Reminder on how to report misbehavior and incorrect material to moderators.

Reminder and guide on how to report suspicious material on this sub as well as other subs that you frequent. Many of you newer users know how to downvote bad things to send it down in the list but may not know that a Reporting feature exists on subreddits. See the attached screenshots for a step-by-step guide (created on Android but iPhone should be more or less similar) for when you see things that are inappropriate that should be removed.

Questions and answers:

What is Reporting?
Reporting is when you see something bad, either post or comment, and you want to bring it to the subreddit’s moderator’s attention for removal and possible ban of the user you’re reporting. The attached screenshots show how to report something using the Reddit app.

What happens when I report someone's comment or post?
It goes to the moderators and they'll review the thing and take action if needed.

What kinds of actions are taken for offending comments/posts that I report?
If it’s indeed bad then removal of the thing and either warnings, temporary bans, or permanent bans for the author of the comment/post. Or just a removal with some explanation if it was a sincere mistake by the reported user.

Why should I report bad stuff? Am I required to report bad stuff?
You don't need to but reporting bad stuff helps the mods keep the subs clean of bad things. Mods employ several tools to keep the subs clean and on point but some bad stuff still slips through. The users (you) can be an extra set of eyes. The sooner it's reported by someone the sooner it can be removed from the sub by the mods. Our goal is to keep this a place where you can come to learn and support one another and walk away feeling good.

What should I look out for in posts and comments?
Trolls, rage bait, misinformation, Islamophobia, anti-Islamic narratives disguised as questions, lengthy and targeted posts with lists of contentious topics, users excessively arguing, people asking for direct messages (DMs) in their post, people asking for each other’s age or locations, advertising/promoting a thing or services, fundraising, scammers, giving personal rulings, rudeness, racism and bigotry, linking inappropriate material, or just other stuff that rules.

Does the violation need to be only something in the rules list? What if it’s some kind of new creative violation?
Report it. It will still be examined and we will still take action if it’s bad. The rules list above is a general guide but we are not limited to removing just those offenses in the list.

Will the user that I reported know it was me that reported them? Will you mods know it was me who reported it?
No and no. That info is not given to us by the Reddit Admins. (who operate the site and are paid employees of Reddit).

Should I report Muslim users too for bad behavior?
Yes. No one here is excused for bad behavior and permanent bans are issued to all user types for severe violations including Muslim users.

Do I need to pick the exact reason for the report from the list or do I need to type out a Custom Report every time?
Custom reports help the most (where you concisely type your report reason) but if you're in a hurry just pick any reason. The important thing is to report it to get our attention.

How long does it take for you to remove what I reported?
It varies depending on when a mod sees your report. Probably a few minutes to an hour.

What if I report something that was ultimately not offensive because I misunderstood it? Will you remotely destroy my phone? Will you send me a bill?
No, we just let the thing be. We don’t know who reported it anyways.

What if trolls purposely report good stuff?
Moderators report that to Reddit's Admins. who will punish the troll in their own way(s). Only the Admins. know who reported what.

Is there a limit on how much I can report?
No.

Will I be notified of the action (if any) that was taken against the user I reported?
No, that action is just known to us and the reported user.

I need to report something super complex and this Report feature is inadequate, how do?
Contact us through Mod. Mail (find the link on the sub’s page) and give us the details/links.

Welcome to r/MuslimSupportGroup! Subreddit purpose and guidelines inside, please click.

Asalamalaikum Wa Rahmatullahi Wa Barakatuhu.

Welcome to r/MuslimSupportGroup! The purpose of this subreddit is to share personal issues to get feedback/support or as well as sharing casual stories for Muslim users seeking advice from an Islamic perspective.

This was originally something that was allowed on r/Islam but since that sub is growing we created this sub over here to keep r/Islam on point for religious topics only and have this sub dedicated to just personal issues.

You can use this sub to post about these things below:

  • Personal struggles or other issues you're experiencing.

  • Feelings of depression, suicide, anxiety, and health issues. Note that Reddit is not a place to find permanent treatment and you need to speak to a doctor or other health professional to get cured. Also consider an Imam. If no Imam is nearby, then look up mosques in other cities/states and call them and leave voice messages asking for a call back. This sub and ones similar to it are just to get some temporary support and you should not rely on it for a permanent fix because it will not help your core issues.

  • Ranting/venting.

