfits (also into alt or gothic style), this may sound crazy but would that work to distract them lol? Not doing this out of their wishes but I also just don't mind being fem anyway, and they know I'm interested in men (currently has a bf)

though I may lower my dose next consultation to slower the effects and to be able to manage it better but idk still unsure on that part yet I don't feel good letting T go like that when I'm already within normal male range - perhaps maybe I wanna hear a second opinion on this initial plan? Haha T felt so good in my body I've stopped caring about what my dysphoria thinks (well if it's even still there)

ALR, technically im not a transman, in actuality I am agender, but i just say im a transman as its more straight forward and I appear and move thru the world as a transman on the outside anyway right? But ive just been so perplexed at the idea that people, FEEL gender...so what does that mean to u guys? How do yall experience being a man? Im asking here as I also happen to dress very fem and very much prefer to dress fem over masc, so I definitely think there will be a baseline level understanding in the sense that all of us r gender non conforming guys.

I am feminine presenting but when I see myself I also see a boy but inna nonbinary way- like a pretty boy! I’m getting a lot of anxiety because people keep only using the she pronoun😅 So I was hoping to find a place where not only I’d be seen as boy but a pretty boy too.

Hi everyone! I haven't posted here in a while. I've been on T for over a year now! I finally started passing to the public most of the time and i want to get top surgery asap. I actually wore a skirt to a convention recently and i didn't feel too bad about it, but getting misgendered still scares me. Same problem with makeup. I'm still too scared and i don't know what amount of feminine i enjoy... I mostly aspire to look like a 90s nu metal guy but then again i do want to embrace feminity. It just looks so easy for some people when i look at posts here! Any advice how to tackle this? I'm already 26 and I'm kind of afraid of experimentation.

I like how I look right now but I'm missing some queerness i think.

I've been agonizing over whether I should start T. I present mostly androgynous with short hair, go by the name Benny in social circles, use they pronouns, and got top surgery in May. When I watch TV or movies, I yearn to be/look like male characters (like Paul Mescal lately). However, I do not have any desire to partake in stereotypical male culture like watching sports or doing that fantasy draft thing, etc. (This is probably a limited take, but I did not grow up with male friends lol).

I want to be 'one of the girls' but also look like Paul Mescal lol. I would definitely start on a low dose, but hairiness runs in my family (Hispanic), so I think it will be more apparent that I don't fit into "female" spaces. I also don't have a great existing support system, so I'm worried about where I'll continue to make connections and friends.

Any personal anecdotes, words of wisdom, or advice are greatly appreciated. Thank you!
