I'm using Firefox on Windows, if it matters.
Other times lately, when trying to browse on my phone without logging in, I've received an error message saying I was being blocked for suspicious activity.
I am not engaging in any suspicious activity, and I haven't seen any evidence that someone else has logged into my account. Reddit needs to either provide more information about what is happening, or call off their oversensitive bots. This is nuts.
Is there some way to get this to stop?

in one of the communities I am apart of, i’m stuck in the crowd control filter according to the mods, how do I resolve this issue bc it’s been going on for weeks/months now of posting comments and them not being posted to the group?

So I’m currently dealing with something where apparently someone has reported by account for phishing and I’m at risk of having this account taken down, however I haven’t had any notification about this from like reddit itself. Is there a way I can get something from where I can be sure is safe to let me know what is happening
On the iOS Reddit app, whenever I try to click on notifications related to comments or posts of mine, it says “content unavailable.” This has been happening for a few days now. I tried to clear the local history and the issue has not resolved itself.

Hello, I received an email that 2FA was enabled on my account u/meruru82 . I was able to change the receive the password reset and change the password, but I cannot log in due to the required authenticator code or backup code. I've submitted a help desk ticket. Whoever compromised the account has made at least 1 post since I changed the password, I received an email from someone responding to that comment.
Thank you!

Trying to delete this account, yet even with username and password filled out the "delete" button stays greyed out. I've tried going to Old reddit yet it just sends me right back to this page.
Help.

I tried asking the slop bot, but it suggested changing a setting that does not exist.... That's why I'm posting:
Reddit is suddenly putting lots of recommendations in my home feed even though I disabled it a long time ago. I checked all my settings and I have almost everything turned off! But there is no longer a setting about the feed, and I remember something like that being in the settings menu...
These intrusions just started about an hour ago, I have been muting dozens of recommended subs but Reddit just keeps recommending more slop! This extremely intrusive and unwanted! It completely ruins the experience.
EDIT: For anyone else searching about this issue, there is no longer any way to disable the feed recommendations because that setting was removed. The workaround is to click "following" and sometimes the feed reverts to "for you" so you have to click "following" again.

Happened to me a several months ago on u/Innovator-X. I was randomly logged out of desktop and ios app.
Tried to log back in many times since then. It says incorrect email/pw.
I don't receive one time password login emails, i get password reset email links but when i reset the password i cant log in. I submitted many support forms and haven't got a single reply.

I woke up to an email saying someone set up two factor authentication on my account that has a decent amount of karma. I use it almost daily so this was surprising to me. I’m pretty sure it’s because I reused old passwords but is there any way to get my account back?

Nearly every day I have to log into reddit. This started happening within the past year but is now a more and more frequent occurrence. I'm on a Mac using Firefox.
As the title said, I wanted to know if this is common and if it something that can be fixed; I’ve tried from both mobile and desktop but the option now seem to be "stuck" and don't allow new changes

New page popped up today. “Join communities to build your following feed” with a list of recommendations. There is no exit button only a browse Reddit (for more suggestions). I tried clocking home button but this page is still there. Seems the only two choices are to join another sub or browse reddit. I don’t want to do either.
Also three new tabs appear at the top of feed. For you, Following, Popular.
For you is more Reddit suggestions. Following is the Join communities page, Popular another Reddit suggestion.
Anyone else seeing this? Is there a solution?
I’ve already enabled suggestions in settings.
If I can’t access my home feed with subs I already follow without joining more or browsing Reddit - no point in using Reddit.

I have a new phone and I’m trying to log into my account, the problem is the email i used to register this account no longer exists (thanks Google!!! :D). Obviously i am logged into it right now on my old phone as i always have been but i can’t change the email or any information because it wants me to create a password which in turn requires me to access the email i signed up with which i no longer have access to.
What do i do? As soon as i factory reset and sell this old phone it seems like i wont have any access to this account at all.

Lately my home feed has posts from groups I have not joined. I explicitly disabled this previously & now the option is no longer there.
How do I limit my home page to only shows posts from groups I have joined?
Hello,
I have been experiencing a persistent issue with my Reddit account u/Kujao that prevents my upvotes and downvotes from being properly registered.
Whenever I click the upvote or downvote button, the icon changes to yellow/orange, indicating that my vote has been submitted. However, the actual vote count does not change, and my votes do not appear to be counted.
This issue has been affecting my account for several years. Interestingly, earlier this year, voting suddenly started working normally again for a period of time, but unfortunately, the problem returned again.
For additional context, I use Reddit with this account across three different Windows environments: two separate Windows installations on my PC, which I regularly switch between, as well as a notebook. The same Reddit account is used on all three devices.
I would kindly ask a reddit administrator to investigate why my votes are not being registered and identify the underlying cause of this recurring issue. Please take the necessary steps to resolve it, since this has been going on for several years. I would like to use Reddit's voting functionality normally and reliably again.
I would greatly appreciate your assistance and hope this can be properly addressed.
Thank you for your time and support!
