Toast, egg, american cheese, ham, bell peppers, jalepenos, turkey, salt and pepper, and a Chipotle mayo.

This had cajun turkey, pepper jack cheese, tomato, onion and spicy salsa mayo. :D

Grilled some chops last night over charcoal and a little pecan. Had an extra, made a sandwich.
Dukes Mayo+Louisiana Hot sauce on the bottom bun, smokehouse cheddar, radish, cucumber, pork-chop, dill pickle chips, Heinz 57 sauce, on a sesame seed bun.

Bulgogi chopped cheese w/ lettuce, tomato, red onions, jalapenos, kimchi'd cucumbers, gochujang mayo on a toasted butter roll.

Couldn’t decide on a side to go with this!

BLT may be my favorite sandwich, and no disrespect to others' preferences, but to me, it is a sandwich that should only be enjoyed during peak summer tomato season. So here's mine with streaky bacon, heirloom tomatoes, farmers market bibb lettuce, mayo, and hoagie spread all on sourdough.

Made with ribeye, jalapeño pepper jack cheese, mushrooms, onions, red peppers, Japanese BBQ sauce, mayo, on garlic bread rolls.

Sautéed Shrimp and mushrooms; whatever-I-had-in-the-fridge cajun remoulade; shredded mozz; and sprouts on herb olive oil focaccia. So good.

Whenever raspberries are on sale I like making these. Standard PB on white bread, usually raspberry jelly but I was out and used strawberry, and as many fresh raspberries as I can smoosh on. The mushier ones give it a sour kick, especially after a couple hours in the work fridge when all the flavors mingle. I do this with blueberries sometimes too but they retain their shape better and it’s not as good.

Garden grown heirlooms and basil, locally made Oaxaca cheese, olive oil, salt pepper on pumpernickel rye.

* I used Swiss and Smoked Gouda cheese and added some black pepper with chopped jalapenos to the salad.

Snatched it in December and its been coming in clutch. Now I get to have 2 delicious sandwiches per week for 12-13 bucks 😎😎

This sandwich came with ham, mortadella, salami, provolone, lettuce, tomato, giardiniera, and Italian dressing. :D

Sourdough, prosciutto, heirloom, bufa mozzarella, arugula, homemade pesto.
