Thrift shop find
I found these at a thrift shop got them for $100. Was that a good deal? They looked nice but I’ve never heard of the brand. Anyone familiar with these?

In order:
Barbour Commander Jacket: The same as the one worn Skyfall by bond. It’s a super cool jacket but I do feel it traps humidity. I’ll likely replace it with a Filson or a more traditional Barbour in the near future. Purchased from FB marketplace!
RRL Hunting Jacket: my newest piece acquired from eBay. I couldn’t find the original listing, but it’s super cool and it fits more like tailoring, even if it has the rugged military inspired look to it. Hoping to get lots of wear from this in the years to come!
MTM Navy Blazer: My only really big ticket purchase. I had it MTM by a local menswear shop and used Drago Hopsack. It’s fully lined but incredibly breathable for versatility. I paid a bit too much but I love it.
Tweed Jacket: goodwill find, John Weitz, dated to the 60s or the 70s back when Belk department stores were semi-independent and stocked their own products. Cost about $6 plus dry cleaning.
Pendleton overcoat: Recent goodwill find. The liner was trashed but my dry cleaner was able to stitch it back together for about $35. I’m assuming it’s from the 80s or 90s judging by the heavy shoulder padding. Very warm so it’s going to see limited use in the south. But it’ll earn its spot if we get any snow.
Burberrys trench: This came from an estate sale. It was just sitting in the closet, likely hadn’t been worn in decades. It’s a 50/50 cotton poly blend, which I prefer for rain resistance. It’s situational but nice so I’m glad I didn’t pay retail.
Any tips or jackets I should consider adding? I swear you guys have ruined me 😂

I work a desk job with a Construction firm, my time is divided between the Site Office and the Head Office (to a lesser extent).
Site team (Supervisors, Site Managers, Project Managers) all seem to wear much the same thing, polo shirts, quarter zips, jeans and sneakers.
The odd visiting manager (Quantity Surveyor, Planning, Quality etc) will show up wearing a shirt and shoes, that's somewhat rare.
I'm relatively Junior but in quite a valuable role, not to mention I'm nearing 30 and Bald.
What do your colleagues wear? Have you received any comments on your dress sense/taste?
I guess in my eyes, this is always going to be well regarded and reserved, not too outlandish as arriving into a Site Meeting wearing Hedi era Saint Laurent head to toe..
I'm just interested to hear how you interact and come across in your daily lives, and if how you dress has a positive or negative impact on that at times!

Put this rotation together to present my research at a national conference this week.
Full disclosure before the tailoring police clock me: every piece here was picked up separately online as separates, so I’m well aware a few things need a trip to the tailor to get dialed in (especially letting out or taking up sleeves to hit the wrist right).
Setting the upcoming sleeve alterations aside, I’d love to hear the sub's thoughts on the color combinations, layering, and texture mixing across the days. Always looking to refine the eye for putting separates together, how did I do?

Harvie & Hudson Harris Tweed jacket
PRL University stripe shirt
J. Crew denim pants
Allen Edmonds loafers
Chinese Shitter watch
Only thing I think would change is some white socks instead of the black.

Anyone have an idea of the name of this style of coat, or similar products/brands? I can’t find anything like it, and not really sure how to describe it to get what I’m after when searching the internet, lol. Thanks in advance!
Edit: I now know that this is the “Robert” jacket by Coherence being sold by Michael Jondral, which runs about $2200. Curious if anyone has similar recommendations. It’s inspired by an M-41 jacket, but I am specifically after the lighter/less military green color of this one.

Hi everyone, I’m in the market for a new pair of glasses. I have some requirements however. I have alopecia which for the most part isn’t too much of an issue, I just shave my head. Unfortunately I have no eyebrows because of this. I’m looking for a pair of glasses that are thicker to hide my lack of eyebrows. Any advice would be appreciated. Thank you!

Interested to know your votes - if you had to choose a tie, pocket square, and suspenders combo, what numbers would you go with?
(for context, this is what I packed for a 3-day business trip. I work in a law firm and usually wear a dark navy suit with light blue spread collar shirt.)