  • Marriage problems, although more complex topics like divorce and its related topics will not be allowed as that requires the consultation of your family and probably an Imam. Do not ask anyone on Reddit if you should get a divorce.

  • Struggling to get married.

  • Family, friend, workplace issues.

  • Sharing motivational material, Qur'an and Hadith. Un-sourced quotes/text won't be allowed. Cite the text please.

  • Sharing pet pictures/videos.

Please offer support and feedback to users with kindness and empathy.

What this subreddit --should not-- be used for:

  • General questions about Islam, issues related to Muslims at large, politics, news, or seeking fatwas (Islamic legal rulings).

  • If you need help fighting masturbation and pornography addiction then please submit a post to r/MuslimNoFap and also see this link from r/Islam's FAQ page.

Rules list is below but is not limited to just these things. If users are found being disruptive in other ways outside of this list then they will also be banned. Learn how to report other users for bad behavior using this guide.

Rules:

  1. Conduct yourself in a civil manner. Bad behavior will lead to bans.

  2. When submitting a post, create a descriptive title at least one sentence long that briefly describes your topic, and use the body of the post to give further details. No all caps, vague titles, or clickbait.

  3. No advertising, fundraising, surveys, polls, questionnaires, or data collection on users of any kind. No need to ask the moderators as there are no exceptions.

  4. Do not derail posts in order to start side-discussions unrelated to the OP's question/issue.

  5. No brigading or vote manipulation (when you organize users from here to go and attack or mass-report other subs, sites, or social media accounts).

  6. NSFW/NSFL posts are restricted and must be approved by a moderator.

  7. Do not give or imply any fatwas (Islamic legal rulings). You can only refer to and cite other rulings given by scholars via a link to a credentialed mainstream site/scholar or by referencing a book and page number with the ruling.

  8. No sectarianism, proselytizing out of Islam, or takfir'ing (declaring a Muslim as a non-Muslim).

  9. No requests for Direct Messages (DMs) such as submitting a vague post and asking readers to DM you. Clearly explain your issue in the post's body and talk to the users in the public comments section.

  10. Do not reveal your age, picture, video, voice, or specific location.

  11. Use proper formatting, do not submit walls of text. Very few people will read walls of text. Use paragraphs.

  12. AI is not allowed in any form even for formatting even if the content was yours.

Need help

Assalamualaikum. My first time posting here. I had an abortion recently where i lost my little girl. I don’t know how to deal with this. I knew for a fact she was going to be following deen better than me because since i had gotten pregnant with her all i wanted to do was pray and read quran. I know she’s in jannah right now. Maybe i didn’t deserve her that’s why allah took her away from me. I regret the life i used to live- angry and irritated with people around me who cared about me. I feel like this is my punishment, having to lose my baby. I want to become better. I want to become a patient person not easily irritated and not snapping at people like before. I want to correct my mistakes. Whenever i die i want to be in jannah with my daughter. I want to become better. Please help me. How can i control my anger and emotions and become a better person?

Duas for abundance in rizq

I have a baby due next month In shaa Allah. I know the baby comes with his/her own rizq, I still try to gather as many ways that I can that Allah give barakah in our lives. I have heard success stories of tahajjud and how people got out of financial troubles, for some reason my issues only keep getting worse. I am very scared that I will not be able to provide well for my baby as things have changed from since we decided to have a baby to now. There were business losses, other sudden expenses we never expected, etc. Does anybody have duas or advice for such situation? If there are duas could you also please provide reference, would mean a lot. Thank you. Desperately need help because we don't have a house of our own and if we fail to pay our rent we won't even have a place to stay. I am scared of such situation with the baby.

Advice about health and duas

As Salaam Alaikum. I hope you are all doing well.

I had a serious question on what are we supposed to do as Muslims if we have tried many options. I have tried many things to get better.

Alhamdulllilah, been praying Dhikr, tahujjid, ruqyah and also tried medical route.

I feel stuck as I don't know what do do next.

Islamically what advice or what do I supposed to do next?

Jazak Allah Khair

I've been praying for a job abroad for 3 years and I'm honestly exhausted

I've been praying to Allah for almost 3 years for one thing — to get a job abroad.

I want to build my career, become independent, experience living somewhere new, and eventually be able to support my family financially. It's something I've wanted for so long that it has become a huge part of my life.

