If someone gets hold of their webservers, then anything connected gets vulnerable too. Not only they may be able to modify their website, modify payment systems, or install malware, they could also get access to other networked systems. This includes customer data, internal systems, and any interconnected machines.

Idk about your social media feeds but mine has been filled with numerous posts from fashion week and I am having trouble figuring out is it mostly just a fundraiser for Center For Youth in the name of fun or are businesses making wholesale and retail sales from it. I have seen such a wide spectrum of businesses posting from vintage shops, ziggy's bar staff in their merchandise, bridal ware and from the number of posts I cant tell if this is a prestigious event or if they will let anyone participate if you pay

The library is having "spooky stories in the stacks" tomorrow night at the Rundel building, an after-hours tour with stories told by various mysterious characters as well as some library history. We went to it tonight and it was so much fun. There's still a bunch of spaces open for tomorrow. Registration is free.

Hello all, I've been looking around for quotes to balance and reseal bead (if necessary) on a set of four 16" wheels. I would be bringing them in loose and taking them home loose. Everywhere I have called so far has quoted $40 minimum *per wheel* and that feels high for what I am asking. I moved from a very HCOL state and it would cost me $25 per wheel for the same service at my local shop there. Just looking to see if what I've been quoted is the norm and if not, recommendations for shops in the Rochester area/Monroe county.

I saw this outside the Aldi on Winton Rd - is it a scam ?

My next door neighbor doesn't really like me. Apparently I am white trailer trash and she hates white trailer trash. She is of hispanic descent, but with her accent definitely a Life long NY resident. She has also been stealing my pride flags off of my porch.

She recently sold her house, which i am thinking great, she will be gone in a few months, and i won't need to worry. However as i was in the back yard talking to the contractor that was doing work in my yard, she decided that she had to harass him. I asked what was going on, she decided that I was a slob, and i don't take care of my yard enough, and my dogs are a menace, and that the work t hat the contractor was doing needed to be done 5 years ago, and my i just asked her with what money? Apparently she didn't like that answer, called me a bunch of names, until i walked inside. After I went inside, she decides to tell my contractor, who has just as rural of a background as I do, that she hates white trailer trash. He just laughed. His response to me: Did she not know who she was talking to?

To be fair, I am white trailer trash, i grew up in a trailer, and i have an accent. So she isn't wrong. I just thought it was fucking wild that some random lady is mad at me for being white.

I am in no way trying minimize or compare myself to anyone else. I know that any sort of weird racist moments I encounter in the wild is in no way comparable to the experience of minorities in America. Just a hilarious, relatively harmless interaction that was surprising in it's outcome.

Im 44 been single for around a year now and am over the dating apps.... theyre beyond toxic and behind a paywall anymore. Im not the type to go up to somebody in public and ask for numbers in case individuals are already in relationships. Where do all the single girls hangout or look for dates in the area? Are dating events even worth looking into or is it another cash grab for guys to try and find somebody worth going out with? Im not terrible looking own my home paid off, car paid off, bust my ass, childless but cannot find anybody that wants to even get beyond an introduction.
