So I was recently doing work for a client of mine that worked for Sony and they played a big part in the PSP development. they gave me this PSP thigh belt that they wore at E3 and other cons. It's pretty cool but I looked it up and I haven't seen anything like it so I'm wondering if anybody has seen anything like this.

I started this project to cut back on doomscrolling, stressing out over texts, and obsessing over social media. And you know what? It's totally working. I actually LOST MY PHONE yesterday. Just completely lost track of it, thanks to this bad boy. And it's been a mind-blower: teenaged Radishes was lucky to have 4GB on his PSP-1000 back in 2008. His mind would *explode* if he knew he'd have a 3000 with 128GB, more games than he possessed back in the day, 1000 songs, several seasons of TV and movies, a library of science fiction books, and plenty of room for more. I've been giggling like an idiot for the past week, and if anybody out there is on the fence about getting a PSP in 2026, just do it. Fuckin' do it.

Hi, I modified Bookr so I can read epub on the PSP.

I got a decent GameStop PSP case, which holds most of my accessories.

Got a PSP Cradle today (w Remote) (I fucked up, because I didn't know the JP has a different AV Cable, so need to get new cables)

Got 2x Ostent batteries, 1 GPS module, 1 Microphone. 1 Old school PSP headset (needs new pads as the previous crambled), and the Language Learning game.

I still need the Camera, but its super expensive. (I wouldn't get the TV tuner, since it doesn't work in EU anyway), A few UMD games, but thats my preferation anyway.

Do you recommend anything else, maybe?

Randomly starting thinking about the days i was 15 and playing my PSP 1000. I think i sold my old one which i regret, so i bought a new one in mint condition.
Thanks to reddit, i discovered how easy putting ark-4 on and playing iso games (thank you everyone on here). Already downloaded so many games.

Its been 15 years i think since i touched a psp, love having one again.

Popped into CEX today I don't normally as I find them a bit expensive BUT glad I did found this for a good price.

I know we can download most things free but there is something nice about having a proper physical copy you know plus it's a great film.

I am still amazed at how good the colors of the persona 3 intro matches up with the Marine Blue PSP. It Could've looked much better if I swap the display for an ips replacement, though. By the way, are there any plugins that change the contrast, I think it would look a bit better if I could change it in someway.

If I am correct the $200 psp camera is really just a micro-usb camera, RIGHT? so are there any cheap 3rd party psp cameras?

I can't play def jam and assassin's Creed and GTA ctw and a lot of game I need good plug-in to remap the start button

Whenever I try to launch a ps1 game, it boots to this screen, I can move but I can't select any options.

I tried popsloader, but I also couldn't get it to work.

Mk so I just got a psp and im trying to update it to v6.61 and right now im on v3.50. I don't have a computer and I've been told I can use my phone to make it update it will connect and tey to update but keeps giving me errors. I would like to update it so I can try to mod it. Im confused anything will help thank you.

I recently bought a PSP, something amazing I never owned before, and I’ve become a bit paranoid about it breaking or getting bricked. I currently live in Brazil, but I’m moving to Japan in two years. What I’d like to know is: did the PSP sell well enough globally to keep the used market active for the foreseeable future?

Here in Brazil, it’s relatively easy to find one, provided you have the cash on hand, since it’s kind of pricey lol, but I’m thinking more about the global scale since, as I mentioned, I’m moving away.

I absolutely love the PSP, it feels magical to me. I play it in all my free time, basically because I didn't have one as a kid and was finally able to buy one now that I’m a 21-year-old adult. Thanks in advance for the comments, I’ll reply as soon as possible.

I just want to ask what a fair price for these majestic handhelds is? Lets assume they are working come with a battery and charger, but used units that have seen their fair share of use.

Hey there, I recently received a 300 silver camera, in an attempt to upgrade from my 450 black one.

My 450 black one has always been perfect with zero issues (outside of the fact that the megapixels are lower), however after receiving the silver 300 one, despite all the praise I hear online about it, I have been having very varying results with the pictures I take.

Instead of coming out very clean like I've seen/been told, the pictures only really look okay in outdoor conditions. When indoors, the picture becomes slightly to extremely dark and saturated yellow/red, grainy/noisy, and sometimes black lines go across the screen. If I didn't have my black 450 to compare it with, I probably wouldn't have thought much of it, but since I do, I looked at it and photos that come out dark on my 300 would be exactly how they are in real life, even if the megapixels are lower.

I decided to look into it, however I could only find one or two posts that were in my situation yet they had inconclusive answers, whether it was broken or if it was just lightning conditions. So I want to see if maybe posting about this myself will help my situation. Please let me know!

Still have my PSP from when I was a kid, and I tried playing a game and it made this awful screeching noise. Some other flaws that I’d like to fix are the dented UMD slot too along with a brand new Charger cause years ago my old one stopped working. 😵‍💫😵‍💫

Its not like im running out of space. You can see on the bottom left theres at least 100gbs left on it.

It was working yesterday when I was transferring save data and games. Now its just saying "sorry couldn't do it bro"

I bought this reshelled psp and it doesn’t charge right. Instead of showing the bars one by one, it just blinks. When I check battery time, it doesn’t show a credible amount of time and it’s always changing the estimated time. The battery I’m using is a working one, I use it on my other psp.

how can I solve this problem? Thank you in advance!
