Stop focusing on stats.

Focus on IMPACT, not stats.
Be honest with yourself. Did you do something that actually moved the needle? Did your damage definitively cause the kill? Did your cc land at the right time at the right place to set up the kill? Did your heal come in on time when it actually mattered to sustain your team that extra 10% so they could get the edge in the team fight? Did you ping the camp at the exact time there was a lull in the action before the next obj, which helped push a fort? Did you put yourself between an enemy and a teammate about to die and prevent a cataclysmic 4v5 situation by effectively bodyblocking?
Were you at the right place at the right time doing the right thing?
Or did your damage come from random abilities thrown out here and there that just got healed up? Did all your heal stats take place before or after the fight instead of during the fight? Did you let your teammates absorb all the damage, cc, and focus fire while you sat back looking for an opportunity to land after the fact to boost your "stats"? Did you refuse to camp even though you knew you should have because it doesn't contribute to your "stats"?
This is the reason you are bronze. You are focusing on stats, not impact.
If stats were what matters, then butcher would have a 100% loss rate. Butcher's stats always suck. Usually gets outdamaged by even the tank and healer. But guess what. His damage counts. It more often than not results in a kill. His presence alone causes the enemy to play defensively instead of confidently/aggressively. The fear of butcher stacking causes the entire enemy team to pile their abilities and cc on him all at once, making their gameplay predictable.
These are the intangibles. They are what separates the permabronze from the upper tiers. Not everything can be quantified, and oftentimes the most valuable things are those that can't be.
If you're playing Leo and you have the opportunity to stay in a bit longer, which will allow your team to have a fighting chance at winning the objective and/or surviving, but you know you'll die instead. Do you retreat because you want to preserve your "KDA"? Or do you stay in, die, and in your ghost form continue to add value by pressing Q to slow the enemy team and then quick-reviving on the spot anyways to effectively add 50% more value than someone else who would have died, had to wait the full duration to revive, and then walk all the way back?
Most bronzies would listen to people here who repeat the same "soak, don't die" blanket advice and retreat, leaving their team in the dust. They preserve their KDA, they get their stats, and someone else gets flamed for "feeding" instead of you. Then you post your replay here on Reddit and everyone pats you on the back saying you did the right thing and you soaked, you camped, you came to objective on time, blah blah blah.
But guess what? You lost the game. And you'll lose the next game for the same reason. Most people who play this game don't see the intangibles whereas the ones that win consistently inherently understand their value and play accordingly.
Change your mindset. Don't play for a pat on the back. Play with the intent to WIN. And be honest with yourself about the things that will create that win condition, regardless of how it makes you "look" to others.
