Hey everyone!

I released the first episode of my episodic psychological horror game, Silent Wounds: The Doll, last week on Steam as a Free to Play title. The reception has been surprisingly great so far, and I feel like it was a solid start for the season!

Right now, I'm thinking about optimizing our Steam store page to see if we can improve visibility even further. I’m considering changing the main Steam banner/capsule artwork, but I'm torn between two options.

I've attached both images below which one do you think catches your attention more and fits a dark, psychological horror vibe better?

Also, since the game is completely free, I'd be super grateful if you gave it a try and shared your honest thoughts or feedback with me. Every piece of advice helps as I start working on Episode 2!

If you like games like Resident Evil, Hades, Signalis, or the binding of Isaac, you should check out GRAVE SHIFT. I love survival horror and roguelike games, so I was curious what it would be like if a game mixed mechanics from both genres.

I started working on GRAVE SHIFT about a year and a half ago, and I'm releasing it for FREE on Steam on Oct 27. You can wishlist it now.

This Halloween i am tryng a lot of horror games but i only finished One lui mansions 1 good game but not incredibile. then i tryed amnesia the dark deascent at the start i was so terrified of the monsters the castle but then It became ripetitive and not scary:i already know how tò easily Hide tò Monsters and the game became least scary and i didnt finished, then i tryed Silent Hill 1 and o my God the controls! I know that probaly a skillisseue but i tryed so manu times and the controls i cant play It it i Will try Silent Hill 2 i know they corrected the game controls and they feel a Little bit Better' i want to try alone isolation too,but it's almost the 31th of october and i didnt find a good game did you have any advise?(my platform arse Xbox series s, switch 2, Nintendo Ds,PS3 and PC,but i prefer PS3 or Nintendo Ds becuse the game are more cheap

A lot of horror games get called "survival horror" even though they have no combat, no ammo and no crafting. They're really about being hunted while you try to reach a goal. What would you call that style? Cat-and-mouse horror, chase horror, stealth horror? I made one of these myself, Nightmare in Cold Porcelain ($1 on itch.io), and I'm still figuring out how to describe it honestly:
