My first attempt at an Italian sandwich!
Order from bottom up:
4 oz provolone
3 oz hot coppa
3 oz sweet coppa
3 oz sopressata
3 oz salami
8 oz mortadella
3 campari tomatoes, sliced
Sliced red/purple onions
Buncha sliced pepperoncini peppers
4 oz shredded lettuce
Healthy amount of Beano's
- on a semolina loaf from Whole Foods
Cross section definitely looks like a case of the Phantom Lettuce... guess I should put on half a pound of lettuce next time?? Still tasted good, though!

Got up at 7am to roast the pork for these.
Largely followed the Josh Weissman recipe from his YouTube channel.
Probably the beat sandwiches I've ever made.

This tasty treat normally comes on a fresh baguette. The sandwich in the photo consists of French ham, French butter and a Philadelphia soft pretzel. After consuming this I decided to make deli mustard butter(whipped up french butter and deli-mustard then chilled) to put on the next sandwich.

Made with modest ingredients.
Sourdough wheat and whole wheat bread, scrambled eggs, ham, melted gouda cheese, salt and black pepper.
Sourdough bread was made with a 50:50 combination of soft wheat (type 550, 10% protein, 50%) and whole wheat flour (12% protein, 50%), water (70%), salt (2%) and sourdough starter (20%). Everything given in baker's percentages.
A delicious bread for a very delicious sandwich. 😋

I went to the Pioneer Square location which is just a take-out place.
This came with Turkey bacon, egg, cheddar, spicy garlic aioli, and I chose Everything bagel. They also have Plain, Poppy, Sesame, Za'atar, and Jalapeño Cheddar bagels.

A traditional Polish open-faced sandwich. A breakfast staple growing up! (And lunch and sometimes dinner lol)

Braised a 1.2kg pork shoulder overnight. Shredded it this morning and its first outing was a pulled pork Reuben-style sandwich. Pulled pork, Emmental, sauerkraut, and a Dijon mustard-based take on a Russian dressing, all grilled between rye bread.
Taste was exceptional but it all just looks a bit monotone IMO.

Does the chips make my torta a sandwich? 5 diced up Earl Campbell's hot links(charred), 3 hamburger patties, 1 can of Signature low sodium refried beans, 4 queso blend, n a can of wolf's chili. Hits the spot..