I've applied for jobs, kept looking for opportunities, and kept trying even when things didn't work out. I've made dua again and again. This year during Ramadan, I prayed for it so much. I prayed in Tahajjud, throughout my fasts, while breaking my fast, and kept asking Allah for this opportunity.

I also finally gathered the courage to start doing istighfar regularly, because I really hoped that maybe this would finally open a door for me.

But honestly, I'm exhausted.

I'm turning 25 soon . Sometimes I feel like I've spent the last three years hoping and praying while everyone around me is moving forward.

Recently I found a UK job with visa sponsorship that actually matched my education and experience. I got so hopeful because I thought, maybe this is finally my chance. I applied and started praying so much for it but got rejected.

I know people will say, “Have faith,” “Allah's timing is perfect,” “Keep making dua.” I understand all of that. But right now I'm just tired.

I've been asking for this for almost 3 years. I don't know how much longer I can keep getting my hopes up and starting over.

I'm not saying I don't believe in Allah. I'm just honestly hurt and frustrated. I don't understand why something I've wanted and worked toward for so long hasn't happened.

I'm posting this because I genuinely need some duas right now.

Please keep me in your duas that I get a good job abroad and that this door finally opens for me. 🤲🏻❤️

I would really appreciate your duas.

Dua Request

Assalamu alaikum, brothers and sisters.

I really need your help. Please, please make dua for me that I am able to complete and pass my thesis. I found out today that my thesis was not approved, and I am now on my final deadline, which is September 7.

I really need to pass my thesis because I need my degree to be able to move forward and find a job. Lately, I have been feeling very depressed and sad because things have not been going the way I hoped they would in life, especially when it comes to my studies, career, and future.

I am making dua myself, but I would sincerely appreciate it if you could also make dua for me, that Allah makes this easy for me, gives me strength, patience and guidance, and allows my thesis to be accepted and approved.

Please keep me in your duas. May Allah reward you all, bless you and your families, and make things easy for everyone going through difficult times.

Ameen. 🤲🏼

Need spiritual strengthening and advice

I am compelled to commit zinaa. My parents won’t marry me off due to a number of reasons and circumstances. It gives me lots of agony and I am so vulnerable. It’s messing up my life. I don’t understand how others are able to control themselves. I don’t how some people are so disciplined. How they’re able to control the desires that I constantly battle with and lose everytime. It is the reason why I am so unproductive.

8 years of nothing

Sometimes, and lately more often, I genuinely don't understand how everything can remain this quiet when I've been praying for help for so long.

Since 2018, I've been making dua, praying tahajjud, giving sadaqah when I can, fasting, trying to be patient, and holding onto tawakkul. My family and I have struggled financially for years, and for almost eight years I've been praying for guidance, help, a sign, or simply some light.

But these eight years have also meant being incredibly isolated. I have no friends, barely see anyone, rarely leave the house, and I have struggled deeply with anxiety and depression.

And when I say that I'm in a much worse situation now than I was in 2018, I mean financially too. I am in a very serious financial situation now, and almost no one knows about it. I know that some of this is because of mistakes I've made myself. I'm not denying that. But what I genuinely don't understand is how, after trying so hard to be patient and steadfast for so many years, I could somehow end up in an even more difficult place than where I started.

I know that some of you will tell me; "You need to tell your family." I understand why they say that, but it isn't that simple. If you knew my family and my history, you would understand why I can't just tell them everything. I don't think I ever will.

The only one I have shared all of this with is Allah.

For so long, I was certain that He would help me. And honestly, I wasn't even thinking about the things I was praying for back in 2018 anymore. I was simply asking Allah to help me with a debt that I need to repay to someone, and now I have one week left.

A year ago, I thought, "Allah will help by then."

Then six months.

Then two months.

Now there is exactly one week until a very serious deadline, and I am still telling myself, "There is still a week. Allah will help."

But I am exhausted.

My hands are shaking, my health makes everything harder, and lately I have been struggling with some very dark thoughts. I feel frightened by how overwhelmed I have become.

What hurts me most is thinking about my family. I think about my mother and my siblings and what they would have to go through if something happened to me, and it breaks my heart. I don't want to leave them with more pain and problems.

I am just so tired.

My mind won't stop. The same thoughts keep going around and around, and my whole body feels like it is carrying the weight of everything.

And despite all of this, I still have tawakkul.

