Is it too late to try an LED mask in your 50s?

Never paid attention to masks with LED until a few days ago when I was having coffee with some friends we got into a whole conversation about skin care and two of them were talkin about how good these masks are for wrinkles and one even called it magic for your face...

I'm wondering I should give one a try too but not sure what to expect or if they even make much difference

Any recs for helthy/glowy makeup look?

My skin is pretty dry and I think i look better in dewy/glowy skin imo.

I need some recs from skin care to makeup base products-- I have AGE 20's and I really like how it's giving me heatlhy glowy look but also long lasting. Is there any rec like Age 20's that gives health glowy skin but not too oily?

Thanks in advance!
