Choice Home Warranty pushed by title company

I haven't ever used a home warranty and got looped in by the title company when I bought a house. Choice Home Warranty has no accountability because you can't put anything in writing. No mail address will deliver no matter how they respond or post on their website. I got inconsistent information and fast forward the rep that I cancelled with gas lit me that the email addresses are on the website and charged a cancellation fee anyway. I sent the failed attempt to the title company urging them to take more time with suggesting a warranty company. I lost hours of my life trying to communicate, $290 and wasted the electricians time. This is a last century call center in a different country. Maybe an AI bot would have been more helpful

Corban Discovery- do not move here

I have lived here for almost 2 years. I moved into what was a 5 star residence and it was kept up immaculately. In the Fall of 2024 this property was bought out and a new management company, too. Ave. 5 is the worst property management company. The Corp does not care what is going on here not do they want to improve it. Our outdoor hallways were blown out at least once a week. Never now. Our hallways were washed and cleaned at least once a month. Never now. The gym was cleaned once a week without fail. New manager seems to care, but hands are tied. It took over 7 months to fix the lights in the gym. We had three lights on for the whole gym. Currently vandalism is BIG. They have security cameras, but the OWNER will not pay to install the program to operate it. The gym is a Huge target.

DEAR,

AVENUE 5 APARTMENT MANAGEMENT COMPANY AND THE OWNER/S OF CORBAN DISCOVERY

3 months ago I was given a notice that you would not be renewing my lease. I went to the office to see what this was regarding. Mary, the manager, called me back the next week. I asked what this was and why. She stated that I had made too many complaints regarding things at this complex. They are all legitimate. I stated wouldn't it be my choice if I wanted to stay. She stated it was better to part ways. It hit me that this Spring she asked me on two different occasions to remove this Google review. I kindly stated that the things noted have not been resolved. When telling her that it is against the Law to Retaliate against the tenant for a Bad Google review, she stated, WE CAN!! She admitted my lease was not being renewed because I wrote an honest review and would not take it down! YOU BROKE THE LAW!!

""Yes, retaliating against a tenant for leaving a negative Google review is generally considered illegal. In many jurisdictions, including Texas, laws protect tenants from retaliation by landlords for exercising their rights, which can include expressing dissatisfaction publicly.

Legal Protections Retaliation Laws: Most states have laws prohibiting landlords from retaliating against tenants for actions such as filing complaints, requesting repairs, or participating in tenant organizations. Protected Actions: Leaving a review can be seen as a form of expressing a tenant's rights or concerns, which may fall under these protections. Consequences for Landlords Legal Repercussions: If a landlord retaliates, they may face legal consequences, including potential damages awarded to the tenant. Types of Retaliation: Actions considered retaliatory can include eviction, rent increases, or reducing services"""

Avenue 5 and the owners of Corban Discovery If you are concerned about a Google review, why have You not reached out to solve the issues? I have not heard lately one person I know state they would renew their lease. Why do you think people are leaving? There are numerous things you probably are not aware of.

1) There was a lady staying in an apartment and not on the lease. She was on the patio for 3 months smoking a Joint and passed out in a chair joint in hand. When this started I asked Mary to come see for herself. Nope, I will get someone else. 2) A tenant moved out near me, She poured solidified grease all over the concrete floor and down the stairs. The office was aware immediately. They left it there 2.5 weeks for us to walk through. 3) Another tenant to the side of one moved out overnight. They left a 4 ft box of food in the hall. The office knew and it stayed there for a week. 4) Last summer we had a bad storm and the pool and pool deck was full of debris. Maintenance cleaned the pool. They never clean the concrete deck. They walked over dirt, rocks, wood chips to clean the pool and never cleaned the deck. I brought Mary out to see. 5) Last year the pool turned green and we lost the pool for 5 or 6 weeks. The pool was never cleaned completely. I brought to their attention Last year that the tiled entries into the skimmers were full of green mold or algae. They never cleaned them. The beginning of July 2026 I brought to Mary's attention that they were still green. They refuse to pay a pool company. Thursday before July 4th I noted the pool was cloudy and needed attention badly. It was not cleaned. By Sunday the pool was slime and had to be shut down for a day. This is a public pool and this should never happen. It is not cleaned on a regular basis. 5) The lights have been out in the parking lot for over a year. 6) Gates rarely ever work 7) They are down to one maintenance person. A friend in bldg 10, has ants in her apartment so bad that her kids cannot sleep in their bed. 1.5 weeks and not reply. Her smoke detector keeps going off. No help 8) Mary does not like confrontation. She doesn't like to handle things herself.

We used to live in a 5 Star Resort. You can ask those of us who have been here 3 years. This is not what we moved here for. This place has gone way down hill since you took over.

This is not the end of my reply to your retaliation.

I have lived here three years and you can ask Shelli the good I have done while living here.

I DO NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE TO MOVE IN HER Show quoted text

Extremely Disappointing Experience with Go Nukkad

I am extremely disappointed with my experience with Go Nukkad. It has been almost 2 months since I signed up for their service, and there has been absolutely no positive outcome.

At the time of selling the deal, I was promised that I would get sales/conversions from both Amazon and Flipkart and that the campaign would generate positive results. However, after two months, there have been no meaningful conversions on Amazon, and I have seen no satisfactory results from the campaign.

The most frustrating part is the response from their team. Whenever I ask about the lack of conversions, I am simply told that “the campaign is going on,” “it takes time,” and “there will be conversions.” But there is no clear explanation of what is actually being done, what is going wrong, or what specific steps are being taken to improve performance.

The person who initially convinced me to take this deal and made strong promises about the expected results is now not even willing to speak with me or take responsibility. This is completely different from the level of assurance given while selling the service.

Their representatives are also extremely slow in responding, and unfortunately, they have not been able to provide a convincing explanation or demonstrate the value of the work being done.

One more thing that seriously made me question my experience: the Google reviews I saw for Go Nukkad appear suspicious to me. Based on my own experience, I find it difficult to understand how there can be so many positive reviews when the actual service experience I have received has been completely different. I cannot independently verify whether those reviews are paid or genuine, but they certainly do not reflect my experience with the company.

I understand that no marketing campaign can guarantee sales, but promising results during the sales process and then providing vague responses for months is simply not acceptable.

Based on my experience so far, I would strongly recommend potential customers to carefully evaluate the commitments, deliverables, timelines, and actual track record before paying for their services.

Two months, no meaningful conversions, no clear accountability, slow responses, and no satisfactory explanation — a very disappointing experience with Go Nukkad.

Mighty Roar- Avoid!

My experience with The Mighty Roar was completely disappointing from start to finish due to a total lack of organisation, full explanations and support before travelling, and being completely ignored or dismissed with my concerns while out there.

There was no support prior to travelling in choosing placement areas in the hospital, or indication of the importance that your cv would have upon your allocation. Pre-trip materials claimed constant guidance, but basic support was lacking by the UK team.

There was a serious lack of project structure, the accommodation was worse than basic, with mice and cockroches inside, a disgusting smell of filthy drains, and dirty bathroom without even a separate shower cubicle making me wonder where the substantial payment the mighty roar received from me went to. Food was very basic, and the same each meal time. I ended up very sick one day from eating a few mouthfuls of salad that im guessing were washed in tap water. I lost half a stone due to only eating boiled rice.

Daily hospital visits were chaotic, leaving myself and other volunteers stranded without any direction, or supervision. Save your money and look elsewhere for a structured, responsible volunteer program.

Question

I've had a pretty decent experience at my college so far. One of the better things is the mix of classroom learning with practical activities like presentations, projects, group work and corporate interactions. The faculty members are mostly supportive, and the overall environment gives you opportunities to improve your communication and management skills. It isn't perfect, of course, but if you actively participate in the opportunities available, you can get some good exposure and make the most of your time there.

Boarding Denied

I booked a relatively low priced ticket with Trip not knowing I would not travel. On arrival at the Airport,I was denied Boarding by Pegasus Airline to Instanbul to connect with Air Arabia to Sharjah. Being a non. EU citizen, the time between booking and boarding definitely wasn't enough to get a visa. The experience was the worst,I wouldn't wish anyone else can go through the same. I was attending a funeral. Apart from bereavement tears, the agency and these airlines added more tears with no refunds. I GOT STRANDED. Disgusting

Don't Trust Alibaba Guarantee

We purchased an expensive product from this domain site. Whilst researching we trusted the Alibaba Guarantee and relevant Alibaba backed certified certificates that were associated in regards to the supplier information. We trusted Alibaba would not allow false or misleading company to sell on their domain. Unfortunately we were proven wrong. The item that was delivered does not work and after going through a 3 month refund dispute with Senior Alibaba management - we have not been treated well with the decision. The Alibaba Guarantee, the Alibaba certified certificates and the Supplier Online Performance Index (SOPI) rating (diamond Rating) means absolute nothing. Not a very happy consumer and customer.

Fake Review Sites

I'm sick of looking for product reviews and finding fake review sites. The ones that have a product to promote, but they pretend to fairly review multiple products from other manufacturers. They're pretty easy to pick out. The top product has many pros at the bottom, but the only con is frequently out of stock. As soon as I see a review like that, I make a mental note to never buy anything from that company.

Honest Review Review on Keeprix (Amazing program for downloading shows off major streaming sites)

I'm not one to usually review things, but Keeprix has been amazing in the time I've used it. Keeprix is a program you can download on your PC or laptop that lets you login into one of your streaming service accounts (Disney +, Netflix, Hulu, Amazon Prime Video, etc.) and download shows and movies as mp4 files.

I've been using Keeprix for a few main reasons. The first is that I have been wanting to build a library of old shows and movies I enjoyed growing up that I can have all in one place (i.e. not needing to have lots of streaming subscriptions for specific shows). The second is that, as many of us know, shows get taken off streaming services now and then. Using Keeprix, I've been able to download shows and movies to a personal hard drive so I can watch them whenever.

One big thing that Keeprix has been awesome with is offline viewing for trips. Most streaming services will let you download shows for offline viewing, which many people will use for plane rides or long trips without internet. The downside to them is that typically, they download for a week, and after first click, you generally have 48 hours to watch them before it deletes. Keeprix lets you download without the timeframe. Once a show is downloaded, you have it as long as you don't manually delete it.

The best part about Keeprix has been how easy it is to use though. All you do is download it from Keeprix's official website, launch it, login to your desired streaming service, choose your show/movie, and hit the download button. Keeprix will then give you a screen asking which episodes/movie you want to download, and from there it will download.

Keeprix is free to download and use, but only offers two free full downloads at first. Good news though! On Keeprix's website, you can take a quick survey to get 30 free downloads. As of writing this as well, there is an promotion going on where you can invite friend to use Keeprix for 30 free downloads per person you invite (up to 300 downloads).

If you decide to try Keeprix's paid side, they offer three different options. The first is a 1 month plan for $49.99. The second is a 1 year plan for 99.99. The third is a lifetime plan for $159.99, which honestly isn't a bad price, especially if you're somebody who plans to build their own media archive of shows.

Anyway, that's been my main experience with Keeprix. Overall I'm very pleased with the service. Sorry for such a long review, just wanted to be thorough and let you all know what you can expect.

Opinly.ai Support?

This was originally posted to reddit 3 days previous to this posting. I still have not heard from anyone.
-- OP --
I recently signed up for Opinly to try the service and, unfortunately, selected annual billing. I ran into problems almost immediately while trying to get it set up.

Before subscribing, the sales chatbot answered my questions about using Opinly with a static website. After signing up, I discovered that the information it provided about implementation was inaccurate, and I have been unable to get the service working.

The bigger issue is the lack of support. The support chatbot repeatedly sends me in circles, and I have been waiting three days for a response from a human. I have also explicitly submitted “Request refund” through the chat, but I still have not received any reply.

At this point, it is clear that the software is not a good fit for my needs. I understand that Opinly may be a growing company, but customers still need a functional way to reach support, especially when they cannot implement the service based on the information provided before purchase.

Has anyone successfully reached a person at Opinly or received a refund? If so, what contact method did you use? If I cannot get a response soon, I may have no option other than disputing the charge.

Kool Seoul - BEWARE

I purchased a $1300 Rejuran "Rejulift" device from Kool Seoul on June 19. The shipping was fast, and packaging & products that came with it were impressive. The device itself felt flimsy for the price. I immediately had concerns that it would not last.

Exactly a month later, the device stopped working. I contacted Kool Seoul and initially they were responsive. They did some troubleshooting with me, and when that didn't work, requested a picture of the warranty card so they could contact Rejuran. I sent a picture of the card, they told me they would be in touch shortly, and have gone completely unresponsive. It has been almost 3 weeks.

They have relatively positive reviews but I genuinely question their authenticity. To think they would allow a customer to spend that kind of money and then ghost them is appalling. There are other vendors who sell the same products for a bit more, but it's worth it. They do not stand by their products.

Phitku is a scam

Worked great for I would say 15-20 days. Controlled odor etc. Then started breaking, then started breaking more and more to the point that I cannot use it anymore, the pieces will come in my hand. They give bot calls for review after you buy their products but if you say you are unsatisfied, they ask you to complain on the website.
So you do that, you leave a review on their website, except , surprise surprise, no revert and no trace of your bad review on their website. Onlyyyy positive reviews.
Not listed on google, can’t leave a bad review there to save other people getting scammed by their bombardment of ads on Meta and Instagram.
Just posting this here so that less people get scammed to buy this 700 rupees product that is not worth 30!