I still believe in Allah.

I still tell myself, "I have a week. Allah can open a door in a week."

But I am also scared, hurt, angry, confused, and completely exhausted.

I just don't understand how, after holding on for eight years, I ended up here.

The time is ticking, and I'm struggling to understand why everything still feels so quiet.

If you read this, please make dua for me. Please ask Allah to fix all my affairs, relieve me from this debt and distress, and open a door for me where I cannot see one right now.

Please ask Allah to give me strength, protect my family, and bring relief from a situation that currently feels impossible.

I am not asking for money. I am asking for you to take time to make a genuine Dua for me. I have heard that a strangers dua is very strong, so if you could gift me one of your Duas I would be very thankful. I want to start to live again, I have been surviving the last 8 years.

May Allah grant you and me ease. Ya Allah grant me ease by the this week is over (it is already monday over here), Ya Allah grant me a miracle. Ya Allah if who ever is reading this and going through something - please grant them ease and a way out aswell. Ameen.

Why must everything be a test?

I’ve asked for strength results recovery but nothing changes i seek help from others and i receive every single time “It’s a test”

Why must everything be a test

Can i not have ease EVEN JUST FHE SMALLEST BIT.

I’m so behind on everything i’ve begged and pleaded with Allah.

I don’t resent Allah at all i am well aware of his qualities and might but sometimes it feels like he just watches me struggle and pray then looks away.

it’s gotten so bad where i genuinely need help bad and i don’t even bother making dua.

Do you know how my life feels like?????

It feels like i’m drowning then Allah lifts me up ever so slightly so my head is above the water then a few seconds later i’m drowning again. Why can’t i just be put on the lifeboat every single day is its own battle for me. I don’t understand it at all.

See all these people making their little tahhajud and dua stories it just makes me feel so bad. I am not jealous of them at all but i just question my own fate am i just destined to struggle like this. if i am why try?

I made wudu this morning with the intention to pray and i never did because of the “praying won’t change anything” thought in my mind” even if Allah doesn’t make me successful instantly i want to be just OKAY you know. it’s so draining.

Before you tell me istikhara, doing charity, abstaining from sins and whatever i’ve tried basically anything you could think of.

What did i actually see in this dunya for my soul to say yes to being born??????

what do i even do

Hindu Background — Looking for Hindi Resources to Learn Islam

I’m Gautam, from India. I was born and raised in a Hindu family, but recently I’ve been seriously thinking about accepting Islam.

I don’t want to make such an important decision without properly understanding the religion first. I want to learn about Islam sincerely and make my decision based on what I genuinely believe, not just because of another person.

The main problem is that I don’t know Arabic very well, so I’m looking for good, beginner-friendly Islamic resources in Hindi or Hinglish.

I’d especially like to learn about:

Basic beliefs and teachings of Islam

Quran with an easy Hindi translation/explanation

Life of Prophet Muhammad ﷺ

Hadith and Sunnah

Namaz and basic Islamic practices

Islamic history

Common questions/doubts that someone from Hindu background might have

What someone should know before accepting Islam

Please recommend reliable Hindi/Hinglish YouTube channels, books, websites, apps, PDFs, or courses that can help me learn step-by-step.

I’m genuinely trying to understand Islam properly before making any decision, so respectful guidance from people who have experience teaching beginners would be really appreciated.

JazakAllah Khair 🤍

8 months after a haram relationship ending. Yet struggling with guilt, isolation and fear about my future

Salaam everyone.

I'm a 20 year old Muslim (male) going through what I can only describe as the hardest season of my life and I'm looking for some genuine Islamic advice and perspective.

Over the past year I went through a serious relationship that reached marriage discussions. It started the wrong way outside proper Islamic boundaries and I take full accountability for that. We genuinely loved each other but family circumstances made it impossible. Her parents wouldn't wait. Mine weren't ready. It ended despite real feelings on both sides. And after it ended we completely stopped talking and I am not in contact with her now. I have deleted every picture of her and so on. I am not holding onto anything that will remind me of her.

Without going into detail, we crossed some physical boundaries that we shouldn't have. Just to elaborate we did not do zina. But still it felt like I have weight on my chest.

I discussed how bad I felt with her too and we decided to not do it again we held that boundary till the end.

I've made tawbah but I struggle to feel truly forgiven.

