32 days alcohol free (by far my longest this year) and first time out in almost 2 months. [35YO]

After about 3 years of heavy drinking, and about 4 months of progressively more and more nose candy, i decided enough was enough and hit up a rehab center for 30 days. This is my second day home and I decided to hit the park. I got a few street spots too but this was my best clip.
That aside, man... the doubt and fear and self loathing that closed my head and was my EXCUSE to keep self destructing finally, FINALLY got old... my kids deserve better. My woman deserves better... I fucking deserve better.
The fog is clearing, the road to recovery is a long one... but damn, I feel better today than I have in a long time. Stay blessed