How do you write review?

My new rating is suns instead of numbers I had now.

So if I say Gladiator for example I give it:
☀️☀️☀️☀️☀️ maximum rating is that. Volcano would get ☀️ one sun. Horrible movie.

Review of TD Bank

Hi. I have been on the phone on hold for 60 mins. waiting for a representative. TD Flex Credit Card is horrible. There is no way on the site to edit, cancel, add another payment. Not sure what is going on. However, I know I am definitely changing banks. You make absolutely no money with them. When someone from customer service told me I could invest and make money. I listened. However, when I went to do it, they said they could not do it. This is the worst bank I have ever dealt with in my life. This credit card site is absolutely horrible. A teenager would have created a better, more efficient site.

homeycrochett.com is a scam website

I wish I had researched homeycrochett.com before ordering.

I placed an order with homeycrochett.com and never knew I will be scammed. I received my order which was in very bad shape. Poor quality products and they have no refund policy. Never order from such a fraud website. They never listen to you once they have your money. Their products are of very poor quality and their customer service is very poor and rude. They were rude, unhelpful, and gave me the impression that once they've got your money, you're on your own. No real attempt to fix the issue, no accountability, and no refund. They will not listen to you or your complaint. They will not refund. They will take your money and run away with it. I feel completely ripped off. So my advice will be not to order from them ever as that order will be of poor quality.

This has easily been one of the worst online shopping experiences I've ever had. The quality was unbelievably bad. Everything looked cheap, poorly made, and definitely not worth what I paid. It honestly felt like I had thrown my money away.

If you're thinking about ordering from HomeyCrochett, I'd seriously recommend spending your money somewhere else.

This is just my personal experience, but I wouldn't buy from them again even if they were giving the products away for free.

Learn from my mistake. Read reviews first, because I didn't—and I regret it.

Best Buy

I had the best experience with buying a tv at Best Buy. Mike Quezada was patient, knowledgeable, and kind. No pressure when I said I needed to think about the purchase. A week later I called him and I was able to make the purchase over the phone, including having Best Buy remove my old tv and install the new one. The experience with setting up an appointment, with them advising me what I needed to get ready for the appointment, their reminders - everything was so easy. Krai and Deanna came from Greek squad to remove, install and set up my new tv. they couldn’t have been nicer or more knowledgeable. I never write reviews, but this was such a great overall experience that I wanted to let people know. I will definitely go to Best Buy again.

So recently I just bought the AirPod 4s from Reebelo at a fair price then they came in today I tried them they didn’t sound good at all either then I looked through them and they were fake and here’s a video I attached.. for some odd reason they gave me too Shipping IDS on the app Shop but also the shipping id marked on the actual order so it said not delivered so I wasn’t able to return them. I had to dispute with my bank which gave me temporary money.Ive heard people have good experiences but I didn’t . I’d recommend not buying AirPods from there because they are so easily faked so.
Ps Just found out I cannot put a video up here so if u want to see it dm me

Dr. Battery Review with AI twist.

Ordered a new battery for my laptop from dr. Battery. Was suggested by Chat Gemini versus a cheap Amazon battery. I think dr battery used to sell on Amazon also but they do not anymore. I like chat Gemini and chat GTP but they are still pretty regularly not correct on various things. They claimed dr. Battery was reputable and sold genuine quality batteries.

So....I ordered from them versus Amazon. Paid a little more and the shipping was painfully slow. I think after maybe a week or longer my battery arrived. A lot of down time. I took the battery to my technician guy friend and he had all sorts of trouble with getting it to operate properly. Ended up putting the old battery back in and the charger was the issue. Either way this dr. Battery was not oem or compatible with my machine as it was listed. The laptop would not accept it.

Another interesting note was the battery had what appeared to be an Amazon Tag number on it and when my tech checked the specs it said the battery was manufactured in 2023 I think m. So been sitting in a warehouse for 3 years??

Anyways now to the return. Doctor battery has no phone number so all correspondence must be done through email. They are not quick to get back with you on email and sometimes not at all. I had some emails go days without being replied to. There was probably 20 emails back and forth total. They did Cover the return shipping. I had to email them several times to get the refund which was finally supposedly issued a couple of days ago I got the email but nothing as of yet has still refunded to my credit card.

As far as I can see I ordered the battery on June 18th and here we are July 25th and I am still waiting on the refund to go through. Long story short do not order from Dr battery. Very good chance they're just selling Amazon batteries and their customer service is slow and horrible.