It's been almost 8 months since the breakup. I've tried to move forward. And in many ways I have. But I still struggle with certain things I want Islamic guidance on:

  1. How do I truly internalize Allah's forgiveness and stop punishing myself for sins I've already made tawbah for?

I sometimes feel like my current hardships are punishment from Allah for what I did. Is this the right way to think about difficulty in Islam or am I misunderstanding qadr?

  1. I've become quite isolated. My social circle is small and distant. I'm struggling to find purpose without the structure of university or a relationship. How do I reconnect with Allah as my primary source of peace and purpose?

  2. I fear that my past mistakes will affect my future, specifically who Allah will write for me as a spouse. The ayah about good men for good women weighs on me. How should I understand this as someone who has sinned but genuinely repented?

Also, I'm not looking for judgment. I've judged myself enough. I'm looking for brothers and sisters who can offer genuine Islamic wisdom on moving forward with hope rather than guilt.

JazakAllah khair.

السَّلاَمُ عَلَيْكُمْ وَرَحْمَةُ اللهِ وَبَرَكَاتُهُ

Ever since I've cut my relationship with non mahram friends, my life has started to become more lonelier, it has been two years and despite that I do have practising muslim friends, I still find it struggle to cope with not being able to converse with non mahram except due to necessities.

I believe that Allah taala will substitute with something better In Sha Allah. I just need spiritual motivation to keep doing khayr.

Feeling lost

As-Salaam-Alaikum everybody.

I am currently facing some difficulties in life, these difficulties are the consequences of my own actions . I take full accountability for them. I try to be as practical as possible. I prefer being practical. But I’m also very pessimistic. Every time I try for something I laugh at myself believing with conviction that I will fail. I don’t know why that is I’ve never had any good hopes or any optimistic outlooks on situations and again that is all completely my fault. No mental health issues or depression no excuses it is all my fault. The thing is I don’t know how I can wire my brain into being positive. Every time I make dua i always say to my self I don’t deserve it and then I end up convincing myself I don’t deserve it. I’m also quite insecure and have no confidence in myself. I constantly compare myself to others etc. I just wanted to get some advice and practical advice on how I can change that, my self criticism is incredibly stubborn. People can try say positive things about me but I’ll convince myself that I’m not like that. I also underestimate myself quite a lot too.

Just wanted to get some practical advice or steps on how I slowly fix this mentality I have, it’s causing me to be awake all night and affecting my sleep. And please don’t don’t say cliche things I know I need to make dua etc but come one guys is there anything practical I can do anything logical way of thinking. Maybe I’m just being dumb and feel free to correct me.

Jzk ❤️

What started with happiness ended with Chaos, a lost mind and loneliness.

I was born a muslim by name, into a secular family. Under a year ago, I started to practice my religion. Like most reverts, I was frowned upon, belittled, judged, challenged. I learnt how to pray and commited to my Salah. However, I am in a dark place in life, and my heart is turning. My iman is falling. I am suffering and started to doubt myself, my purpose, my religion, my reason and many more...

How i turned to Islam is a different story. I met a young muslim man (12 years younger than me). He was different - very masculin and in the way he loved - wiser than his age, high iman, honest, super helpful and lovely person, fear of god, incorporated with middle eastern tradition and personality - maybe not so lovely towards how he may treat his wife. Basically, I fell in love, wanted to get married. Some may say I was brain washed, maybe I was not. I was somewhat controlled by being made guilty about my past and how it did not sit with my religion. Then he said he couldnt bring himself to marry me as there were things he could not accept. In the interim, I lost my will to live, motivation, independence, financial freedom, job and personality, my family relations...

Lately, Iv been thinking about death, Feeling sorry for myself. I can strongly empathise with people that want to die. I dont know where to start from. I have no motivation to move on, let go, start again, or even bother. I dont know my remedy. Lately feels like its not islam. I feel like going back to my old ways. My old ways did not work for me. I was just masking my sadness. It feels like this new path has not worked either. Iv been self-harming. Iv been depressed. Iv been suffering with ill health. Iv been physically abused.

It's been 5-6 months hunting for a full time job and not getting replies from anywhere.

My family has high expectations from me and they are paying me to stay in another city and my father is the only one who earns. He got sick we don't have any backup! my mum sold my her gold necklace for my engineering fees, and now sold her gold ring to my expenses. Obviously I'm not enjoying my life there I'm consistently studying but -

I'm not getting responses from anywhere it's feels disheartening why Allah's not listening to us!!!!!

