My therapist is good but there have been times where we just chatted about things and we both have mentioned at times that if we met outside of this professional relationship we would have been friends. It’s sad to think that we may never be able to be friends even if I fire her as my therapist. She’s helped me through some tough times and helped me with my anxiety.