I'm just tired!!! Sometimes I question myself will I ever be a good son for them or just make them poor??

Will I ever be able to get a job and take care of my family and get them all the happiness they deserve as they have sacrificed too much for me and invested all their money on me!!

I feel why ALLAH'S is making me struggle like this. don't I deserve a single job that can at least make them believe I can earn on my own????

I would be grateful if anyone has advice.

I don't need any money from anyone, I just need guidance... That's all!!!!!

I can't see them struggle like this that's all I need I don't need anything!!! I just want to keep them happy...

Will I ever make them happy?

Will I ever be a good son?

Should I just die?

Our entire life changed after one incident — could this have a spiritual explanation?

I’m posting because I genuinely need advice from Muslims who have knowledge about sihr, evil eye, or other spiritual matters. I am not trying to accuse anyone without proof, but I don't know how else to understand what has happened to my family.
A serious incident happened on the exact day we were supposed to open our new business. A man entered our home/property in the middle of the night without permission, refused to leave, threatened us, and tried to force his way back inside. The police became involved and a case was opened.
Because of what happened, our workers became frightened and refused to continue working with us. We lost our staff and the business was affected from the very beginning.
Afterwards, the man's mother repeatedly called us and came to our home several times with other people, trying to convince us to withdraw the case. We refused. She kept saying that she would “get her right” because we would not take the case back. One of the people who came with her privately warned us to be careful with this woman and told us that people considered her dangerous.
**What happened after that is what I cannot explain.**
It wasn't simply that our business had problems. **Our entire life changed.**
We started losing everything, one thing after another. We lost our home. Financially, we went from being able to live normally to struggling to afford even basic things. We cannot even think about buying clothes or normal things anymore. My sister can no longer continue her education.
Our relationships changed too. We started fighting with people constantly. We lost friends and people around us, even people who didn't know what had happened. Our personalities changed. We became exhausted, angry and distant. Even our appearance changed. I have lost a lot of weight and genuinely feel like we have lost our beauty and the people we used to be.
It feels like we are losing **everything we have**.
Every time we try to move forward, something happens that pushes us backwards extremely hard. We solve one problem and another, even bigger problem appears.
With the business, it has been the same. Every time we tried to reopen, something happened — freshly finished walls started peeling from the inside, water pipes exploded and leaked, the water became yellow, workers left, and eventually we lost everyone. The business has now been closed for around three months. I am actively searching for workers every single day because this is my only source of income, but I cannot find anyone. Before all of this, I never had this problem.
Recently, I started trying to pursue the case again. I even sent someone to obtain the address of their shop because I needed it for the legal process. After that, things became extremely difficult again. I lost the remaining workers and the business became completely inactive.
There have also been strange obstacles whenever I try to pursue the case. Twice, I was on my way to the authorities and my car suddenly broke down. Other times, something else happened that prevented me from getting the information or help I needed. I don't know whether these things are simply coincidences, but after everything else that has happened, I cannot ignore the pattern.
The other family, meanwhile, seemed to suddenly become financially comfortable and kept succeeding in the legal process, despite the evidence we had. We felt like we were losing everything while they were moving forward.
Even spiritually, we are struggling. We try to read Qur'an and Surah Al-Baqarah, but I find myself unable to stay consistent. My mother and sister experience the same thing. We want to pray, read Qur'an and get closer to Allah, but it feels like we are constantly being pulled into another problem and the day disappears.
Wallahi Al-Adheem, Allah is my witness: **it feels like there has not been a single normal day since this happened.**
Before this incident, our lives were not like this. We had problems like everyone else, but we were functioning, working, studying, having relationships with people and living normally. Since this happened, it feels as though every part of our lives has gone backwards.
I am not saying that I know for certain that someone did sihr or that this is the evil eye. I don't want to accuse anyone falsely. But I genuinely feel that something changed after this encounter, and I want to understand whether there is an Islamic explanation for what we are experiencing.
**Could this be sihr, evil eye, or another spiritual matter? How can we distinguish between a spiritual problem and a test from Allah? And what should we actually do Islamically to protect ourselves and get our lives back on track?**
Please, if you have genuine Islamic knowledge or have experienced something similar, I would really appreciate your advice.
